Local weekend break

This is the second time we have stayed at lower mill. (We are all local living within 30 mins from the lakes) unfortunately, this time round it was a different experience. The exterior of the property was unkept (very over grown and untidy.) The properly wasn’t too clean, stains on the bedsheets, crumbs on floor and the downstairs smelt of drainage (coming from the en-suite) It’s a shame as the property size etc was good. The staff at lower mill were also quite rude (in spa) and it was so packed with family’s and kids that we weren’t able to comfortably use the facilities.

Lower Mill Estate

Wow! This place is stunning, the view out across the lake from the huge glass fronted living area was amazing, so lovely to watch the ducks with a cuppa in the mornings. Check in was very easy, Jai was great at helping me with any queries. The spa is also a lovely bonus and I treated myself to a treatment whilst there. Would highly recommend x

Comfort and beauty in one

The property was so comfortable and light. It had everything we needed for our stay. We never tired of just sitting and looking at the beautiful view over the Mere. The facilities at Lower Mill Estate are first rate.

Complete Relaxation!

Having quite a busy lifestyle we were looking for somewhere where we could completely switch off and relax and this property didn't disappoint! From the moment we booked the property Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed and made sure our arrival was a smooth process. On arrival we found a beautiful property, immaculately tidy and with incredible views from the huge windows at the front. If you are looking for a place where you can live the outdoors lifestyle then this is the place. With amazing balconies on both floors you really feel like you are part of the landscape. As for the Lower Mill Resort, it has everything we needed - Amazing gym, swimming pool, spa, restaurant and incredible walks straight from the door. On the rare occasion we did venture outdoors we visited both Cheltenham and Cirencester, which while both different had lots of intesrest. I can highly recommend this property!

Family Break

Really nice views, very quiet and peaceful, good family areas to use for football, tennis, swimming and non-motorised watersports. Can feel a bit enclosed but would encourage others to explore pubs and villages nearby for a real taste of Cotswolds and not just the private community of the estate. We are f young family of 4, 2 boys aged 12 and 8, and a small dog. Boys shared the double bed and we were provided with a pop up Z Bed to avoid any arguments! House was excellent, clean, tidy with all mod-cons and more. Lettings agent very flexible, and very friendly, accommodated everything we asked for. Highly recommend to others

Fabulous property

Just spent a lovely week at 3 Howells Mere, we were very impressed with the property, it was very clean and well furnished, nice and modern. Kitchen has everything you need, very well equiped. The balcony had fabulous views over the lake, lovely for eating out there or chilling with a glass of wine. The site is perfect loads of of good walks and the pools and play areas kept our granddaughter busy all week she never got bored. We will certainly return

Lovely break at Lower Mills Estate

Bike riding, swimming, walking - a wonderful weekend full of outdoor activities that were literally on the doorstep of this really lovely property. The property itself is very comfortable and well appointed. The lounge room facing the lake has a sensational view and enjoys sunshine most of the day. We all enjoyed reading our books whilst soaking up the sun on both balconies. The beds were particularly comfortable in both rooms and the bathrooms had good fluffy towels. We would definetely come back.
