Stadt Platz si trova nel cuore del quartiere storico di New Braunfels su un grande lotto acquistato dalla German Immigration Company nel 1848. Stadt Haus è sul lato della strada del lotto e Spiel Haus è nella parte posteriore della proprietà insieme alla cuccetta.

Sia la Stadt Haus che la Spiel Haus sono state recentemente riportate agli stili originali, ma offrono anche ai nostri ospiti moderne comodità e comfort. La casa, il cottage e la cuccetta possono ospitare un totale di (18 persone).

La Stadt Haus (1890 circa) dispone di due camere da letto, un ampio bagno con vasca da bagno antica, un soggiorno e una cucina con zona pranzo. I vecchi pavimenti in pino e i soffitti alti creano un'atmosfera molto calda. Ci sono traversi in vetro colorato, finestre smussate e un'enorme vetrata circolare nel bagno. Oscillare o rock sulla nostra veranda anteriore o posteriore. Ci sono piazzole per barbecue e tavoli da picnic per ogni casa all'ombra dei nostri enormi alberi di noci pecan e crepemurtel.

Spiel Haus (cottage) è un cottage unico che è stato costruito negli anni '80 con materiali vintage ricavati da una casa originale di Falkwerk nella zona. C'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e una camera da letto a soppalco con un letto matrimoniale. Sotto il soppalco si trova la zona pranzo con angolo cottura completo. La zona giorno è separata dall'angolo cottura dalla tromba delle scale al soppalco. Questa accogliente zona è arredata con un divano letto e TV e connessione internet wireless.

La cuccetta si trova accanto alla Spiel Haus (cottage) e dispone di 2 letti a castello. La cuccetta funge da camera da letto aggiuntiva, non ha cucina o bagno. Spiel Haus è a circa 10 piedi di distanza per usare il bagno.

I giardini sono recintati e paesaggistici per offrire ai nostri ospiti bellezza e comfort naturali. Doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda. Stadt Platz è a mezzo isolato dalla famosa piazza e dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'originale Market Platz di New Braunfels. Puoi camminare per due isolati verso Comal River e Tube Chute, 3 isolati da Schlitterbahn o ristoranti, bar e negozi nel centro di New Braunfels. The Float In, Rockin R River Rides o Felger's Tube Rentals possono venirti a prendere alla nostra porta di casa e portarti a Float the Comal River, devi contattare un fornitore di fiume per programmare un orario e un prezzo.

Perfect place for my 50th birthday celebration

Historic house in great location with plenty of space and parking . Courtyard for hanging out was great. Enjoyed the privacy of 3 separate bldgs.

Fantastic location and vintage charm

Our large group of nine plus two dogs took advantage of the entire property. The location is super and the host was great. We enjoyed our short stay -- thanks Tom!

Great place for a large group!

Great location! Walking distance to a bakery, ice cream, coffee shop and restaurants. Centrally located to everything we drove to, as well. Lots of room out back where we hung out most of the time, it was perfect. The property is old and historic, which we appreciate.

Really Great Location

Great location, parking is convenient, and the property manager was extremely friendly and responsive. Very good stay overall with only minor inconveniences. The lower heating element in the oven was broken, so we just used the broil function for everything. Either the bed frames or box springs were broken on the beds, so they were all leaning one direction or another. Still, overall it was a great location and we had a great time.

Good for big groups

We enjoyed our stay but the condition of some of the house wasn’t great. The bath tub in the main house wobbled and felt very unsafe to stand in. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price wish some things like the bath were fixed/maintained better.

Wonderful, unique, great location, perfect for larger groups

We stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse – a family reunion with eight of us in total. It was ideal for us and we had a perfect time! The property has three separate units (buildings) of varying sizes and configurations, which gives you a lot of space and flexibility with sleeping arrangements. At the center of the property is a large patio/courtyard that serves as a good gathering spot, especially in warm weather. Before our trip we didn't know much about the town of New Braunfels, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the property is within a very short walking distance of the town center, making it extremely convenient. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the farmer's market, bakery, coffee shop, beer hall, and so on. New Braunfels is a very charming, friendly town and we would love to come back. We also appreciated that they left some eclipse glasses for us to use – that was a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

These little old German houses were just right.

We had 15 people in our group that ranged in age from 5 to 73. This is a great place for a lot of teenagers. There are 4 seating areas outside, too. We served food from the main house and had everyone eat outside. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics (no dishwasher, though). The houses are not luxurious but they are adequate. The WiFi worked well and the decor was charming. The owners even supply toiletries, which I thought was a nice bonus. Neaglan’s (sp.?) bakery is just a few steps away. We have to visit there each trip to New Braunfels. The walk from the river is a bit longer. It’s best to use the local tube rentals and shuttles. One other neat thing we didn’t expect was the local wildlife. Sitting on the porch in the evening we saw deer, little foxes and an opossum. There were lots and lots of deer in the area. We had a fun stay and made some great memories.

Great location & charming property

The location of this property is perfect if you plan to float the river or visit Schlitterbahn!!! The back yard area was perfect for our girl, Irie - she loved exploring all parts of the yard. Parking was great and we loved that there were several areas to just sit and relax outside - the party lights strung from the trees were beautiful at night. The boys enjoyed the outdoor shower, and I loved the stained-glass window in the bathroom of the main house. The houses stayed cool, had beautiful architectural features, and comfortably fit all 11 of us. The houses were very clean & inviting. My only suggestion is that the bunk house & main house need a little TLC. The bunk house's door does not seal all the way and the tub/shower combo in the main house did leak a bit when draining - not a big deal, we just dried the floor when finished each day. Lotion, soap, trash bags, shampoo/conditioner, dishes, kitchen utensils were all provided. The fridges worked well and the microwave in the main house is brand new. We did not use the ovens/stoves, we did not want to cook on vacation. The cottage out back was pretty much perfect - furniture was very comfortable. Our host, Tom, allowed us to check in 30 minutes early which was so appreciated as we had a very long drive, and it was a hot, humid day. There is a bakery pretty much right behind the house and a coffee shop right around the corner - all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute but too expensive for what was offered!

Great location! Group of 9 stayed, huge shout out for providing enough towels (I find these type of rental properties never have enough towels for larger groups)! Great check-in/out process. No outrageous cleaning requirements at the end. The outdoor area is great & being able to shut the gate to the property was nice, lots of parking! So things of note though: 1. The oven cooks slow. 2. There's no dishwasher. 3. The a/c is not adequate for the house. 4. The front bedroom in the main house on the right side of the living-room, is HOT. No airflow in the room at all. Needs window unit. 5. Cleanliness was average. 6. Most importantly, the BEDS were AWFUL!! Lumpy & hard as a rock! 7. The back house with only beds, really needs a bathroom. 8. The cost was really expensive for the what was rented.

Perfect location!

We had a girl’s weekend in New Braunfels with 12 women and this was a great property for our stay! We were able to walk everywhere - restaurants, bars, shops, the river! Everything was so close and easy to get to. The owner and property manager were very easy to get in touch with and super helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you have a larger group!

We loved the location! Essential items, eating and cooking equipment nicely provided.

Be sure to be careful, with small children, lots of nice breakables in the big house! The location could not have been better as far as shopping, eating, sightseeing, Scclitterbaun and floating the Comal! We cooked out a lot and loved the HEB grocery!

Great spot- perfect location

Spent a weekend with 13 of my cousins. Everyone was pleased with this listing! The location was wonderful and the accommodations were quaint and lovely.
