Beautiful property in the country

Property was beautiful and well equipped. Our host was informative and helpful. Our only complaint was there was also a large group in a different house on the owner’s property that partied loud for two nights. One till midnight the other till 3:00 am. There definitely needs to be some policy put in place for quiet hours.

Dear Susan, you are perfectly right! After that night I went to complain. They apologized and I suggest to move themselves from the loggia where they were to take repair from raining to the garden opposite Colombina where you were staying and they stayed the following nights till midnight that is a reasonable time to enjoy the friends . I hope you did not evaluate all your stay for a think that I could solve the following day. I hope to have you again in Tenuta Larnianone and relax as all our guests usually succeed in all our houses. Best regards

We entirely enjoyed our stay at the estate. The location and surroundings are just magnificent, and the wine tasting was great fun. The communication with our hosts was very easy and uncomplicated. The house was well equipped to prepare meals.

Domaine magnifique à moins de 10km de sienne et pourtant en pleine campagne toscane. Anna et Lavinia charmantes, accueillantes et prévenantes. Soucieuses de notre bien-être..

Wonderful experience

The owners were wonderful and so kind. The cottage was the perfect size for two people and the land surrounding the cottage was beautiful. This was one small villa on an estate with some much larger, beautiful gardens and villas. It was about 15 min. to the downtown historic center and was very easy to access.

Wonderful Little Spot in the hills above Siena

Very enjoyable stay. Duccio and Anna were excellent in their communication before our arrival and Duccio was a great host when we arrived late from the airport. Would highly recommend this spot.

Spectacular Views

We truly enjoyed our stay, the wine estate is close to Siena and a convenient drive to many nice towns throughout Tuscany. Aldo was great and very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again!

Columbina - outdoor dining in the olive grove is fantastic, as are your hosts !

We stayed in Columbina the two bedroom unit attached to the office of the estate. The unit has everything you need and your hosts are charming and attentive to any requests. The unit looks out onto a high hedge which is initially a bit disappointing but the secret is to take the outdoor furniture 10 meters into the olive grove and then you have a magical setting. You are elevated and have the view you imagine of the Tuscany hills with cypress trees - there is the added bonus of the towers of Siena in the distance. We ate our breakfasts and evening meals here - pinching ourselves at the setting. The beauty of the environment and nearby beautifully situated pool mean we would never hesitate about staying here again. If we had a bigger party we would stay in the detached villa next door which has a beautiful vista right outside. It is only a 15 minute drive from the estate to where you park and catch a shuttle bus into old Siena.

Excellent

Anna was a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and responsive before the trip and while we were there. The house was very nice and perfect for our family of 5. Kids did really well and enjoyed the open property. Also, they got to see some Italian wildlife (deer, some racoon looking thing). Beds, bathroom and kitchen were all very nice, clean and classic Tuscan. Washing machine worked, kinda, but was odd. Didn't get a chance though to ask about it so properly user issue. Just standing outside the door is what you imagine when you think of Tuscany in your mind. She had nice wine she provided as a gift (although we don't drink but others were glowing about it).

Très belle propriété dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable d'une semaine au mois d'août 2016 dans la villa Colombina. La villa est située dans une grande propriété agricole (vignes, oliviers) à 20 mn de Sienne en voiture. Le paysage environnant est d'une grande beauté, digne d'un tableau de la Renaissance .... La location correspondait au descriptif de l'annonce. Elle est bien équipée, propre et très tranquille. La maison est ancienne et abritée par un pin de sorte que nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur malgré l'absence de climatisation. La piscine est proche de la maison sans être trop près et est de bonnes dimensions. Nous avons apprécié le vin de la propriété que nous avons eu la possibilité d'acheter à un prix très raisonnable. Nous avons eu un bon contact avec les propriétaires et nous recommandons cette location sans réserves.

Très bien, mais...

