"No Rain" è un'incredibile 6 camere da letto, 6 full / 2 a metà bagno casa che si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. No Rain è un posto perfetto per le vacanze! Questa casa dispone di una grande * piscina riscaldata, area Tiki Bar, e più di intrattenimento sufficiente e servizi di lusso per il gruppo di godere. Lunga giornata in spiaggia? Rilassati nella jacuzzi mentre ascolti il suono dell'oceano. "No Rain" si trova nell'East End di Panama City Beach, proprio accanto a 4 delle nostre altre case vacanza di lusso tra cui "Southern Comfort", "Sea Turtle", "Coastal Luxury" e "High Tide".

No Rain è perfetto per quel gruppo che ama guardare i grandi giochi o le gare. Il soggiorno dispone di 3 grandi TV a schermo piatto e una vista sulla splendida Panama City Beach. Esci dall'area di gioco inferiore della casa e troverai un biliardo e un biliardino. Niente pioggia è la casa sulla spiaggia perfetta per una riunione di famiglia, rifugio estivo, o il grande gioco! Nessun dettaglio è passato inosservato in questa casa! 

Il primo piano presenta una zona giorno con TV a schermo piatto, divano letto queen-size, secondo frigorifero, bagno di servizio, angolo cottura e porta che conduce al Tiki Bar e all'area giochi esterni. Il ponte esterno al 1 ° piano ha un tavolo da biliardo, biliardino e posti a sedere bar. Prendi alcuni gradini e verrai spazzato via dalla grande piscina riscaldata * e dalla jacuzzi. Camminare verso la spiaggia sulla spiaggia appena aggiunta a piedi! Puoi goderti tutto questo mentre guardi verso la gloriosa Panama City Beach. 

Il secondo piano di "No Rain" dispone di un grande open space soggiorno, due camere da letto, un bagno completo sala e accesso diretto ad un balcone arredato. La cucina completamente attrezzata è dotata di un doppio forno e di tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno. Puoi sederti 8 al tavolo da pranzo e 3 al bar, mentre ti godi il pasto e ti godi il Golfo del Messico. Il soggiorno di lusso dispone di 3 grandi TV a schermo piatto, perfette per trasmettere una varietà di programmi. In fondo al corridoio è un mezzo bagno, una regina sopra camera da letto con bagno en-suite, e una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite. 

Vai al terzo piano e continuerai ad essere colpito dal grande arredamento e dai dettagli di "No Rain". Questo piano dispone di un'area comune con TV a schermo piatto, una lavatrice / asciugatrice, 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni e un balcone nella suite principale. Ci sono 2 camere da letto king size con un bagno collegato, così come una regina sopra la camera da letto king bunk con un bagno sala proprio accanto ad essa. La master suite in "No Rain" è quella che ti lascerà a bocca aperta. Il letto principale del re è in perfetta vista sull'oceano dove è possibile vedere l'alba / il tramonto. Il bagno è dotato di vasca idromassaggio e ampia cabina doccia con soffione a pioggia a colori cangianti. La porta a vetri nella camera da letto conduce al balcone arredato dove potrete rilassarvi e ammirare le incantevoli viste sul Golfo del Messico.

Host were amazing to work with. Only thing I would have larger baking and cooking pans and things for large groups. We had a few out of anyone’s control issues and the hosts and their maintenance crew Were on top of it and made everything right and more! Can’t say enough about the friendliness and promptness of Ray and his crew!

We had two families stay here. The house was amazing. The beds were very comfortable.The kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s hard to find a good pool on the beach and this is definitely a good pool. You get plenty of sun and they loved the covered porch.We would definitely rent this house again.

We have come to this beautiful home 2 years in a row and absolutely love it!! The hot tub and the pool are awesome, and the beach and ocean are breathtaking. My family loves this wonderful home and can't wait to go back. It is truly a perfect vacation for us.

Excellent location, gorgeous home, private pool

I would highly recommend this property for large groups and children. 3 different seating areas gave our party of 9 an opportunity for private time or small group conversions. The pool is perfect as our 4 year old identical twin grandsons did not like the beach very much. Just a great house with a responsive management team!

Relaxing, convenient and comfortable!

