Property is as shown online. Very nice. Most appointed VRBO property we have stayed at. Tons of outside “toys” and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Beautiful views and conveniently located.

My family and I had the most amazing week at this home! It was clean, cozy, and very kid friendly. We hardly left the property because it had everything we wanted, and the views were absolutely incredible. Joe was very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 experience and we definitely will be back.

Our stay at here was absolutely perfect! It has all the charm of a classic Old Florida beach house while being well maintained and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - close to everything, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops without ever feeling like we were in a crowded tourist area. The house had everything we needed and instantly felt like home. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of quaint beach-house character and an unbeatable location on Anna Maria Island, this place is hard to beat - a fully equipped modern kitchen, plenty of beach toys, private access to a perfect swimming location, amazing views, dolphins and manatees. We can’t wait to come back!

Thank you Travis!! Your review captured the best of my "Lil Piece of Paradise". In my 30 years living in my home I have been so blessed to watch from my deck, nature in action. Dolphin, Manatees and so many sea birds and fish, keep my memories fresh in my mind. I am so glad I get the chance to now share these treasures. Fantastic house on the bay! Fantastic price too! Perfect for our family of four. We felt lucky the whole week to be right on the bay (sunrises, dolphins, manatees!). Our two teen boys loved to fish early in the morning and in the evening. 5 minute walk to Bean point beach. We will be back!

Location is great, super comfortable and everything you might need in the kitchen. Watch sunrise from deck and sunsets at Bean Point! Lots of towels for house and beach!

Great owner, great location, wonderful view! Condo has everything you need and then some. Beds are one of my biggest needs, normally they are horrible and kill my back but this condo has amazing beds. This was the first trip to AMI and we didn't want to leave. Hubby found 2 bags of nice bigger shells in the ocean for the grands right out the back yard. The dolphins would come all the way up to the wall.

Great house and it is right on the water. We saw manatees, an Egret walk right in front of the home, and lots of bird activity. Excellent sun rises and an easy walk to Bean Point for the Sunsets. Walk to the Waterfront Restaurant. Excellent food but plan early as there is always an hour wait. Joe the owner was easy to text to and his home has the perfect vacation because of the location. Looking forward to spending another week at Joe's home.

Our stay at the house on Anna Maria Island was absolutely wonderful. The home was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every utensil imaginable, along with thoughtful basic pantry items. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the view was simply amazing. One of our favorite parts was seeing manatees and dolphins every single day right from the property.Joe was an incredible host — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help in any way he could. He truly made the experience even better. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return ourselves.

It's Tarpon season now and they are rolling behind the house, hope you saw them. I share my home and always make the effort to make sure every small thing is taken care of and hopefully supplied for your enjoyment. Sitting on that deck is the best.. Check in was easy. Unit was very clean. Beautiful views from the back deck. Close to Pine, so very close to everything. Joe was great to work with and very responsive.

Love seeing the ocean everyday from the deck! Very clean and easy access. Deck could use an outside string lights or something to see better. All in all loved our stay, saw dolphins and a manatee. Was a great spot for snorkeling seeing fish and collecting sea shells! Beautiful sunrises each morning! Loved being on the bay side of the ocean as it was quiet too!

Oh my, where do I start?! The pictures are 1/10th of how beautiful this place is! Clean, well appointed, beautiful and the best location on the island, truly! You have a private beach and step into the ocean whenever you want. It’s a resort in itself. If you want to get away from everything and feel like you’re on your own island, this place is for you. Joe was awesome to communicate with. We cannot wait to go back! Two thumbs up and a million stars! Thank you, Joe!