Un endroit magnifique. un accueil charmant... LE BEMOL : la facture de gaz est à ajouter au prix de la location ( eau chaude et chauffage (si,si... il faisait froid début mai, 15° dans la maison en arrivant). Ceci ne figure pas dans l'annonce de Homelidays. C'est un peu "limite", surtout pour l'eau chaude !!!

Bonjour Vincenzo, je suis désolée mais dans le contract que vous avez signé avant de payer pour la réservation et que vous étes obligé à lire il y aclairment écrit que le chauffage est à paiement au consommation (4,50 euro/mc). Aussi dans le site de Homelidays and dans notre site Tenuta Larnianone.

Séjour parfait

Le domaine, magnifique, est idéalement situé à 7 km de Sienne. La location, spacieuse, bien équipée et très propre, est située à proximité de la piscine. L' accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes étaient sans reproche. On a également la possibilité de boire le vin du domaine, ce que nous recommandons. Pour le reste, laissez-vous aller à la dolce vita! A recommander.

Un incantevole soggiorno Toscano

La Tenuta Larnianone è immersa in una campagna davvero splendida ed incontaminata, ideale per chi ama la quiete ed il contatto con la natura, i suoi profumi e i suoi suoni. La Colombina è una dimora spaziosa e confortevole, ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio, grazie anche al l'accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari Anna e Duccio. Degna di nota inoltre la vicinanza alla splendida Siena e ad altre mete importanti. Consigliamo vivamente la Tenuta Larnianone a tutti coloro che amano la Toscana.

Traumhaft gelegen

Colombina ist traumhaft gelegen mit einem phantastischen Blick in die toskanische Landschaft. Siena ist nur wenige km entfernt und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreung durch Anna Morfini ist sehr freundlich und effizient, sie ist eine echte Gastgeberin.

Un havre de paix en plein coeur de la Toscane

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison avec nos trois grands enfants et nous avons aimé notre séjour à 10mn du centre de Sienne et proche de la voie rapide pour rejoindre Florence et San Gimigniano. La maison est confortable et agréable, très propre,literie, électro-ménager de qualité, . Location calme, idéale pour profiter de la Toscane, un peu hors du temps et proche de l'animation de Sienne, ville que nous aimons toujours un peu plus à chaque visite. Anna parle très bien français ce qui bien pratique pour des conseils de visite. L'espace piscine est merveilleux, entouré de vignes et d'oliviers, nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Nous reviendrons volontiers lors d'un prochain séjour (prévu en 2016 pour le palio du mois de juillet). Je conseille cette location qu'il faut découvrir absolument pour vivre le temps des vacances une expèrience "à la Toscane".

Merci Fronçoise de votres mots. Et voilà je suis très contente de vous lire et de savoir que vous reviendrez avec les enfants pour le Palio de Juillet 2016. C'est vraiment une expérience regarder la course des chevaux de personne. Les enfants vivront des moments inoubliables...entre les gents Senese qui deviennent completement fou s'ils gagnerons la course...il y aura partout les drapeaux flottentet et le roulement de tambour...e quand la course est fini on mange dans la place!

La Toscane comme dans vos rêves !

Quand on pense à la Toscane on voit ces plaines légèrement vallonnées parsemées de cipres et de vigne, cette petite colline dominée d’exploitation viticole peine troublées par le bruit des cigales. A Larnianone vous y êtes ! Sous les pins parasol un verre de Rosato de l’exploitation frais à la main. A la Tenuta le rêve devient réalité. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la petite maison Colombina au milieu de cette propriété tenue par Anna Morfini. La piscine au pied du jardin offrant une vue magnifique sur la maison des maîtres des lieux. La maison est fraîche grâce à ses murs épais même au plus chaud de l’été et vous êtes à 10 min du centre de Sienne en voiture. Certains seront sceptique… je l’étais aussi. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de ces lieux magiques… cette Toscane rêvée et des chaleureux propriétaires !
