We apologise that the apartment was not up to your standards during your stay. We have taken note on the cleaning products and towel situation and will ensure they are there in the future. If you had communicated with us during the stay we would have been able to provide you with these with no problem. We have to highlight however that this is a self catering apartment rental not a hotel and the rate reflects that. As such we leave some essentials (toilet roll etc) to start with but you are expected to buy your own after that as we cannot reasonably predict how much you will use, nor do we reflect it in the price. If you needed a cleaner you could request one and we would send one to you (also at your own cost however as we only charge for cleaning at the end of the stay). Regarding ants, in this part of the world if you leave food, crumbs, peelings etc around you will likely attract ants and flies.
