Costa Paraiso è un paradiso sull'oceano situato nella città di Aguada. La sabbia, l'oceano e la meravigliosa brezza tropicale ti fanno sentire rilassato e benedetto sui mari dei Caraibi.
Questa affascinante residenza a due piani può ospitare 12 ospiti al secondo livello e 10 ospiti nell'appartamento al primo piano. Il residence Costa Paraiso si trova vicino alle spiagge dedicate agli sport acquatici come surf, snorkeling, kayak, beach volley, nuoto e pesca. La Table Rock, El Ucar, Pico de Piedra tra le altre sono le spiagge dove è possibile praticare il proprio sport acquatico preferito.
A pochi minuti da Costa Paraiso troverete ristoranti locali e internazionali tradizionali, bar sportivi, farmacie, minimarket e panetterie. La rampa della barca si trova vicino a un casinò a soli 20-30 minuti dal residence. Costa Paraiso è anche a 5 minuti dal centro di Aguada, a 15 minuti da Rincon e 20-30 minuti dall'aeroporto regionale di Aguadilla Rafael Hernandez e dalla bellissima città di Isabela.

Great house with plenty of space for all

Family of 10 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor area was wonderful. Rooms were clean and everyone had their own minifridge.

Awesome location, large house

Check in process was sent to us the day of, getting into the house was easy. Decent beach in the back yard. The outdoor shower was a big win for our group. A/C unit did okay, only had one that was leaking at nighttime but still did the job. Recommend staying here with your large group! Parking was more than enough for 6 large vehicles.

Friends and family spring break

Overall the house was a great place to spend a week. The location was great. It had a great beach out front that is almost all sand where the kids and adults had a great time boogie boarding in the large waves at the beginning of our stay. The last few days were calmer where we were able to snorkel in the reef to the west where we saw lots of different fish. There is no ac in the common area which wasn't a huge deal for me since most of the time there was a nice breeze the kitchen could've been a little bigger but overall the house and location was great. The pool was also a nice space to hang out for those that didn't want to go in the ocean and was cleaned mid week.

Beach Access and Views for Days

Great location, steps to the beach. Multiple interior and exterior spots for relaxing and socializing. Great, prompt communication with Property Manager. Our family had a fantastic time :) Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and check in process was easy. The house was just as described. Amazing beach access and pool was great. It accommodated the entire family. We had such an amazing time and would highly recommend this home.

Beach Retreat

We were a group of 7 traveling down to Puerto Rico for the first time and this home certainly didn’t disappoint! It was spacious, clean, and the amount of space/rooms was perfect. Situated along a gorgeous strip of beach was the icing on the cake! Calvin was extremely responsive with the check-in process too. Would definitely visit again!

Fun for the kids

Beautiful house with amazing views very comfortable. Great yard with BBQ area With ocean view. Very clean with plenty of comfortable beds & pillows made it perfect. Close to many beautiful beaches. 97th Papas birthday family reunion

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach were enjoyed. Perfect spot for a sunset. Cavin, the owner responded to our needs personally and immediately. Our 6 families had plenty of room and absolutely love it!! Having the two kitchens and five bathrooms was great. I will come back!!

Love the off the beaten path location, the beach so close and the pool. Also, that 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Our friends love the spacious common areas!! This is my second stay here, first with family and now with friends. The host responds quickly to our questions. Thank you, Cavin!! We will be back.

Amazing place!

This house is beautiful!! Better than expected. Everything was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is great, near supermarket and places to eat. The beach was very nice, and to have it right there in your back yard is priceless. The host was very nice and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would recommend this place 100 % and would definitely book again.

Great beachfront property away from crowds

Our family enjoyed this home in front of the beach. It accommodated our large group easily and even has an apartment like area downstairs with its own kitchen. Awesome backyard area with pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Calvin was accommodating and checked on us via text. If you are looking for a place away from the crowds during this pademic time this one works great.

Beautiful Property

This house and the beach in front were stunning! The rooms were beautiful and airy and the pool area was gorgeous. Luckily, we really never felt like we wanted to leave. However, the kitchen could use some restocking (limited dishes and cookware). There was an açaí bowl place down the road we liked, but not a lot in the walking vicinity. We got some yummy take out and enjoyed being on the property. The beach was just gorgeous.

40th Birthday Celebration

The house is amazing, so much space for everyone, there were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space. The rooms are great size and each with their own bathroom which was really nice. The views of the ocean and the horizon were perfect, in the morning you could sit outside enjoying a cup of coffee and listen to the waves and in the evening you could have a drink watching the sunset. Calvin was great at responding, we noticed a couple things when we got there and he had the someone come out right away. It was an amazing vacation and many memories were made.

Best beach we could find

We loved this house but the beach made it so perfect!!! We tried a few other beaches and after a few minutes the kids all wanted to come back to our beach. It had the best big but gentle waves perfect for boogie boarding, and just splashing in the waves. Its a gorgeous sandy beach and not very busy. Its so great to be to just run back to the house to grab a drink or rinse off. Sunsets were amazing! We thought we would be hot all day but the gentle breeze off he ocean made sitting in the shade around the house perfect every day. The kitchen was big, with the essentials. We loved eating out back and had a few meals with the private chef (Sergio) recommended by the host and they were AMAZING! He was so friendly. There are plenty of beds and so much seating as well as a few comfy little nooks around the house to hang out. The pool was perfect but it got used less than expected with how great the ocean was even at night. We all loved the game room! 2 washers and driers was really nice too! The house was clean and well maintained. You can tell the salt water and humidity is hard on things but overall it was clean, pest free and comfy. Overall the home was even better than the photos portrayed!

Amazing beach house!

We stayed here for spring break with our family of 5 and another family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and the host found us a chef to come cook us a few meals during our stay. He was wonderful! The house is steps from the beach- it’s very walkable and had tide pools and lots of sea glass. The sunsets each night were incredible, our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t air conditioning in the kitchen, only in the bedrooms. So it got a little warm in the kitchen in the evenings. But we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

5 star TOP NOTCH Experience

From the pre-booking to the check out , The property owner Calvin was a breath of fresh air. Any question our group had , we were given an immediate response, that was truthful and helpful. When arriving at the home, it was presented exactly how advertised. Clean , spacious , and picture perfect immaculate location on the beach. Our group spent a short week using the pool and outdoor kitchen on a constant basis , and when the propane tank Ran our of gas on the grill , Calvin was there to replace it within an hour without being asked . If one is questioning about booking this property, stop yourself
