The decor and colors of the place beautiful. Wonderful climate control. All things stated on there page was available in apartment. Marjane was right across the street with plenty of shopping near by.

Nice, clean and value for money. Staff are friendly and with good service. The rooms are well equipped and with complete utilities. The only cons are the center kitchen without power station to plug the water kettle and coffee machine.

Love the concept of Stayhere CIL! Really friendly staff and very welcoming. The apartment was clean , modern and comfortable. Excellent for families or if you travelling solo. Quiet neighbourhood but not too far from public transport. There is a supermarket accross the road which is really handy. Shopping centre and plenty of cafés nearby and the beach is about 2 miles away. Can't go wrong with the price either.

We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure.

Lift did not work. Staff charged MAD 40 as City Tax. But according to Expedia, City Tax was MAD 6 only. This is cheating. Poor environment. Regret so much to have booked.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Stayhere SIL location in Casablanca. The hotel was beautiful- well decorated, colourful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and we felt right at home. What really made our experience stand out was the incredible staff. They went out of their way to make our stay so pleasant. I’m particular the gentleman who saw my husband and I sitting on the terrace one morning and he came and brought us breakfast and went and made us coffees and brought them all the way up to the rooftop for us to enjoy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you again!!

What’s advertised vs what is given is severely off, on our booking it is listed as 2 beds a Queen and King, they fail to mention that it is actually just a Queen and then sofa bed. This I decided to chalk up to language barrier, but then my pillow had black marks on it and the sheet had a stain right in the middle
. Then they only gave us one towel for the two of us and when I went to ask for more the man working asked me how many towels I had, as if I was trying to run off with them or something—if a guest is asking for something it’s because they don’t have it
. Also don’t get me started on the condition of the bathroom sink but alas One good thing is that there’s a great grocery store next door so we drowned our sorrows with Magnum Ice Creams hahahaha I really wanted to like this place, but honestly pay the extra couple hundred somewhere else and actually enjoy your stay :( Buyer Beware!

This apartment makes great use of space. Cozy and functional. Nicely furnished with bright colors. The bed is firmer than i'm accustomed to, but is sufficient. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. There's a lot of development going on in the area, so day time will have some noise. Night time is quiet and 24 hours security is reassuring. Two or three blocks away is a cobble stone area with fine dining if desired. One block away is a large brightly lit grocery store. That's very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

Stay away, they charge top dollar for small, dirty apartments. Don't trust the pictures because the condition of the apartments is not the same as when they first started. I don't recommend them, you can find better options.

Winner Winner!!

We didn't venture out to anything nearby after our whirlwind trip, but I can tell you, this place is chic, very comfortable and maybe less than a block away from a big grocery store and WE LOVED IT! The service is above and beyond. It was kinda hard to find, but look for the bank/post office on the left and the entrance to this place is right across the street. BEWARE: They will make u sign a lease that's in French. A language I'm not too familiar with & that scared me, but since we didn't wreck the place, it hasn't come back to bite me-yet. You can have food delivered to you, take in sunsets on the very comfy terrasse with mocktails (no alcohol served). I wish they would have a QR code to work the all in one washer/dryer (YouTube didn't help) and the cook top. I felt like a moron.Oh and they have an elevator, which we were excited to use after climbing so many hills and steps across Morocco. This place is also nice and quiet and the AC works like a champ. LOVE THIS PLACE!

They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them. When I was going to take shower and there was no hot water, and I find out that they plug out the water heater. And I have to wait 1 hour to wait the water get hot. I don’t know why this happens, it was rainy and cold that days.

Un cadre magnifique gùché par un manque flagrant

L'emplacement est excellent et le cadre est magnifique, avec un design intĂ©rieur fabuleux qui invite Ă  la dĂ©tente. Cependant, la propretĂ© laisse beaucoup Ă  dĂ©sirer. Plusieurs points m'ont déçu : Absence de serviettes de bain, notamment une serviette de sortie de bain, ce qui est problĂ©matique Ă©tant donnĂ© que l'eau dĂ©borde de la cabine de douche. Des tĂąches et aurĂ©oles visibles sur le canapĂ© et certains coussins, ce qui est inadmissible pour un Ă©tablissement de ce standing. Le canapĂ© convertible Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  en mode lit Ă  mon arrivĂ©e, ce qui soulĂšve des doutes : un geste pour faciliter le sĂ©jour ou une tentative de dissimuler des traces d'usure ou des brĂ»lures de fer Ă  repasser ? La dĂ©couverte d'un sous-vĂȘtement au sol dans le dressing derriĂšre la porte est un sĂ©rieux manquement Ă  l'hygiĂšne. Des traces de verres Ă©taient visibles sur la table de nuit, renforçant l'impression que le mĂ©nage n'a pas Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© correctement. Le tapis Ă©tait sale et plein de cheveux, ce qui est inacceptable et reflĂšte un manque d'entretien Ă©vident. En somme, malgrĂ© un cadre et un emplacement idĂ©aux, l’expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© grandement ternie par ces problĂšmes de propretĂ© et d’entretien. Une meilleure attention Ă  ces dĂ©tails est indispensable pour offrir un sĂ©jour Ă  la hauteur des attentes.

2 von 5 Sternen ist hier wirklich nett. Allgemein wirkt die gesamte Unterkunft sehr komisch. Auf den Bildern und von außen wirkt alles sehr modern und neu. Aber bei genauerem hinschauen merkt man, dass so gut wie alles auseinander fĂ€llt und die Bauarbeiter auf jeden Fall sehr gepfuscht haben. Zu den Punkt AbzĂŒgen: Gebucht haben wir ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern - 1 king Bett und 1 queen Bett. Bekommen haben wir ein Apartment mit einem Zimmer (Queen Bett) und einem Sofa. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt es gibt gar keine Apartments mit zwei Zimmern und das Sofa sei ja wie ein Bett (Spoiler war es nicht). Das Sofa könnte zwar ausgeklappt werden Ă€hnelte aber eher Couchsurfing als einem Bett. Das andere richtige Bett war steinhart. Katastrophe. An sich waren die Mitarbeiter nicht freundlich. Am anreise Tag brauchten wir Bettzeug fĂŒr das Sofa. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns versichert dieses zu bringen, ist dann einfach nach Hause gegangen, weil seine Schicht zu Ende war und wir haben nichts bekommen. Also wirklich eine bodenlose Frechheit diese Unterkunft. Das einzig gute war der schöne Supermarkt direkt gegenĂŒber.
