Upon entering the unit you are greeted with the living room showcasing cathedral ceilings which makes the room feel more open and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight for you to experience. The kitchen area comes fully equipped and includes all major amenities needed while on your vacation. With plenty of room, preparing home cooked meals, when not going to eat out, will be a breeze. The dining room table is located off of the kitchen and has enough seating for 8-10 people.

A featured bonus of this home is the additional seating space offered. It comes equipped with comfortable seating arrangements and a flat screen TV for your use. The master bedroom features a king size bed with beautiful furnishings to keep all of your belongings in. Also included is a TV for your use and a master bathroom for additional privacy. The master bath is spacious and offers a walk-in shower and soaker tub for you to enjoy. The first guest bedroom features a full size bed and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. Both with easy access to the guest bathroom. The outside lanai and pool area provides seating to enjoy Florida’s great weather. Enjoy the large pool and spa in the privacy of your own home. The unit also comes stocked with linens and towels for your use as well as high-speed internet throughout the unit.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional fee of $25/day. An additional $45 trip fee will apply for pool heat requested after check-in.
