Bella BANCA BASSA, casa non fumatori sulla spiaggia di Sandy Point, vicino a Bellingham WA e Vancouver BC. Sandy Point è una piccola comunità sulla spiaggia che offre incredibili albe sul Monte Baker e tramonti che rispecchiano le isole hawaiane. Thank you Dan for sharing your place. All of us loved it. Being right on the water was amazing! The beds and bedding were were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor furniture was plentiful and in great shape. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Everything was above and beyond fantastic here! It sits right on the waters edge facing west so enjoying the sound of the ocean was a daily experience. Sunsets were stunning! Enjoyed a fire on the last night. Inside house was spacious and clean. Kitchen greatly stocked, we cooked dinners most nights, the outside grill was a plus. Beds and pillows very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Nice quiet location. Very relaxing. Beautiful views. Close to town and activities that we wanted to do. House had adequate space for our family with great spaces for socializing. We had a camp fire every night!!

We came for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The accomdations and view are perfect. We love ❤️ the neighborhood, we also made trips to Lummi Island, ferndale and Whatcolm Falls. The owner is easy to communicate with. Thanks again.

Amazing and Relaxing!

We came for a ladies weekend and it was a beautiful spot, the views were incredible and there was space for everyone. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Including having a nice fire in the pit looking over the water. :) Highly recommended and we will be back. Hopefully next year! Thank you

A beautiful stay!

This Sandy Point Beachfront home has everything you need! Plenty of space in the main house, and a huge addition for possible guest! I always look for access to the water, and this house was perfect! Not only does it have access to the waterfront it also has a fire pit for you to enjoy while relaxing on the deck! Beautiful views from all over in the inside of the house. I loved my stay here and would definitely recommend going here again!

Great place to get away

Our family of 5 adults loved our stay here! The views were amazing! The house is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could want to fix meals. The kayaks were a treat for our two youngest kids on a day when the water was calm. The garage rooms were great as we all had space to spread out. The shower has amazing water pressure too, great after a long day of sightseeing! The location is 1.5-2 hrs drive to Vancouver, Seattle, N Cascades NP, and Whidbey/Fidalgo Islands. It’s about 20 min from town and grocery stores. We all agreed it was worth the drive for such a great place to stay.

Great for families

We had a lovely stay at this home. Comfy beds and plenty of space to lounge in the living room with the 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook most our meals. Communication with Dan was good. We contacted him about wanting to know how to access the external speakers to have a movie night but they were not hooked up which a small bummer because my parents are hard of hearing so they were unable to enjoy. But other than that Dan was accommodating and quick with any other requests/questions. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Sunsets and Great View!

We felt immersed in beautiful views of nature. The ocean view here is really great, and the setup of the outdoor area in back is perfect to enjoy the view! We also enjoyed the mountain view from the kitchen window and front yard. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. We love to cook, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The host left useful info about local businesses, including a seafood market nearby. We went for walks in the neighborhood in the evening and enjoyed the little neighborhood park area.

Wonderful getaway with the most magical views

This property was more than we could have asked for - a real diamond by any standards. It is right on the Salish Sea and you will be spoiled by the most incredible sunsets. From the kitchen we could see Mt Baker and the Twin Sisters clearly. Fall asleep hearing the sounds of the waves crash along the shore. The living space was comfortably designed with enough space for all the people. The kitchen had all of the kitchenware you could really need, but as one person mentioned the cabinets didn't have space for storing groceries - however the fridge and freezer were empty and there was enough counter space that it wasn't an issue for us. Haggens grocery store is about a 15 minute drive away, and you can gaze upon Baker almost the whole drive there. We will be back.

Pacific Northwest Beauty

This is a gem of a place - the best thing is the two separate buildings that have two bedrooms each. It allowed the late riser in the group to have their own quiet space. I only wish there was more access to the beach. The view is outstanding, there just isn't much available for walking along the beach. There is biking and walking in this quaint shoreline community, though. Access to groceries is limited, but the kitchen is well-stocked with the basics and a great dining area for meals. The host was quick to answer and gracious when we needed a favor. I have been recommending it to friends who want that cool getaway with not a lot of hassle or distraction. 20 minutes from the college town of Bellingham, where there is lots to do and see. Go to the movie theater there - it's old-time awesome. Oh, and the sunsets are right out of a magazine. We just loved it.

A beautiful and gracious home with the perfect beach set up! Everything was great: the house is thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked and a dream to cook in, the patio area offers a variety of seating options, the master bedroom bed was very comfortable, loved the dual shower, linens are good quality and everything was very clean. Telescope and binoculars were a welcome bonus! Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly. This is our third visit to Sandy Point and our best rental experience by far! We had a lovely stay and look forward to booking here again.

Fantastic place for a relaxing getaway!

The location of this house is so beautiful and peaceful, yet it's close to Bellingham where there are endless things to do. The kitchen has everything you could need, the house is super clean, and the views and sunsets cannot be beat. It's fun to walk on trails through the fields in the neighborhood or ride bikes around the peninsula. The owner was responsive and helpful. We could have easily spent a week just relaxing on the beautiful patio that is right on the water.

Schultz family vacation

It was absolutely perfect. The house and property are stunning. We had great weather and saw so many great places. We saw Otters, seals, and even Orcas! Several Eagles were around all week. I can’t say enough great things about this location. We were able to easily drive to Vancouver BC which is beautiful! This location has Great views, great location, excellent seafood close by and great people all around. You can’t go wrong.

Beautiful view and excellent house

Beautiful view of the sea and islands from the living room and Mt Baker from the kitchen. Kitchen had everything needed. Shower and bathroom were clean and very nice. The bed was super comfy. It was lovely to hear the waves breaking on the beach. So relaxing! Would thoroughly recommend!

A team of guys competing in the ski to sea race that included 2 that came from out of state. This home provided a home base and place of relaxation pre and post race, to enjoy the festivities of the weekend and then retreat to relax.

Having grown up coming to this family beach house, we feel lucky to have been able to raise our two daughters (now 25 & 29) enjoying the beach and surroundings as well. They've turned over every rock on the beach, now its your turn
