Un posto meraviglioso per godersi il soggiorno in questo fantastico condominio sulla spiaggia, circondato da un lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia del Golfo del Messico. 7B ha un lanai schermato, cucina completamente attrezzata, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 6 posti letto, lavatrice / asciugatrice, impianto stereo, parcheggio coperto e connessione internet wireless disponibile. Approfitta della piscina riscaldata, tennis, biciclette, shuffleboard, vasca idromassaggio, sauna e grill a gas tutto in loco. Sanibel Island è davvero un'esperienza tranquilla e Shell Island Beach Club è un posto fantastico. Questa struttura non offre ascensore.

Relaxing time in a nice facility

With the beach, pool, hot tub, and sauna only a few hundred feet away from the door to the condo with a full kitchen, there is no need to go anywhere else if you don't want to. Being right on Periwinkle Way, you can use the free bikes provided to get anywhere you like or take a car for a short drive to all the shopping and dining the island has to offer.

Quiet low key family getaway

Old decor and dirty

This condo was dirty- the furniture was stained and overly used and old- the comforters for the beds looked super worn and old- the rugs were filthy- sad to say but this place decor was old and dingy looking- won’t be staying again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Shell Island Beach Club! The location was wonderful and the grounds well cared for. The view is lovely, the pool was very clean, Our unit 7B was comfortable and clean. Loved having a chaise lounger on the porch.A few negatives, 2 of the porch chairs had rusted legs, the silk plants on the porch are falling apart, only a few washcloths, king size bed had a queen size top sheet, no cookie sheet, and the pot and pans are quite used. Minor complaints but easy to fix.I would definitely return.

Wonderful property

My family with two young kids enjoyed are stay very much. We loved watching the sunrise right from the unit. View was great! Layout was good as master was furthest away from children’s room. Only negatives were the couches were not comfy, the washing machine door doesn’t close well and is super loud so wouldn’t be good for napping children. The lighthouse beach area is fun to explore but we found a more private beach by walking toward town and turning right on first street. There is a beach entrance there that is always empty and my kids found 10 starfish one day! Of course we didn’t keep them and returned to the ocean.

We love Shell Island Beach Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed 6 times at this condo complex and 4 of the times have been in this unit. We are always pleased with our stay. We love this end of the island. It's near the lighthouse and the pier. We walk to the pier each evening to watch the sunset. It's also within walking distance of Lighthouse Café (our favorite place to eat) and Pinocchio's Ice Cream. We would highly recommend this unit/condo complex to others.

Unit 7B in Shell Island Beach Club

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located towards the back of property so beach is not visible. Kitchen was very well stocked and clean. Sofas were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. The A/C handler and water heater are located in the 2nd bedroom and were very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Also, the mattresses on twin beds were not comfortable.
