Very clean and spacious condo! Great view! Loved the reserved parking especially today while it was storming. Loved the property as a whole!

Condo was perfect for a long weekend. It was very clean and had everything you would need. The master bed was very comfortable. The balcony was big, well furnished and had amazing views! Having the beach chairs and umbrella come with the condo was a big plus. The building was very nice and everybody from the staff to residents to other guests was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Condo was clean & spacious. Host was great. Location was good; it was easily accessible to all activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property with all the amenities of home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even though it was spring break, the property was very peaceful and quiet. The specific condo we stayed in was well furnished and very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay here. We’ve stayed at Emerald Isle several times, but this was the first stay in this unit. It was supremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. The owners were helpful and in touch to ensure we got settled in without issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Never had a long wait for an elevator, place was super clean, bonus having the beach loungers included as well as the extra beach chairs.

The owners were very helpful from beginning to end. This is the nicest condo and resort we have stayed at in PCB.

We loved our stay in 1904! Beautiful decor and couldn't have been a better stay for us!

The property was well maintained, front office was polite and parking attendant was wonderful when we were in a situation where someone parked in our reserved spot! Great overall experience!

Wonderful rental

This condo was perfect for 2 couples and even better than the pictures! Perfect location with a quiet beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Mikes restaurant was delish and just a quick walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Week

The condo was great! There is an awesome view from the balcony that we enjoyed and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. Very short walk down to the beach and within walking distance of a bunch of food. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

Really enjoyed our vacation. Condo was nicely appointed & very comfortable. Loved the large balcony. View was amazing. Gloria was a great host. Very responsive to anything that came up. Would highly recommend!

Awesome!

Place was very very clean, beds are comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything, the view is amazing and we got to see dolphins swimming from Our balcony. Everything was excellent.. will definitely be back.

Great Location and Space

We had a great time at George and Gloria’s condo. The location is fantastic - steps from the beach and away from hustle and bustle near the pier, but close enough to get goods and groceries. The view was beautiful and the space was as described and well-appointed. We highly recommend their stay and would look to return if we are back in the area!
