The Mallards is set in 550 acres of private & beautiful Nature Reserve. It has excellent on-site facilities & activities, including luxury spa access, swimming pools, water sports, bike hire, tennis, fishing, restaurant, bar & pizza shack.
Sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms, it has 1x double with ensuite, 1x bunk room, 1x twin room, family bathroom and downstairs shower room with WC. This cottage offers a well-equipped kitchen, separate open plan living/dining area & decking area. Gas BBQ & Pets welcome.

Excellent Water Sports - Paddle boarding, kayak, canoe & rowing boats
Somerford Lagoon can only be used for non-powered water sports between the 1st of April and the 30th of September
In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

The main attraction of the lodge is being able to relax on the decking with a cool drink in a beautiful lakeside location and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and watch the wildlife. It is close to water sports, many activities, local attractions and many great country pubs, restaurants, tearooms and cafes in and around the Cotswold Lakes.
With many safe cycle trails and well marked footpaths guests can head out and explore the abundant lakes, canals, nature reserves and rivers nearby, including the Thames. The lodge is a great base to head out and visit Cirencester and enjoy the whole Cotswolds region.
