The place is very clean, but it was old looking two coffee cups for four people little ridiculous very outdated, though. I think there might’ve been three knives it just it needed to be updated taken care of and more thought put into how many people are staying at the place.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the place was very clean, but we’re sorry that the overall condition and stocking of the unit did not meet expectations. We understand your frustration with the outdated feel of the space and the limited kitchen items, including only two coffee cups for four people and not enough knives. The home should be thoughtfully prepared for the number of guests it accommodates, and we apologize that this was not your experience. Your comments will be shared with our management team and the property owner so the kitchen inventory, furnishings, and overall updates can be reviewed. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention, as they help us identify where improvements are needed for future guests.

Not the best stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some big blips during this stay. AC went out for a day, many electrical sockets didn't work, light in shower didn't work, and the patio was filthy ( although they cleaned it up). Inside was very clean however.
Risposta di VrboOwner, il giorno 15 lug 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the inside of the property was very clean, but we’re sorry there were several issues during your stay that affected your overall experience. We apologize for the AC going out for a day, the electrical sockets that were not working, and the shower light issue. Those are important comfort and maintenance items, and we understand how frustrating they would be during your visit. We’ll be sharing this with our maintenance team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed properly. We’re also sorry the patio was not clean when you arrived. While we’re glad the team was able to come out and clean it, it should have been ready for you before check-in. Thank you again for recognizing the cleanliness inside while also letting us know where we fell short. Your feedback helps us improve our inspection process and overall guest experience moving forward.

The property location was very ideal! We felt that if it was a one hundred fifty a night it would have been 4 star but at five hundred a night we felt that it fell short of upkeep and cleanliness. Pictures were a little misleading making it look nicer than it really was. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about the pool depth which I feel is something they should know since it was not marked on or by the pool. Overall for the reasons listed above we would give it a 2 star.

Great location near downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really nice unit- we thought it was better in person than it looked in the photos. Considering sanitizing the handrail and light switches- they are highly used and get grubby quickly. Staircases in the common areas are a bit creaky and shaky. Good beds, fair showers. Nice to have a full kitchenette.

Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute reservation and we didn't get to the room til late but still enjoyed it until my fiance cut his toe on a nail sticking out of a piece of trim. Great location, good space

This is not an updated condo, but it is clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children and were ok in the space. Don't plan on cooking meals in the condo, just a couple of pans and one small pot. It was fine for us as we got carry out. There is a small table for 4. The pool was a highlight, heated and indoor/outdoor style. It also had a nice balcony. Matt at the front desk is the very welcoming and always smiling. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.
