Separate rumpus room (with independent NBN), offers the ability to "work from home" should the need arise.

Renovated throughout, the interiors are unmatched in character, warm and inviting in style, seamlessly linked to the outdoor entertaining areas and exquisite in every detail. The front of the property looks out to a spacious, elegant bluestone terrace . The rear features a generous deck and terracing including a large level area of lawn, leading down to a remnant apple orchard.

Ideal for all seasons; enjoy local produce on the deck or by the cozy wood burner.
A relaxing environment to get away for a while and recharge.
Close to Polperro winery (500m); The Epicurean (1.3km) and numerous other attractions including wineries and fruit picking. Point Leo surf beach is a 10 minute drive. Fully furnished with linens and towels. Free wifi. both in the main house and rumpus room.

Rumpus room with gym equipment, (use at own liability) books and table tennis.

The property is registered for short term accommodation with the local council and their Code of Conduct is included in the welcoming information

Great house in a good location, pet friendly with a big back garden.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters birthday at the property. The house is beautiful and the back garden is great especially for our little dog who wore himself out running around the garden. Also the outdoor table under the vine is a great spot for dinner and drinks. The views to the ocean are great from the back deck. The house is in a great area close to everything on the Peninsula.

Rob and I purchased this beautiful home in Red Hill after a very long search! We truly wanted to be able to experience all Red Hill and the surrounding areas offer and this property enables us to do just that. After a day of exploring the many walking trails in the areas; to come home to a beautiful view and relaxed environment is the best feeling.

The property is spacious without being too large. It is set on an acre with an abundance of space and mature plants. The large deck spans the width of the property and is fabulous for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a meal.
The property has been recently refurbished and is a fully equipped functioning home.
With the addition of the Rumpus room, the property now also offers an extra area to "work from home" should the need arise.

Beautiful location with views to Western Port. Peaceful surroundings but being within walking distance of the small shopping area of Red Hill South, comprising of cafes and a general store.
