Oceanside is one of California's best beaches, home to the history Oceanside pier, which is the longest recreational pier in California! This beach home is located right on the strand! Walk out your door and you are on the sand! Just couple minute walk to the famous Oceanside pier where there are bike rentals, food vendors and recreational rentals. Go surfing, play volleyball or grab a fishing pole and head to the fishing pier. Registered pets welcome with pet fee!

Great Oceanview condo!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and the renovated condo had everything that our family needed for a great beach vacation. I highly recommend this property if you are wanting an incredible view of the ocean and a close proximity to the beach and Oceanside pier. When we return to Oceanside, this property will be on the top of our list.

Great Views Great Location

My wife and I spent a wonderful Long weekend in Oceanside. I did the Ironman 70.3 on Saturday. The location was only about 300 Yards from the finish and Ironman village. It was also on the Strand so I passed it 4 times on the run. It couldn't have been a better experience. The owner was great, quick to respond and I will come back here in the future.

Bad experience

There was construction going on in the unit upstairs which not only woke us up at 8 whole on vacation but was very upsetting for our puppy. There was NO toilet paper in the unit in either on the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. On the day of the check out the owner emailed me at 10am to tell me I was staying past checkout time, when the confirmation clearly stared checkout time as 11am AND told me she did not know we had a as dog, when she clearly collected $350 for the do. And called me a liar😖

Family Vacation

I’ve been coming to Oceanside for 5+ years but normally stay with my sister. This was the first time renting a place in Oceanside and seriously, it could not have been a more perfect location. My sister and her family came to hang out with us everyday and enjoy the condo. We all loved it! Walking distance to everything in Oceanside (restaurants/bars) but also right across the street from the beach. Walking the strand in the mornings and waking up to the sound of the waves was incredible. The bunk room is SMALL. Like no room for a suitcase on the floor, but it’s a great use of space and perfect for kids. We had a bunch of small kids visiting us throughout our stay and they all played in the bunk room and loved it. It totally worked for what we needed. We weren’t there to stay in our rooms, we were there to enjoy our time outside. Another huge plus was being on the second floor. The strand is a popular spot to walk/run and if you’re on the ground level, I feel like people just stare at you and you’re in a fishbowl. The balcony on the second floor was so perfect. We had the view of the strand, the pier, the ocean, and beautiful sunsets but we had more privacy because we were up a level. Highly recommend. We’ll certainly be back. Think we found our family Oceanside VRBO favorite spot.
