Situata tra Nub's Nob e Boyne Highlands, questa casa tranquilla è pronta per le vostre vacanze rilassanti. Campi da golf, Petoskey State Park e molte spiagge sono solo a breve distanza. La casa è all'ingresso principale del Nob di Nub ed è perfetta per un weekend di sci. Situato in posizione centrale tra Petoskey e Mackinaw City. Cucina raffinata nelle vicinanze e attività abbondano.

La mia casa dispone di soffitti a volta, pavimenti in legno nelle aree comuni al piano superiore e quattro camere da letto. Ci sono due salotti dove le persone possono riunirsi. Entrambi dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e Internet wireless è disponibile ovunque in casa. L'esterno ha un grande ponte con posti a sedere, una buca per il fuoco e una griglia a carbone per il tuo divertimento. Il cortile ha molti alberi ed è una bella e tranquilla area.

States weekend

Great location for a few families that had boys make the Michigan state ski finals. House worked perfectly for our needs.

Harbor Spring Hideaway

The house was a wonderful home to stay in. We had ample space to be very comfortable. The location was perfect for us to be a central point for all the day trips we took throughout northern Michigan. Yet, it's tucked away on a little quiet corner.

Great spacious house with everything you need

We had a group for Zoo-de-Mac bike trip and this place was perfect. Loved having three bathrooms and the open layout, we will be back.

Location of house was convenient to the areas we wanted to see but was next to busy road and had a lot of road noise.There were multiple problems with house.1. Main deck support on corner was broken, and deck was not safe. See pic. We did not feel comfortable using deck. Contacted host and said he would send someone out to look at it. Still boke when we left.2. No cable or TV service as stated in listing. Listing has since been changed.3. Ice maker not making Ice and dispenser stuck with frozen ice pack inside. We removed pack but still no ice.4. Charcoal grill not cleaned. see pic5. King bed frame broke but was replaced same day.6. Downstairs bedroom had no unlocked closet and was very noisy from people walking upstairs.We ask host for a 25% refund due to issues, but he never responded.

Roomy and great location

Lots of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms. 2 Family rooms was unique in this price range. Owner was very responsive. Roomy kitchen and outdoor space. I would definitely book again.

Great location for our ski trip!

We usually stay slopeside at the Highlands but decided to save a little and rented this house. It was much bigger than we needed as we were gone on the slopes most of the time. The house is adequate and a perfect location for either ski resort. We didn't cook at the house so I can’t say much for the kitchen supplies (looked like typical rental house items).Tim was quick to call me when I didn’t find the code on the VRBO app. Very friendly and offered to help with any other questions or issues.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Michigan. Tim's house was in a great location, quick to town and attractions and yet in a peaceful location. We had a great and experience and would highly recommend this house!

Great Harbor Springs getaway

The house was super clean and big enough for two families. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was they needed light bulbs in the lamps.

Great location and value

Tim's home was perfect for a wedding weekend in Harbor Springs/Petosky. It was close to town, and easy to get into. It comfortably slept 10 adults with plenty of space and had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Great value for the location and close to all local activities/attractions!

Everything was perfect for what we needed. Very simple easy and quick. Rooms were fairly clean and had no issues at all.

Two night stay

The home is nice; however, it needs to be cleaned. The kitchen cabinet doors were sticky. The couch is mecahnically on its last leg and we could feel the springs on several of the cushions. As for bedroom matresses, we could also feel the springs on several of them.

Met our needs

Over all the property and house were very nice and clean! Lots of bathroom space for our group and a great location for us! There is lots of living space and spaces to hang out as a group or individually! The double washer and dryer were amazing to have and be able to get wash done during our trip!!! The only thing I would say is the listing isn't completely accurate. It will comfortable sleep 8-9 people. They have two pull-out couches but they need replaced. We put the mattresses from those on the floor for sleeping. The couch upstairs should be replaced as it has seen a lot of use over the years.

Comfortable Home Close to Ski Resorts

Overall this was a nice home with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was clean and well appointed. There was a musty smell in one bedroom and we were not confident that the sheets had been changed between guests. They just weren't crisp and fresh looking. But, overall it was very adequate and a perfect location for a ski trip in the area.
