HOME - Scia fino a Beaver Run Superchair! Little Moose Lodge è situato a pochi passi dall'accesso Burro Trail e consente di accedere all'area base di Beaver Run. Questo fantastico noleggio sci è un rifugio multi-livello con quattro camere da letto, tra cui una camera a castello nel seminterrato finita, incastonata nella zona del Guerriero vicino a Peak 9. L'open space del livello principale offre una spaziosa cucina in granito, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con comodi posti a sedere, soffitti a volta, ampie finestre e un grande camino a gas muschio che lo rende il luogo perfetto per riunirsi con la famiglia e gli amici. Questa bella casa è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è ben arredata e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per una fantastica vacanza in montagna, tra cui una nuova vasca idromassaggio privata. C'è un livello inferiore finito con due letti estraibili oltre a due camere private al piano principale e una suite matrimoniale con soppalco annesso al secondo livello. Little Moose Lodge offre di tutto, viste spettacolari sulle montagne, facile accesso ai sentieri e quella rara combinazione di vicinanza al centro città e privacy boscosa.

POSIZIONE - Little Moose Lodge è situato nella zona di Warrior's Mark, proprio vicino alla terra di Forest Service, con facile accesso alle piste da sci e MIGLIA di escursioni estive e piste ciclabili! Questa struttura si trova vicino a tutto ciò che si desidera fare a Breckenridge durante il soggiorno, ma dispone anche di un cortile alberato recintato privato se si desidera semplicemente rilassarsi nella tranquilla aria di montagna. Quando non colpisci le piste, ci sono molti negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni su Main St. a solo mezzo miglio di distanza. Per raggiungere entrambe le piste o il centro, la navetta gratuita Breckenridge è a soli 1/2 isolato a piedi.

What a fantastic Place

Little Moose Lodge is beautifully decorated in the lodge style that you would expect for Colorado, with modern, up-to-date appliances. Bathrooms are modern and the whole home is very, very clean. Don't ski? Don't worry, you can just sit and watch the mountains all day, as the view does NOT disappoint, especially the sunrise! Or you can have your adventure in the quaint, friendly town. If only every town was lit like Breckenridge at night! We chose this home based on the fact it had Ski On/Ski Off. However, depending upon your definition of "Ski On, Ski Off or Slope-side", this feature was a bit of a stretch. Getting on the slope was more walking in ski boots than we cared to do, getting off the slope was difficult, and in our opinion, not convenient at all, compared to other homes we have stayed in that have this same feature.

Excellent Vacation at an Excellent Location

Little Moose Lodge was an excellent vacation home with every imaginable, top-notch amenity you could possibly need. To make things even easier and more enjoyable, the owner, Lisa, was immediately responsive to all our questions and needs. I would recommend this home to everyone. Our family stayed with another family at this home for a ski vacation, and there was plenty of room and we had a terrific time. The best surprise is that you are able to walk to the end of the street, and jump right onto a short little run that takes you directly to the slopes on Lower Lehman and onto the Beaver Run lift or the Quicksilver lift. You can likewise hop off the slopes from Peak 10 and ski right to the same spot, or take Lower Lehman to where you ski in and walk back up to the same spot (if you don't want to ski from Peak 10). This made skiing so much easier and more enjoyable, as we were able to avoid the bus/shuttle. However, if you prefer the shuttle, you can catch it at the Marriott and it is only a few minutes ride to the end of the street where the house is located. Lisa, thank you for making our skiing vacation such a joy!

Great place in Breckinridge. Amazing views, quiet, isolated, private and yet right next to Main Street. Fully stocked house that made our stay absolutely perfect. Could not recommend more and hope to be back soon!

Very accommodating and close to town.

Wildlife was plentiful at this location! There was a moose with her brand new calf in the neighborhood for several days and that was awesome to see. Fox running around everywhere! Our group ate ranged from 2 to 74 and we all loved it.

Fab!

We thought this property was fabulous and we had a great holiday over Christmas. Everything clean and easy to use. Loads of extra towels/sheets etc. Hot tub lovely. Only one thing that is a minor niggle and not really worth mentioning but may be relevant to others... To ski out, you need to walk around 150 metres then ski through a wooded area which was fun and pretty straight forward. Skiing in is a different story and not one we tackled with the kids as it was too hard after a day on the slopes when they were exhausted. We caught the bus at the base of Peak 9 for 4 stops then the next one which took us to the end of the road (100m walk). The buses are free, very regular and they are really short rides. Worked for us.

