Questa bella casa è l'ideale per un grande evento o una grande riunione di famiglia, questa bella casa sul lato del Golfo è di 2.634 piedi quadrati, sei camere da letto, sei bagni e può ospitare comodamente fino a 18 persone.

304 Ariola Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

Le porte anteriori conducono ad un ingresso luminoso con scale che portano al livello principale. Questa zona living a concetto aperto ha un'enorme cucina con un lungo bancone per la colazione, un sacco di spazio sul bancone e una combinazione di frigorifero / congelatore sovradimensionato. La zona giorno ha molti posti a sedere confortevoli, TV a schermo piatto a parete e un angolo bar. Il tavolo da pranzo, con i suoi sedili stile panca, può ospitare l'intera famiglia allargata durante i pasti. Tre camere da letto sono a destra della cucina, tutte con accesso al ponte. Camera da letto 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Camera 2 ha due letti queen size e bagno privato. Camera da letto 3 ha anche due letti queen size e un bagno privato. Altre tre camere da letto sono sul lato opposto della casa. Camera da letto 4 ha due letti queen size e un bagno privato. Camera da letto 5 ha un letto matrimoniale e utilizza una sala da bagno che funge anche da zona giorno. La camera 6 è una master suite con accesso al ponte, un letto king size e un ampio bagno privato con vasca da giardino con idromassaggio e doccia con vetri.

Il piano di livello principale è incredibile con aree salotto ombreggiate e aperte, tavolo da pranzo pieno di dimensioni e ringhiere in acrilico trasparente per una vista senza ostacoli del Golfo. Le scale dal ponte conducono direttamente alla sabbia bianca e all'acqua color smeraldo. L'area del posto auto coperto sotto la casa è grande e aperta per un sacco di parcheggio coperto e spazio aggiuntivo di intrattenimento.

This was a beautiful property. We hosted my family and had 14 guest stay comfortably. There was easy access to the beach and the spacious deck allowed family to be together both on the property and on the deck coming and going with ease. A bonus was watching the dolphin from living room. The huge refrigerator and ice machine came in very handy as well. Come prepared with beach towels and chairs as the property does not provide those.

Great for our family vacation!

Wonderful property for our family vacation! We were so impressed with the property, the cleanliness, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. One note that might help others traveling with little kids, there is not a great spot for a pack and play because the rooms are all packed with beds but we made it work. We've already booked again for next year!

Fall Break with the Grandchildren

More than enough kitchen utensils. Children and grandchildren loved the house and loved the location as did I. Very clean and loved that all but one of the bedrooms had a bathroom attached but the one that didn't have a bath attached the bathroom was in the hall for it.

Most Comfortable House Ever

It was not the fanciest but was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room to spread out, great location, close to an uncrowded beach and very clean. Plenty of room and one of the best views of the Ocean in that area, from the porch. Beach access was easy. Great memories were made with family and friends this weekend for our daughter’s wedding. Only negative was one mattress out of all the beds, was hard not very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

The property management and La Dolce Vita were wonderful. If something was needed they were there before we knew it! A Lovely Weekend!

We love Pensacola Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was just a we expected. We love drinking our coffee under the porch overhang first thing every morning. The beds were very comfortable except for the queens in the front street side. Son says those need replacing. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lots of new glasses! Great having two dishwashers and an ice maker. We re-upped for next year!