This rental was a great fit for our family of 8. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out and relax. The pool was great! The outside games were a big hit as well. We were able to walk out the back door straight onto the beach...it was amazing. The property was well maintained. Communication was super easy and the staff was very helpful and prompt.

Beautiful View right on the Beach

The place is very nice, beds very nice and clean. Just a little hint make sure you bring TP paper, paper towels, salt, pepper and anything you use for cooking. They do supply all cooking pots, pans and things like that but no storage containers for left overs so you must supply that. I would return and stay again the pool is wonderful the beach is right there and the view is beautiful.

Great vacay!

This home was great for our family of 14. The pool was awesome. Great size and layout for the little ones and adults. Best part was being able to get to the beach quickly and whenever we wanted. Great location in Panama City. Management was very responsive to our needs. A few considerations…the house next door was being built so there was early morning hammering. The internet was spotty at times and made watching TV with apps a little difficult.

Absolute perfection!

This was our favorite house we’ve rented in FL so far. You can’t beat the layout (plenty of space for everyone) and the location was great. Close enough to town, but away from all the loud and craziness. The pool was wonderful for us all to use each afternoon to take a break from the beach. Everything was just top notch! The only things we realized we didn’t have was pot holders and not enough kitchen hand towels. The grill is also a green egg, and we wished we had known to bring the proper grilling items. We can’t wait to come back!!

Incredible location and wonderful responsive service

Our family of 16 (ages 6-65) had ample room in this spacious home. We were on an area of the beach that had single family homes, so even though the beach is public, we had almost no other people on "our" beach. The pool and spa were big hits with the kids, as were the bunk rooms and the MANY televisions. Even on a couple of rainy days, we had no problems keeping the kids entertained. While we did have a few issues with appliances not working, the management company was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The location is great, allowing us to walk to several restaurants and shops. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all!

Perfect for our family group

This property was perfect for our family of small children, teens, young adults, and grandparents. You do have to go upstairs, (and we did alot!) but the view is worth it. It is close to shopping, but felt a little remote. We came at the perfect time. (First week in May) We did have a double red flag day, and a few red flag days. The pool was perfect for the days when the ocean was pretty harsh. The only downside, was we couldn't find a broom. We were a messy bunch, so we went to buy one. Otherwise, this house was beautiful and perfect. I definitely recommend.

Perfect gathering place for families

Our stay at No Rain was outstanding. We met up with our three grown children and their families and had a wonderful time. One of my criteria for a rental house was a pool table and although I was surprised to see it was outside and under the deck, we had some epic billiards games that will go down in vacation lore for years to come. The pool was a wonderful size and shape for lots of grandchildren where the older kids could swim and and little ones could sit on the large shelf that is only a few inches deep. The hot tub was hot and used often. We had absolutely beautiful sunsets and lots of pictures were taken almost every evening. The house could use more coasters as we were scrambling to put paper towels under our cups in the living room; otherwise, the kitchen was well equipt. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful

I was nervous using a VRBO for the first time not knowing what to expect, but all that worry got swept away after seeing this beautiful house. Nice size pool and steps away from the powder sand. Restaurant near by and walking distance to souvenir shops. Just a few things to think about. Cooking pans were in bad shape and need to be replaced. Suggest a electric skillet for customer to use. Hot tub temps got too hot at night. But still great feature to have. Outdoor games and furniture has seen it's better days but we understand the difficulty's to keeping things like new in the ocean air. Celebrating my 60th withy family was priceless. Thank you!

needs repair

Never saw on website that a house was being built next door. By the time you readthi I'm sure house is completed. we should have been told. Location was ok but house floors need fixing. The master baths floor was sinking due to a leak apparently. I had to put a towel over area to cover the sunken part as the porcelain tile had sharp edges.Downstairs in kitchen was a large water stain on ceiling which was the location of the sunken bathroom floor. Someone should have painted that big round stain. I went throughout the house putting red tape down on areas of tile that had grout missing , hence making the edges of the tile sharp. everyone was barefoot at one time or anther so was concerned someone would cut their feet. I found the few rugs that were in the house dirty looking. these needed to be replaced. The area the house is in is convenient to stores , restaurants and is right on the beach with a pool. The pool decking needs some care as some boards were lifting up and could cause a fall. I wouldn't rent it again unless it was fully cleaned and updated. Its worn out.

