Amazing View

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was so clean and well-maintained. Great week at the beach!

Really enjoyed our week at this property. Condo is very nice, location is great, and ocean views/patio are fantastic. Beds/mattresses need replacement.

Million Dollar View!!

What an incredible home! It's even better than the pictures. We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck watching the waves role in. Sunsets were heavenly. The condo had everything we need and more. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dream place to stay!

The Condo was exactly as pictures on website! We will be back! The sunsets were amazing.

Excellent! We will be back. The Mgmt co was quick to answer questions, such as directions to get main TV Chanel’s and instructions for ice machine. We loved this Condo!

Good to see my friends and family

Came out to see friends and family for a quick weekend stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Probably going to book again, at least I’ll try. The property manager is great, this is the third time at three different properties that we have used them. Nothing changes from property to property, their service is spot on. Great job! Bobby

Can't beat the location

Fantastic view of the ocean & had a wonderful time with friends & family. Only down side were a few maintenance issues, dishwasher didn't work for our 10 day stay which was a minor inconvenience. Property manager was notified right away but was never able to get it fixed.

April 2017 Stay

This condo was amazing!!!!! Our expectations were more than met, everything was in perfect order and we were in need of nothing more than what was provided. All of the furniture and appliances were high quality. We were spoiled! Being able to choose to enjoy the crashing waves of the ocean 24/7 was delightful and breathtaking. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Thank you so much for your great review Gabriela! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay in our beachfront property and that it worked for all ages. The check out time is 10am and the check in time is at 4pm due to the fact that most of our beachfront properties are so large (3-11 bedrooms) that it takes time to clean the entire house, clean all of the windows (and re-clean the west facing ones again), the outside of the property, drain and clean Jacuzzi’s, change the linens, etc in order to have it ready for the next clients amazing stay. The charge for the early check in or late check out is because we have to re-arrange schedules to have additional staff come on board to make this happen. Sticking to a strict schedule ensures that all properties are cleaned on time (since that is only a 6 hour window). You were wonderful guests and took great care of the house. Absolutely wonderful property. Beautifully done with a fantastic view. I'll rent it again for sure Would be great to have the kitchen a little better set with respect to a variety of plates and bowls. Also cooking utensils. It was ok and made do but it wasn't super. But wow, what a treat.

Thank you for the 5 star review! We are so happy that you had such a great time at our beachfront property. We appreciate your feedback, but aren't really sure what "variety" you are talking about the property needing. We provide full place settings for the amount of people the property accommodates (plus 2 extra settings), including plates, salad plates, bowels, glasses, all silverware, coffee mugs, mixing bowel, all utensils, everything you need to cook and even tupperware. Beach Vacation

fabulous! great location and unit. our vacation was enhanced much by our agent tim pioway. from the beginning he make it a worry free booking (which i was apprehensive about booking on line) he answerd all our questions before and while there, he was wonderful. if we called him, he responded within a few minutes. it's sad he will not be the agent for this unit anymore. i would recommend tim to anyone anytime!

Fabulous Beach Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have found a better location for our vacation to the San Diego area!! The pictures of the view and the unit do not do it justice. From the well equipped kitchen to extra linens and beach towels, perfect for our needs. There were 3 bedroom when you include a casita, which would give you a nice break from the group. We are planning a trip next year with our daughter's family and there will be plenty of room for her family of 7 + us grandparents. Easy in and out of unit and garage.
