We understand your request, but the HOA is nearly to the point of not allowing fireplaces to be used at all due to the age of chimneys and fireboxes. They stopped providing firewood several years ago. Our solution is to provide a starter firelog. While guests are still able to burn firewood, there is no private space available for each unit to have a supply of it, nor do we have the capacity to offer it for the number of units we manage. There should be a shovel at the unit for the deck, but since there is no need to sit outside or bbq in 12 degree temps it is not something we provide as a service. Condos in Teton Village have firewood supplied, but they are far smaller, in general. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Thank you. Our properties all should have hair dryers. If you called we would have brought one straight over. As you can imagine, they don't last that long with a lot of renters and use. We have taken care of this now. We hope you had a great visit. We hope to see you again soon.

We are very open and transparent with our cancellation policy and as stated we are unable to make exceptions under any circumstances. It's one of the reasons we offer travel insurance, which it looks like you declined. I am sorry to hear that you had to leave early due to a family emergency and didn't get to enjoy your entire trip. We hope you will have the opportunity to visit Jackson again.

Thank you for your fair assessment. I have forwarded your comments to the owner's managers. Carpet takes a beating every season because it's difficult to clean when guests don't want to arrive to wet carpet so we have to wait for vacant nights. This property never has that many nights open because of the views and location. They will assess everything now that our off-season has arrived.
