This townhouse is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bustling main square of Soller, nestled within the esteemed Luna Street. Partially renovated while preserving the allure of its historic roots, this residence boasts original flooring, doors, and wooden beams, among other charming features.

The ground floor hosts an inviting and luminous sitting room alongside a fully equipped kitchen. Ascending to the first floor reveals a spacious double bedroom accompanied by a complete bathroom featuring a shower.
The second floor accommodates two additional double bedrooms, each furnished with hot/cold air conditioning, and another full bathroom with a shower.

An ample terrace, located on the first floor, provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining, enhancing the allure of outdoor leisure. For enthusiasts of hiking, Sóller serves as an exceptional launching point for various mountain trails.

The renowned Puerto de Sóller is a mere 10-minute drive away or conveniently accessible via the iconic Soller tram. Without a doubt, a stay in this abode promises a delightful and rejuvenating holiday experience.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

Our stay was wonderful. It was all that we needed in the kitchen including a really well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices. Grocery markets are very close by.

The accommodation and position within Soller was amazing, it was clean and we all really enjoyed our stay. Just note that the car parking space suggested was never available, (not the hosts fault but is worth noting), some of the equipment although working, (toasters) needed replacing. Other than that, communication was great and we had a lovely time. Thoroughly recommend.

Lovely traditional house

Lovely traditional house with two modern shower rooms and balcony space. We really enjoyed our stay here, we had everything we needed to cook a few meals for ourselves, which was good as Soller was very busy the week we visited! Great location for hiking straight from the door, or catching the bus to other walks/Palma.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the aparment in Sóller. The place was clean, comfortable and with everything you might need in kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to the center and small bakerys and stores right around the corner!

Excellent property

Great stay, house was well equipped and clean and in an excellent location. Facilities were excellent and information about the area and amenities was clear and helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen looked new and well equipped.Only downside was building works across the road so people in front bedrooms would benefit from ear plugs. Only a few mins walk to the local square and not too far from the bus stop to Palma or the port.Would definitely go back.

Great location

The house is in a central but quiet area of Soller and was much more spacious than expected. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The terrace is lovely and the living room has a large picture window with the same lovely view. It was extremely hot while we were there and the house would benefit from some air conditioning downstairs as the fans provided were not much help, but the two bedrooms that had ac were lovely and cool. Other thing to note, house rules say you can’t take their towels to the beach so bring your own - we ended up buying one!

Exactly as advertised

Soller is a beautiful town, and we loved staying at this property. Very spacious, lovely high ceilings and all amenities you could ask for were provided. The location is great and we had no complaints. Recommended.

Another great stay in Soller

We had a lovely week in this house. The weather was cold and without central heating it was hard to heat the house, but we knew that would be the case. Electric heaters and warm blankets were provided and the host kindly put them on before we arrived. This is a lovely property, full of character and in a great location. Excellent communication from host.

Fantastic Time in Soller

What a wonderful stay we had! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Soller is beautiful. Great little shop next door with the best cheese and the most wonderful host! I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back. Also Virginia the agent was brilliant and very responsive.

Great house, furnished with all the necessary utensils!

The house is great, it is spacious, it has all the necessary utilities that you might need. The beds are comfortable, 2 of the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The only issue, not related to the house itself, is the difficulty in finding parking nearby.

Beautiful townhouse

The house is very cozy and has a lot of charm. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook for yourself. We really enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view over the Soller gardens. The location was excellent for our purposes as a starting point for hikes in the Tramuntana. And due to its downtown location, there were many supermarkets and other shopping options within easy walking distance. We can highly recommend this holiday apartment.

Top location in Sollér city

Everything was ok. The house has all the comfort that is needed. Very well situated in the town (close to shops, restaurants etc..). A little thing that can improve: the refrigerator does not cool enough (a bottle of rosé wine needs 2 days to get on the right temperature).

Good value for money

Perfect location in a lovely town, great to explore Serra de Tramuntana. We loved the large hallway, the terrace and the fully equipped kitchen. The house has a lot of charm and potential and the touch of an interior designer would make it even better. There is a parking lot close by, where we parked our rental car for free overnight. Communication was easy and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone!

Amazing location, lovely big house

The house has loads of age and personality with beautiful furniture and rooms. The location was perfect, very close to the centre of Sóller. Finding parking was a little tricky but we did always find somewhere in the suggested locations. Improvements would be to provide a heater for the bedroom on the middle floor which was very chilly, and to provide more seating in the living room. The house sleeps six but there is only seating for four. Other than that, we loved the house and will return if we visit Sóller again.

Unfinished apartment

We were promised a 3 bedroom house with a view, we wound up at the end of a small lane in a one bedroom house. This house was in the process of being restored so, no extra blankets, no tv, minimal utensils, hardly any furniture, no clothe hangers, minimal lightning.Couldn't wait to get out of there. Very dissapointing.

Good Value Apartment

This is a nice spacious apartment that was clean and had all the necessities. A couple notes: The apartment is only a short walk from city center, but there are no streetlights so it is very dark and can be intimidating for two women staying there. The AC is only in the top two smaller bedrooms, not the master bedroom or lower levels of the apartment. The hot water only lasted for less than 8 minutes, so between the two of us one of us was always taking a cold shower. Other than that it was a nice, large apartment with a very good value.

House on the best street of Soller

We did enjoy our stay , We were only 3 , lady of 63, daughter of 28 and her little boy og 2,5 years. It worked perfektly for us , even with the stairs all op to first and second floor for bathrooms and sleeping rooms . Nice small terrasse with view towards the mountains. But if you are too sensible to noise from people walking in the street , to cars , to scooters , to the 3 different garbage trucks from around 7 o’clock every morning , do not choose this House . We managed quite Well. The other thing is that the House is cold especially here in November. We took the only elektrik heater available from the salon to the kitchen to use Eat in the morning during breakfast . My daughter and her son had the room upstairs with aircon machine working as heating . It worked ok But made a lot of noise on the roof . I had the cold room on first floor … We suggest better heating possibilities , perhaps also just a carpet near each bed and finally better Lightning downstairs .
