Questo soleggiato, privato e spaziosa casa 5 camere da letto si trova sul lato sud di San Juan Island è un luogo perfetto sia per gli appassionati di outdoor o il viaggiatore rilassato.

Questa casa di vacanza arredata con gusto e ben arredate, offre tutti i comfort necessari, mentre sull'isola di San Juan. Come appena si apre la porta d'ingresso, si noterà quanta cura è andato a rendere questo casa calda, conveniente e tutto relax e divertimento in uno del regione più ricercati luoghi per allontanarsi da tutto. Situato all'interno di una stretta a piedi a una delle migliori spiagge di sabbia dell'isola e tanti sentieri della struttura American Camp, questa struttura è l'ideale per coloro che sono desiderosi di essere isola attivo o in attesa di un po 'di pacifica vita dell'isola.

L'open space è disposto bene con la cucina, sala da pranzo, sala multimediale, soggiorno e 3/4 da bagno tutto al livello principale. C'è anche una camera da letto al livello principale, perfetto per chi non vuole usare le scale. Il soggiorno è dotato di comodi divani, soffitti alti e grande illuminazione dalle numerose finestre con esposizione a sud. La sala da pranzo è collegata alla cucina e dispone di posti a sedere per sei, con due foglie supplementari e sedie per un totale di otto. Il banco bar ha posti a sedere per quattro e si siede proprio tra le sale da pranzo e cucina.

La cucina è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, tra cui un forno a microonde, nuova macchina per il caffè, macinino da caffè, tostapane, pentola di coccio ed è ben attrezzata con tutti gli elementi essenziali per la preparazione dei pasti, così tutti possono godere di cucinare insieme in questa cucina spaziosa e aperta.

Il piano superiore dispone di tre camere da letto, tre piccoli ponti, due bagni e una sala yoga / ufficio per il vostro divertimento.

I bambini potranno godere di correre in cortile spazioso e giocando sulla altalena. Una volta che il sole tramonta, puoi sederti sotto le stelle mentre arrostisci i marshmallows e goderti il ​​fuoco all'aperto (legna fornita).

Very comfortable home in a beautiful setting. As stated in other comments, the house is older than it looks in the pictures. The outside trim needs painting and the yard isn’t as pretty when the pictures were taken. We enjoyed seeing deer in the yard, black fox, owls and quail. The downstairs lack window coverings, which felt weird at night. The house is surrounded by a large thicket, so it is secluded, which has pluses and minuses. A great house for a large group of people.

Getting to the island on the ferry was magical and when we pulled up to the home, it was everything we expected. We have a large family with six kids and the home easily accommodated beds for everyone and room for our family to move around. I the house was about 10 minutes south of Friday Harbor so easily accessible and with hiking and beach vistas so close we didn’t travel far from the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow, better than imagined!

Absolutely wonderful, quiet private home in beautiful woodlands with wild berries, apple trees, deer and absolute solitude! Walking distance to San Juan National Monument, the beach and just four miles from Friday Harbor, a real 10!!

Great experience

We loved staying at this property! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and other supplies. Plenty of space for our party of 8 to sleep. The yard is a perfect size for kids to run around and play and the location of the house is walking distance to Eagle cove beach and American camp. Overall we had a great stay!

American Camp area rental

I am very familiar with San Juan Island so I was pleased to find a spacious rental for my family to attend a gathering on the island. There are very few rental houses available with five separate sleeping areas to accommodate an extended family. The yard was large and level and good for small kids to play safely. It was walking distance from American Camp, Eagle Cove, Grandma's Cove and even South Beach (about 2 miles) if you are a walker. We had some trouble with the dishwasher and the property management sent someone out immediately to help with the problem. A view of the water was the only thing that was missing.

There was plenty of space for our family — actually five bedrooms. We loved being close to Eagle Cove and South Beach, but on SJI you’re always close enough to everything. When we return to Friday Harbor, we definitely plan to return here.

Great location with room to spread out

The property is as described, a secluded getaway that’s super close to Eagle Cove beach and American Camp, but to be honest everything is close on an island. the house was appointed well with a rustic feel. The furniture is getting along in the years, but comfy. The outdoor space is great for kids to run around and we made use of the fire pit and grill outside. We saw a couple deer walking through the backyard in the morning. We were traveling with me, my wife, 11yo daughter, 9yo son, 6yo son, and 76yo mother. Mom appreciated the ground floor accommodations. My only recommendation to the owner is to make sure all rugs have the non-slip mats underneath. A couple in the main bedroom almost got me.

Great house, great walks

Overall, we loved the house and our stay…. The house was comfortable, comfortable for family to spread out and relax — as well as to come together for meals and hanging out. The house is located within short peaceful walks to the beach and to American Camp. Good Thanksgiving. Our one concern was the mattress in the primary bedroom…..very uncomfortable. We were a small group so we could choose other beds…with a new mattress there, this would be ideal for our family… (we usually expect an additional person or two…)

Lovely Property

I loved how quiet the property was. It is kind off the beaten path, but that was one of the things I loved about it. It's also really close to a great beach that would be perfect for small kids. It was a beautiful house that was really peaceful and spacious with a great front porch that is perfect for your morning coffee!

Fantastic family vacation home

This was a 3-generation family vacation, ranging in age from 7 to 75. The house was perfect. Lots of room for all of us. The yard and deck were great for relaxing. We saw deer and foxes in the yard. Star watching from the lawn late at night was spectacular. The location is outstanding, close to everything but quiet and serene. We went to American Camp just down the road several times to spot wildlife and enjoy the beach at Grandma’s Cove. The house itself is well equipped, very clean, and beds were comfortable. We liked everything about this place and would recommend it highly as a delightful vacation home. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us.
