Grazie per aver guardato la nostra casa. Oyster By the Sea si trova sulla 30A Prominence South. Questa nuovissima casa si trova in una delle zone più calde di 30A. Minuti dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca di zucchero e di fronte a THE HUB su 30A.


"Oyster By the Sea" è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere la tua prossima vacanza in famiglia o un viaggio di lavoro. Questa casa dorme 9-11 e dispone di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni e mezzo. La casa offre ottime sistemazioni e splendidi arredi completi di tutte le comodità di una casa. Grande cucina aperta con elettrodomestici GE nuovi di zecca, tutto ciò che serve per pentole per creare il tuo piatto unico. Camere spaziose 3 bagni completi e stanza di polvere. Questa casa è più di 2300 sf. Tutte le camere sono dotate di 65 "smart TV e 75" in salotto per il vostro comfort e intrattenimento.



Offriamo tutti i comfort tra cui golf cart, 4 biciclette per adulti e 2 bambini piccoli, giocattoli da spiaggia, ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio e altro ancora ...
Il golf cart è disponibile e sarà incluso in ogni soggiorno. Il risparmio per noleggiare un golf cart è di oltre $ 175 al giorno che offriamo con qualsiasi ospite senza alcun costo ma una rinuncia deve essere firmata.

Apprezzerete sicuramente la vicinanza alla spiaggia e la piscina di 5.000 m² circondata da una grande piscina e da una bella area ombreggiata per rilassarvi e grigliarvi con un bicchiere di vino. La nuovissima palestra è proprio accanto alla doccia a bordo piscina. Lo amerai! La spiaggia è solo una corsa in bicicletta. THE HUB è a pochi passi da dove la tua famiglia può godere di musica dal vivo, una TV anfiteatro, shopping all'aperto e ottime opzioni di cibo.

Nota: nella parte posteriore è stata costruita una nuova casa e potrebbero esserci rumori durante la giornata.

Prominence è la città più nuova di 30A certa di attirare le famiglie che desiderano sperimentare l'area con facile accesso a nuovi e lunghi luoghi di ritrovo 30A lungo le splendide spiagge bianche del Panhandle. Questa città ben pianificata e tanto attesa offre servizi incredibili, spazi verdi aperti e un facile accesso a oltre 17 miglia di piste ciclabili. La Town of Prominence si trova sulla HWY 30A tra Seagrove e Alys Beach. "The Hub", il centro città della comunità comprende ristoranti, negozi e un anfiteatro con padiglione per eventi coperto, schermo cinematografico per film e un palco per concerti ed eventi. Guarda una partita sul grande schermo o goditi uno "schermo familiare sul verde". C'è intrattenimento quasi tutte le sere durante la stagione. Diverse prelibatezze epicuree ti attendono come un magnifico barbecue, tacos, liquori, gelati e un ristorante unico nel suo genere da esplorare durante il tuo soggiorno.

The house as stated in our descriptions is half a mile away. It's not hidden. There are at least 6-8 other beach accesses that our guests can choose from. summertime Memorial-Labor Day, we have shuttles runs daily/hourly at no cost to our guests. However, the closest is Deer Lake park. It has plenty of parking for cars, golf carts and bikes. Also have bathrooms now. Guests that are looking for beach property walking out of the Condo, should look into Panama City beach high rise buildings. Those have easy access. we offer beautiful place in an area that is family friendly. we don't offer college spring break craze if that is what you are looking for...

Perfect place for a family getaway

This property is exactly as listed. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The property provided all of the beach toys you could ever need and that was so convenient! Yes, the beach at deer lake is a 2 minute drive (and a walk down a long boardwalk), but it is 100% WORTH IT! The beach was private and never got crowded. The property location within Prominence made it easy to walk to the Big Chill and to the south pool. We loved our trip and hated to leave!

Beautiful house and Hub is fun, but far from beach

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of amenities and a few blocks from the Hub which has great food and shops. The only negative is the distance to beach access. There is NO access in the neighborhood. The closest is .7 mile which was an easy bike ride, but nowhere to park golf cart or car. Closest with parking is 2.5 miles away (state access is closed until summer). Once there, no public restrooms. If traveling to be close to the beach, this would be disappointing.

