Brand new for Spring 2023! Villa Sonia is the perfect home for guests seeking a 'sought after neighborhood' property with open plan design. Situated close to the ever popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, this home has an oversized pool deck with direct Gulf Access.

On stepping through the home's entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent. The Living area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, cable TV plus views over the large pool area and deck. The Kitchen is open plan with a Breakfast Nook overlooking the pool area plus additional Breakfast Bar seating. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is a separate Den overlooking the pool deck. This is furnished with a desk and chair so ideal for remote working. The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous King size bed, cable TV and doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower and his and her basin area.

The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The Queen Guest Bedroom has Cable TV as does the Twin Guest Bedroom. The Guest Bathroom is adjacent to the Guest Bedrooms and has a Bath Tub/Shower combo plus basin and toilet..

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool deck area is over-sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly under an umbrella reading a good book! The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a private dock area with additional seating. A great place for a drink at sunset or to engage in a bit of fishing in the canal just like the locals do.

Villa Sonia is the perfect choice for guests seeking a tasteful and spacious residence, combined with one of Cape Coral's best neighborhoods.

Quiet, beautiful location

We stayed for 9 days in December 2023, and it was lovely. Very clean, quiet, relaxing. Owner communication was excellent. Leather in the living room was perfect. Definitely recommend

A lovely stay in this bright, spacious villa

We had a wonderful stay in this bright, sunshine filled villa. The photos really do this property justice. As a family of 4 we had so much space. My children loved sitting at the open plan breakfast bar and watching me prepare food. I loved the wonderful views from the lounge and the comfy, reclining leather sofas. The beds are all really comfortable and the rooms are tastefully furnished. We actually chose this villa because it does not currently have a lanai and we loved the open views of the canal. The pool is a good size and was a lovely temperature. The property is situated in a convenient location within close proximity to a local Publix and Winn Dixie. Despite there not being beaches in the Cape Coral area we loved travelling across to Pine Island for evening sunsets. Sanibel and Captiva offer wonderful beaches for swimming and shelling. We had excellent service from Keely who manages this property. She was quick to respond to any questions and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A truly wonderful stay in beautiful Florida.

Relaxing stay!

Stayed with my wife and 2 toddlers, and they all loved it. The house was very spacious, well maintained, and covert clean. When we ran out of propane for the grill, they promptly came and replaced it the next morning. The pool and canal area was beautiful, and the kids loves splashing and playing in the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors friendly. I would definitely come here again!
