Un nuovissimo condominio molto spazioso con 3 camere da letto sul lungomare Wildwood appena costruito nel 2016. Puoi goderti la vista della spiaggia e dell'oceano dall'ampio portico coperto, guardare i fuochi d'artificio, fare una cena con la griglia all'aperto o osservare le attività del lungomare dal portico al 2 ° piano. Le persone sul lungomare non sanno nemmeno che sei lassù. Una volta dentro, chiudi i suoni della passerella. Un soggiorno aperto e cucina, 3 camere da letto, 8 posti letto con 2 bagni, servizio lavanderia e parcheggio per 2 auto. Situato tra 2 moli di divertimento e pochi passi da 2 parchi acquatici. Minuti al Convention Center. Se stai cercando più spazio, abbiamo un condominio di collegamento che offre altre 2 camere da letto che possono ospitare 5 persone aggiuntive. Now one of my favorite places on the Wildwood Boardwalk! This place is the perfect location for boardwalk & beach fun for kidoz & adults! Amazing view, clean and kitchen well equipped with all your cooking needs! The owner was wonderful and easy to work with! Totally recommend this fantastic place for family, girls trip or even just a couples getaway! LOVE IT!!!

The condo was the perfect place for kids. Located right on the boardwalk just a short walk to the amusement park and water park. It’s also is close to the convention center. We spent one day at the water park and one at the amusement park and it was great being able to walk back to the condo for lunch or a quick break before heading back again.Communication with the owner was excellent! Very responsive and helpful with detailed answers to any questions we had. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and we arrived to find clean bed sheets and fresh towels ready for us to use.Just a heads-up: there is are 2 flights of stairs to climb to get into the condo (no elevator), but it was absolutely worth the climb!We would definitely stay here again!

Early Season Stay at Wildwood Beach

Had a great week at this spacious and very comfortable 3BR condo at the beach. Fun location overlooking the Boardwalk. We were there early season so not a lot going on the early part of the week, but we got the full experience at weekend. Great place to be in when the weather doesn't cooperate with outdoor time. Lots of table and counter space for puzzles and games. Terrific kitchen for cooking meals; lots of space to store things; a variety of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. to use; and great appliances. Rated 4 stars for a few early-season quirks that the owner communicated very well about throughout and which were aimed to improve guests' stays (e.g., unexpected internet repair and alarm maintenance), but minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of the nice place and quality family time. Thanks for the stay! Definitely would stay here again.

Great location

Location is amazing! Was the perfect place to vacation with a large family. The owner/host, Tom, is very nice and easy to get ahold of with any questions/concerns. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!

Great place that overlooks Boardwalk

We would rent again. Owner was great. Balcony overlooking boardwalk was great place to have a drink and people watch. Be prepared for two flights of stairs that exit out of the back of the building.

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific time and absolutely loved the place. So much space for 6 of us and saved us money being able to cook and do laundry. We loved the balcony and how cloae it was to the beach. The only downfall was having to buy sheets and towels that we didnt know would not be supplied.

Phenomenal

Tom was one of the best landlords I’ve ever dealt with. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough to make us feel at home. Tom responded immediately to all of our questions and even advised us on things to do during our stay.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Wildwood. Lots of steps but made for a great view. The owner was very easy to talk to and attentive and accomodating. We recommend this location and property if you want to have a nice visit in Wildwood on the boardwalk and Beach!

Great time

We had so much fun. Tom was very helpful, I had an issue checking in and Tom was able to help me quickly he also walked me through where everything was. The location is great we got to watch the Monster Truck Show right from the porch.

Amazing location and beautiful home

Spent Memorial Day Weekend here and all I can say is how friendly and helpful The owner Tom was. He got me checked in easily and gave me a tour of the property over the phone. The location was amazing and convenient. The house was modern and had all the amenities that one would need to have a spectacular vacation. The weather wasn’t the best but we were still able to make the most of it. Overall great stay!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here recently, we were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids (ranging from 18 months-12 years old) Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location. Very clean! We lucked out with great parking near by, the metered parking passes were a huge plus! Tom was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again! Even better than the pictures!