The beach access as we described it in our listing is half a mile away! Deer lake park beach access is under renovations. There are at least 10 others accesses through out. Thank you for your reviews!

We have stayed in several cottages in the area, and this one was at the bottom of the list.1. NO cable TV/satellite, despite the listing saying otherwise. Upon check-in, we noticed the satellite boxes but could not get anything to work. After contacting the host, we were informed they no longer pay for the service and we could utilize the apps on the TV. BUT the TV was so old that it only had YouTube and Netflix, and screen mirroring was incompatible. We had to watch major sporting events on the iPad we brought.2. Our bedroom smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. We had to drive to a gas station at 2am to purchase batteries and change them out. I guess this is not the fault of the host, but it was a real pain. 3. All of the hand soaps being 1/4 full4. Flickering lights in the bathroom5. Very lived-in. The walls full of scuff marks (I get it, but for the price of this place, new paint would make a big difference)6. The golf cart being gas rather than electric like all the other rentals we've stayed at (just a pain to fill up when you have a full schedule)7. Broken trash can in the kitchen. You had to manually lift the lid because the foot pedal didn't work.8. The door locks were difficult to figure out and you had to lift the handle first? It was bizarre.Pros:1. Plenty of towels2. Beach gear3. LocationOverall, there are better places to stay here if you can find one. We love the neighborhood and will continue to stay in it.

We enjoyed the roominess of the home and the large porch and balcony! The golf cart was perfect to get around in. Great location at The Big Chill with walking distance access to entertainment and food. This location was also in great proximity of the popular restaurants like Fonville Press, The Old Florida Fish House and coffee shops!

Family fun in FL!

Our stay was great! The house is exactly as pictured/described and it is beautiful! Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. We loved having a golf cart included with the property; it makes it so convenient for trips to and from the beach and our three year old loved riding around on it! The house is also super close to the pool which was also very convenient. There is a larger pool just across 30a on the other side of the community that we visited as well. We had plenty of space for our family and it really felt like a home away from home during our week there!

Very Nice

Great Kitchen. 3 of us could use it without interfering. Beds Great. Very Clean. Wife liked the appointments (not easy). nice bike ride to Rosemary or Seaside. Nice Pool. Grill worked. Ice machine didn't but was scheduled to be fixed. Golf cart was great. Gas powered so no need to plug in. One of the bikes had a malfunction and another was supplied. Rental contact via email and prompt response. Would rent again.

Will be back!

Lovely stay. Beautiful place and the hub was fun. The beach is a little trek, but the golf cart provided was perfect. The boardwalk longer than some, but worth it. We were here in the middle of summer and could count the heads on the beach. It was so nice not to be crowded. We drove in further and all we could see by another group of condos was umbrellas and a massive amount of people. This was just what we wanted and the condo was gorgeous. Love the extras like the golf cart, beach toys, and bikes. My kids were asking when we could come back when we left. Wish our stay could have been longer. Also, the owner was very receptive. I unfortunately didn't see the last email before our stay with the newest passwords for wifi and pool and the owner got right back with me with the info. Thanks for the stay and can't wait to come back!

Amazing location and home

This home is located in a great neighborhood with convenient access to the Hub and the pool. The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much! Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing! 5 stars!

A beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked house! Exactly as pictured and even better in person! As first time vacationers to the area we loved every minute of our time on 30a and staying at this property! We enjoyed nightly trips to The Hub for food and live music, morning bike rides to the beach via the Deer Lake State Park access (go early and you will have the beach all to yourself) and took a short car ride to explore the areas on either side of us. How convenient to have beach toys, life jackets, a beach wagon and everything you could possibly need in the garage without having to drag it all with you from home! Everyone loved having the golf cart to use as well! We can't say enough about how fantastic this property was and would highly recommended it for a fabulous kid friendly vacation spot!

Beautiful townhouse!

