We’re glad you enjoyed the location, but your comments regarding cleanliness and missing items are simply not accurate. Your stay began on April 22 2026, and we have time-stamped inspection photos taken immediately prior to your arrival that show all bedding—pillows, sheets, and comforters—were clean, properly made, and free of the issues you described. The claim that there were “no pillowcases” is particularly concerning, as this is a standard part of our setup and verified during inspection. Additionally, the home is professionally cleaned and checked before every guest. At no point during your stay did you contact us to report any of these concerns. Had you done so, we would have addressed them immediately. Washing all linens and using T-shirts in place of pillowcases without notifying us raises more questions than it answers. As for the kitchen, it is stocked in line with vacation rental standards. While we understand personal preferences vary, the absence of a specific item like a cast iron skillet does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or preparation. We take pride in maintaining a high standard for our properties and rely on accurate feedback. Based on our documented pre-arrival condition, we stand behind the cleanliness and readiness of the home.