Clean, efficient, well equiped, great hot tub, not ski-in, not ski-out,

Great property with easy vehicular access to slopes and town. This property is not ski-in/ski-out. There is a trailhead roughly 300 yards from the property providing ski-out access. Without recent snow fall and consistently sub freezing conditions I would question the trailheads passibility. Luckily for us, Mother Nature cooperated and just as conditions were about to fall apart we got a fresh 6”. The views from the property were incredible! Both the front porch and hot tub provided beautiful vistas. There is not a TV on the main level which we found to be a huge plus... kept our group focused on the natural beauty all around. The kitchen was well equipped and a sufficient amount of disposables (paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper) were provided. Linens were likewise abundant for a large group! We were notified a couple days in advance of check in that the dishwasher wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed prior to, or during, our stay. While a slight inconvenience, we were very pleased with the communication from the owner and property management team. They eliminated the surprise and were open about a challenge beyond their control. All in all, this property was a great fit our group and we would recommend it to prospective renters!

Wonderful mountain home. Very nicely appointed and spacious. Great condition and clean!

We had myself (Dad) and four grown boys. Perfect space for group. Outdoor hot tub, and setting is perfect. We did not use the ski in ski out access, just drove to gondola (5 minutes). We did see others, and families, use the ski in ski out access. Great experience from registration, to arrival, to depart. Just one issue with the dishwasher which I reported to mngt company. Kitchen and appliances are brand new and modern. GREAT VIEWS!!!! Would definitely use this owner / property again. Great trip!

Special touches at a special place!

Everything was fabulous at Little Moose Lodge! Highlights were the Sonos sound system and the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, puzzles and games fun. We even saw a meteor shower while in the hot tub. The Christmas trees were a nice touch, too. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely mountain retreat with us!! Was a memorable time for the eight of us!

Calendar Date Should Not Matter

House is fine rather than rodents in kitchen area..Christmas day we were snowed in because no plow service which caused me to have to be pulled from snow bank..Sking was great and we ate good. Beautiful settiong and views.Dormitory area gets cold at night..Owners response excellent..

Nicest home we've ever rented in our 30 years coming up to vacation in Breckenridge! You'll Love it!

Perfect in every way. Location, floor plan and furnishings, and a killer mountain view. We have found our Breck vacation home and will be back soon for sure!

Breckenridge perfection!

We really, really enjoyed our stay at Little Moose Lodge! It had perfect layout and space for grandparents (loft and bedroom upstairs), parents in the main floor queen bedroom, and kids in the bunk bed room on the main floor. Anything we could ever need for our trip, except for normal groceries, was there; what an incredibly well-stocked kitchen! We loved being up on the side of the mountain with such incredible views! We spent a lot of time on the front balcony enjoying the views, and our girls had a blast playing in the backyard, even spotting a neighborhood fox on numerous occasions! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, the artwork was awesome, and the furnishings were perfect! We had such a wonderful day, and if we are lucky enough to return to Breckenridge some day, this will be our spot again!

Wonderful Breckenridge vacation home!

This home was simply marvelous. From the beautiful view to the east, the wonderful backyard and the exceptionally stocked kitchen we could not have been happier. The only funny thing about the house is you do have to go through the basement bedroom to access the garage area but we worked around that. Access to hiking trails is great. There is a trail head at the end of the block and to the left. You do need to drive if you wish to go to town. There is no bus service to the neighborhood in the summer which was really no problem for us, just an FYI.The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed watching the fireworks display from across the street from the house. We have rented a number of properties in Breck and this one was by far the winner! We will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Stunning views--Great location--Fabulous home!

This property is everything we hoped for. The house is beautiful and arranged to make living easy and relaxing. There are several outdoor decks with breathtaking views and a beautifully landscaped fenced backyard area. The kids and adults had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The house provided everything we could possibly need or want and had great decorating style. The kitchen was amazing and we especially loved the big picture window in the middle of the kitchen. We brought our family together to celebrate a BIG birthday and this home was perfect. Close to town, hiking, and everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. Lisa the owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Will definitely go back again. JB

Beautiful

Our family had a wonderful weekend in the mountains celebrating my daughter's and my dad's birthday. Little Moose lodge has an incredible view with nearby trails to explore. The house is up to date, gorgeous and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!