Wildwood condo

Great location, very roomy and comfortable for all. Great patio deck ,ocean view and boardwalk. Very private. Only downfall were the steps. Wasn't a bother any other time except when we fot there and had to bring everything up and when we left to bring everything down. I would stay here again!

Awesome Vacation

The location right above the boardwalk and beach view with balcony with a walk out the back door right to the beach and boardwalk couldnt have been better.Right between the 2 piers in the midst of the excitement.The owner was curtious and helpful with everything .The place was bigger then i expected equiped with everything you need extremely nice and clean.It was a Vacation ill remember .Cant wait to go back again.Thank You .

Great location!

Condo was great. Master bath was a plus! We started with 2 teenagers and that grew to 4 when their friends saw where we were staying. Barely saw them the entire week, location was perfect for them to go off & do their own thing. View is amazing! Host was easy to reach and provided a thorough phone tour when we arrived. Only negative is the parking situation since you need to find meter parking (2 passes provided) but other than that, 5 stars all the way!

Gorgeous condo and beautiful view!

The condo was perfect for my family! Plenty of room and very clean. The kids loved that they could run downstairs to the boardwalk by themselves to buy something. Very convenient location. The only negative comment would be parking. We had two vehicles (since it sleeps 8 and we brought 8) and we only were given one parking pass. But this would not change our decision of ever coming back! We DEFINITELY would love to come back and would highly recommend to everyone!

Irish Weekend stay

Other then the bad weather we had a good time. Tom the owner was very friendly. We communicated before and after the stay. I do think the owner needs to upgrade a couple things. The grills were in bad shape. We wanted to grill but couldn't because they were in bad shape. The only other thing is the mattresses need to be replaced. The queen bed mattresses are in bad shape. Very uncomfortable and lopsided. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Plenty of glasses, paper towels,dish soap, silverware. There were even coloring books and crayons for my great granddaughter to play with some games also. Would definitely rent again.

Brand new...clean...perfect location

We vacationed here last minute with my mom and 4 children. The location is perfect...literally right on the boardwalk. I was worried that it would be too noisy but it wasn't at all. At night we could hear the music from the store downstairs out in the living room but it wasn't a big deal...once in the bedroom it was fine. My mom really enjoyed sitting out on the deck people watching...it's really great that the people don't see you sitting out there. Everything was clean and new which was a big plus! The parking pass that was included was perfect and we just kept our beach stuff in the car. We also enjoyed plenty of yummy Polish Water Ice courtesy of the owners of the condo. Tom, the owner was kind enough to call me partway through our stay to make sure we were happy with everything amd checked if we needed anything. I give this property and A+ for sure. We were happy to go back to the condo in the Afternoon/evening to relax.

Perfect location

The property location was perfect and the view was amazing. Everything you need for your stay to make meals was available and the house overall was clean, there were spots the cleaning people missed like under the dining room table and the patio area but nothing to stop us from coming back. Tom was very friendly but did make us wait to settle the not so pleasant parking arrangement and rushed us to unload our vehicles. He also had people working downstairs 4 days out of our 7 day stay, the workers had access to our apartment and came up several times interrupting our stay and made us uncomfortable. Also the area they were working was the only entrance and made it pretty dangerous, we were told we could use another entrance/exit that was only 1 of those days and we still had to walk through the construction. Overall we had a fun family vacation the house was beautiful and in a perfect location, the patio area was nice and you could see dolphins jumping. We would return and rent out both units and hope some of the inconveniences were circumstantial.

My wife and I purchased this property in 2006 as a first floor retail shop on the Wildwood Boardwalk. We always intended to eventually add the second story unit. Since our family has grown with 4 married children and 13 grandchildren, we decided it was time to build.

Our family has been coming to Wildwood since the 1980's. Our kids couldn't wait to go to the beach and the amusement piers. Now we get to see the smiles and joy of our grandchildren as the family traditions continue.

Our second story 3-bedroom condo is a rarity on the boardwalk. Check out the pictures we posted. Nothing blocks your ocean view. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the balcony. We love to watch storms roll in on the covered porch.