Owners were helpful with directions and answering questions we had prior to our stay. Very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated home, great community pool, abundance of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs and use of your golf cart were just some reasons we will definitely be back! RENTER BEWARE...OWNER LIES...STILL TRYING TO GET DEPOSIT REFUNDED

I would not rent from this owner. On the 2nd day we were at his house, we went on the porch out back. The handle from the door came off ( first time we opened door). The lock still worked. I guess a screw or something fell out but we didn't do anything but open the door. I let the owner know and also told him the deadbolt was very hard to lock...again nothing we did. He never answered me but he did file on the renters insurance. (If lock was really broken don't you think we would have expected it fixed immediately ) A $600 dollar claim for the entire lock. I told the insurance company the truth and they are denying claim so I'm not getting $250 back. VRBO has been horrible in handling this claim. I have rented homes many, many times and have always gotten my deposit back. The owner has lied to me several times. I called him about the claim and he said he didn't file it...well who did. He told me on several times I'm getting my money back. He said VRBO should have refunded and he would check into it. All lies. Last time dealing with VRBO and this owner. I've turned it over to my credit card now. Don't rent from this owner!!!

Diane, You bought insurance when you booked this place. This insurance covers you for any damages and repairs that you or your group caused. You paid $59 for that coverage VRBO offered you upon your executed booking. The Damages to our unit was not just the lock. It was The Coverlet for the king bed. You left it with some sort of none removable Makeup or Ink. That we had to replace! we don't think you would like or anyone see this dirt at any place you book. We furnished this place with High end unlike any other available in this area as you already have witnessed. Also, you damaged the freezer shelf. We get it that accidents happens and that is why we ask for you and everyone to insure the stay. We are not mad at you for the damage! We will fix it and the warranty will pay for it. We are only not sure where we have done you wrong to write us this unacceptable review. We have done above and beyond to make your and every guest stay as your own comfortable home. Your refund for the deposit is beyond our control. WE don't take it or use it. This is VRBO policy. Until this case for damage and repair is done chances are you will receive the refund or possibly deducted we are not sure! Since a year we have this place rented, you are our first guest damage! We shall see how it pan out. In the mean time we would ask you to reconsider your review and give us the 5 Stars we deserve as every guest have done. Thank you

This house was amazing and beautiful beyond words!!! The house was equipped with just about everything. We enjoyed strolling to the HUB for lunches and dinners. Our children enjoyed the beautiful pool, and had a great time. The bedding was awesome and comfortable. It was a vacation much needed, and that's what we got in this beautiful home. As soon as we got home, I was already recommending this house to everyone I knew. We would definitely look to rent this home again when considering to stay in that area. The property owner was great since the first day we booked,and was attentive to his customers. For that, he was much appreciated. One of the best experience and vacation we have ever had!

Townhouse was pristine. Location is perfect.

My family of 4 had a great time staying at this townhouse. It is brand new with great coastal style furnishings and decor. Location is fantastic. You can walk across 30A to The Hub, or take a short 4 mile ride to the Seaside/Watercolor area. If you have children, this rental is loaded with just about every beach toy you could imagine. We didn't ride the bikes, but definitely a nice plus to have so you don't need to rent them during your stay. The community pool is very resort like, and it has a great area to hangout and grill with friends and family. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great place!

My friend and I took our 4 children and we had a blast in this house. It is located near the beautiful pool and directly across from the Hub. The Hub was convenient for meals as well. This house is very new so everything is so clean. It appears that very few people have rented so far so you need basic things like - foil, salt & pepper, dish washing detergent and a sponge. In the garage, there is everything you need for the beach - chairs, tons of toys (no need to pack yours!), 2 umbrellas and 4 bikes (they are adult size). We did not use the shuttle to the beach and drove the car (1 minute from house) to Deer Lake State Park. After you park the car ($3 fee), there is about a 7 minute walk across the boardwalk so be prepared with all your beach toys. It is worth it though because the beach is very private. We had a great time in this house and it was fun to explore a new area on 30A!
