**ongoing reformations on the building until further notice**

Cozy apartment totally refurbished with a lot of taste and paying lots of attention to detail. It offers an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

It is located on the second floor of the building (no elevator), offering a great view of the harbor, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area. The way to the apartment is either up or down a long staircase with low steps.

Most of the decoration items have been handcrafted by the owners, what makes it all more special and shows how much they care for their guests to feel comfortable. Equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and all kitchen items you might need to spend a lovely an relaxing time. What better than sitting in the comfortable arm chair and enjoy the nice views?

First trip to Mallorca

Was a super Chic apartment. Located centrally. Close to the port and many restaurants and a short walk to the supermarket.Had everything needed for a relaxing view and stunning penthouse like views over the bay.I will return again.There are a lot of steps to climb, but good for the fitness.

Perfect Location

Simple, straightforward, clean and well-maintained apartment perfectly located for 1) exploring the Porto Soller area on foot, and 2) serving as a home base for longer Mallorca explorations. Just what we were looking for in a quiet and pleasant area.

The apartment is lovely, although there are quite a few steps, worth the climb for the views, apartment clean, had change of bedding half way through our 16 day holiday, everything you need is there erfect location,, host very helpful

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing and the flat and the apartment is beautifully furnished. You have everything you need for a stay. We also liked the equipment in the kitchen. We would choose this apartment again for a stay in Port de Sóller.

Apartment as described with stunning views and very convenient location. Perfectly well-equipped with comfortable bed and furniture - would definitely stay again. (As per the fantastic view there are a reasonable number of steps to climb)

Excellent view

We had a lovely holiday at the Chic Flamingo apartment. Looking at the panoramic view of the Port de Soller harbour each day was fabulous. It was a great base for walking, cycling and swimming. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we hope to return again soon.

Lovely stay

The apartment is perched just back from the sea front, it's a bit of a climb but nothing of concern to an able bodied person. The location is perfect for exploring Port de Soller. The apartment itself is clean and well fitted with everything you could need on holiday. Perfect!

Port Soller Christmas 2024

Lovely apartment with a great, ever changing view of the port You have to climb up over 100 steps to reach the apartment so it will keep you fit. The car park is convenient but is basically a demolition site so watch your tyres. Very convenient for the lovely seaside port and although my stay was over the Christmas and New Year enough was still open to make it enjoyable.

Another great stay in port de soller

My sister and I stayed in the apartment for 8 days and absolutely loved it. Perfect space for 2 people and absolutely immaculate. There are a few stairs to the property however no problem for us and gave us an excuse for an ice cream in the evenings! Contact with owner and check in process was seamless. Thanks for another great stay in the port!

Amazing Time

It was our first time staying in Mallorca. The apartment was perfect for being used as a central hub. From there, we could explore the island and the local surroundings. The car park near the property was safe and we always found a space. It was 5 minutes (if that) to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Mallorca/Port de Sóller.