The house is beautiful and the swimming pool and beach access are superb . However there were roaches y all the rooms and bathrooms of the third floor , which were very promptly addressed by a nice lady once we called . Only one television worked in the living room , or we did not know how to make them work. Renting and paying for the beach chairs and umbrellas in advance is not fair , for as in our case we paid in advance for 6 days but were only provided four days because of the weather . It is fair if one could rent the chairs/umbrellas on a daily basis .Overall it was otherwise wonderful and we had a great time.

Great House. Terrible neighborhood. Do NOT trust the pictures. Lots of small issues with this house.

House is amazing. It could have been cleaner. Dust, dirt and dead bugs everywhere. I understand Florida has huge bugs but to have a dead one the size of a small dog in the tub in the master bathroom was surprising. Do NOT let the pictures fool you. They have staged everything to look perfect and it is far from that. The thing that looks like a hot tub is NOT a hot tub. The things that look like jets in the hot tub are NOT jets. This is a "heated sitting area" that may or may not be heated when you would like to use it. The light in the "heated sitting area" is burnt out. The decking furniture is old with holes and cushions are very used. Boardwalk and deck around the pool is splintering and had several spots that weren't screwed down correctly. The outdoor TV did not work. Was fixed on the fourth day of our stay. The pool and foosball tables have seen better days. The pool table's felt needs to be redone and the foosball table is a giant rusted tetanus danger. We ordered three adult bikes. They were a day late in delivery after we messaged them. Then when they showed up one had a flat tire and one had a broken seat. The flat tire was fixed on our third day but the seat was never addressed. The "adult" bikes were for very, very small adults. Also, the neighborhood this house is in is not a safe place to even try to ride a bike. Cars parked everywhere on the road, drunk college kids everywhere and drunk driving college kids everywhere. Just not enough space to ride the bikes so we never did. These should not be even an option in this area. As far as "location" it's great. Right on the beach but you have to deal with those problems. The house has an empty lot beside it that every single person that comes to PCB uses to walk to and from the beach 24/7. There is little to no privacy on that side of the house all hours of the day and night. We took advantage of the chair and umbrella rental but you have to literally be in them when they are setup or have someone watching them or you have random people just plop down in your chairs and set up for the day. We had a confrontation with two frat boys that didn't want to leave the chairs we had paid for. There are NO pool or beach towels. I repeat.. you are in a house with a pool on the beach that you just paid 18k for a week to stay in and they do not have pool or beach towels. Five forks yes 5 and not a single working can opener. Not worth the price for all the hassles you have to deal with.

Hello James, we regret to hear your stay was not what you had anticipated. We do our best to make sure each guest has the best experience in our homes and we fell short this time and do sincerely apologize for some of the inconveniences during your stay. Our team of reservationists and property managers did their best to address any and all issues in a timely manner. Upon checking with property managers that you spoke to during your stay and reviewing your reservation all of the things you reported during your stay were addressed within that same day or the following day Pool: Pool heat is an additional cost and you were advised you did not purchase the option to heat the pool. Prior to your arrival we asked if you would like to add on pool heat and declined. However, due to some of the inconveniences you experienced we left the pool heat on for your stay. The spa heat is included at no additional cost to you and comes on from 7PM – 2AM. Outdoor TV: there was a power surge and the tv cable needed to be replaced and we replaced it the following day. Outdoor Speakers: We were able to fix 2 out of the 6 speakers Bikes: all tires were fixed and when it was discovered one of them was bad we replaced the entire bike as well as fixed the seat. Again, we do apologize for the inconveniences during your stay and welcome you back in any of our homes for a future stay. Thank you, Holiday Beach Rentals

Amazing but..

This place is in the perfect location This house is off the hook The management could not be nicer But not tub has to be worked on every day And then turned off every night very early No beach towels no beach chairs And no supplies in kitchen They make you throw all out so you walk in with no salt pepper oil tin foil and so forth Never been to a rental where I have to spend that much money to cook and then in a few days throw it all away Makes no sense This place was the most expensive one I have ever stayed in and then having to spend hundreds of dollars on this stuff as well as tp, paper towel, garbage bags etc is weird
