This townhouse is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bustling main square of Soller, nestled within the esteemed Luna Street. Partially renovated while preserving the allure of its historic roots, this residence boasts original flooring, doors, and wooden beams, among other charming features.

The ground floor hosts an inviting and luminous sitting room alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Ascending to the first floor reveals a spacious double bedroom accompanied by a complete bathroom featuring a shower.

Das Haus in Soller hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war gut ausgestattet, groß und sehr sauber. Manchmal war es etwas laut, da das Haus an einer kleinen Durchgangsstraße lag. Dafür war aber alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die sehr schöne Innenstadt von Soller in 10 Minuten. Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in 20 Minuten. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Gastgeber war sehr einfach (Schlüsselkasten mit Code an der Eingangstür). Wir waren eine Woche dort und hatten keinen Leihwagen. Alles ließ sich sehr gut und günstig mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Wir haben wunderschöne Küsten- und Bergwanderungen gemacht und würden gerne wiederkommen.

The accommodation and position within Soller was amazing, it was clean and we all really enjoyed our stay. Just note that the car parking space suggested was never available, (not the hosts fault but is worth noting), some of the equipment although working, (toasters) needed replacing. Other than that, communication was great and we had a lovely time. Thoroughly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. It was all that we needed in the kitchen including a really well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices. Grocery markets are very close by.

Bel appartement sur plusieurs niveaux. Terrasse au 1er et cuisine en bas… peu pratique.Appartement spacieux, climatisé en été, belles salles de bain, bon équipement.Par contre l’été en centre ville: bruyant et question stationnement: horrible !!!!! Jamais de place, hyper loin et en plus en zone bleue payante. Soller, jolie ville, bien géolocalisé.

Très belle et spacieuse maison. Équipement complet. Très propre ! Emplacement au top. Très bien située dans Soller.Communication facile et rapide. De bons conseils.Petit bemol: le stationnement peut parfois s avérer difficile. Mais, on trouve toujours une place.Merci !

Great location

The house is in a central but quiet area of Soller and was much more spacious than expected. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The terrace is lovely and the living room has a large picture window with the same lovely view. It was extremely hot while we were there and the house would benefit from some air conditioning downstairs as the fans provided were not much help, but the two bedrooms that had ac were lovely and cool. Other thing to note, house rules say you can’t take their towels to the beach so bring your own - we ended up buying one!

Lovely traditional house

Lovely traditional house with two modern shower rooms and balcony space. We really enjoyed our stay here, we had everything we needed to cook a few meals for ourselves, which was good as Soller was very busy the week we visited! Great location for hiking straight from the door, or catching the bus to other walks/Palma.

Maison villageoise très agréable, bien située et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Le lave-vaisselle est toutefois défectueux, et trouver une place de parking est un véritable défi ! Les agents sont aux aguets, vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre le moindre retard. Nous avons eu 5 amendes, alors que nous étions résidents durant une semaine. A part ça, la région est splendide, bénie des dieux ! La prochaine fois, je fais tout en train, à pied, à vélo et en bateau

Excellent property

Great stay, house was well equipped and clean and in an excellent location. Facilities were excellent and information about the area and amenities was clear and helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen looked new and well equipped.Only downside was building works across the road so people in front bedrooms would benefit from ear plugs. Only a few mins walk to the local square and not too far from the bus stop to Palma or the port.Would definitely go back.

Another great stay in Soller

We had a lovely week in this house. The weather was cold and without central heating it was hard to heat the house, but we knew that would be the case. Electric heaters and warm blankets were provided and the host kindly put them on before we arrived. This is a lovely property, full of character and in a great location. Excellent communication from host.

Très bon séjour

La maison est formidable, atypique, immense trés jolie et tout les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et tout s'est très bien passé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le seul point negatif est le parking, si vous venez en voiture, les places sont difficiles à trouver. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, es hatte also jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Auch die Bäder sind schön groß. Die Küche hat eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toster und hat die Grundlagen, die man zum kochen braucht. Die Terrasse wirkt auf den Bildern größer, aber für 3-4 Leute reicht es. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Soller, Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft!

Magnífica estancia

A destacar la limpieza y la ubicación de la vivienda. El pueblo de Sóller es precioso. Por poner algun pero, la cerradura de la puerta falla bastante, gracias al vecino que nos ayudó engrasandola. Echamos en falta una fregona.
