2つの独立した「ゲストハウス」もあり、それぞれダブルベッドルーム、専用バスルーム、簡易キッチン、バルコニーが付いています。 追加の独立したシングルベッドルームも敷地内にあります。 ヴィラは快適に合計14名様を収容することができます。

ヴィラはAgios Lazarosの東側に位置しているため、Psarouビーチの素晴らしい湾を見渡すことができます。 ミコノスタウンと空港へは車で10分以内です。

Unforgettable Stay!

There was a group of 14 girls for a hen party and we couldn’t have asked for better! The property was clean throughout with great facilities! The pool and jacuzzi was great! Nicholas was a fantastic host and the taxi service was a life saver! Would highly recommend! Thanks so much :)

Family Vacation

Nicholas was a great host and what a beautiful place with a wonderful view overlooking the bay and psarou beach!! Highly recommend his transportation services as it's difficult to navigate the island. Thank you again Nicholas for helping create a wonderful family vacation experience!!

Sadly, what looks like a beautiful villa was filthy dirty and the host was very creepy with our group of 10 girls. The sheets hadn’t been cleaned/changed when we arrived from the previous guests. We asked for these to be changed before the rest of our guests arrived and then they weren’t done properly again and they forgot to put a sheet on the bed? The towels were all stained and dirty. The rooms hadn’t been cleaned either, used contact lenses on the bedside tables and rubbish in the drawers. The dishwasher had dirty plates in with left over food in the bottom. The property itself is in need of some TLC, paint work and furniture very tired and dirty. The host would give us any discount or refund because he said he came and emptied our bins for us instead!!?Do not waste your money on this villa.

This was to be our dream holiday. The entire family meeting on beautiful Mykonos to celebrate a milestone birthday. The only 5 plus star that we can give is for the location. Absolutely breathtaking. The house itself has great "bones", however that is where the positive feedback ends. Host was a no show as he is not even in country. In brief, the house is not as the pictures on booking sites show. It's cleanliness is unacceptable and is "worn". There is black mold in the separate 1 bed/lounge/kitchen quarters, whereby our daughter and her family, after 1 night, could not sleep in & subsequently slept on couches and floor in main house. Pots and pans were dirty, a 6 month old scourer was left in kitchen for our use, no tea towels and dirty oven trays, still in oven, second fridge was disconnected and therefore we were unable to use. Curtains in second separate singe room with ensuite were stained and the spare pillows were disgusting. Couch covers looked they had not been cleaned, even though they were removable. The laundry was a state of disgust. A junk room. Also, on the washing machines the previous guests used bed linen and towels were left, and speaking with host, he suggested if we could put them through the wash! Absolutely not. The pool lights and some of the outdoor lights did not work, the spa was initially dirty on our arrival, and only cleaned some days later, the outdoor furniture really just needed throwing out. Does not deserve the star rating it has.
Under sink in separate 1 bed/lounge quarter (after we complained) mold is set in, also on ceiling and the smell is pungent.

DISGUSTING NIGHTMARE & UNSANITARY! Villa wasn’t ready upon arrival and EXTREMELY dirty! Many rooms didn’t have towels & beds not made. Towels outside wet on a drying rack. ALL linens old, stained & tattered. 1 bed made with wet sheets. 10 plates put away filthy, dried food stuck to them & full dishwasher for us to empty! 2 “beds” were single blow up mattresses. Cigarette butts all over including ON my bedside table. Outdoor Furniture was ALL stained and broken. “New” hot tub doesn’t get hot! We left after finding dried up vomit, dirty plastic fork & old dirty sock on terrace!-Cleaning tools left on pool deck- 3 Motorcycle Helmets on outdoor bar- Mold Stains on the ceiling- Floors were extremely filthy after wearing socks around they were gross- Used plastic utensils found on terrace- DRIED UP VOMIT on the TERRACE!!!- Mold on lamp shades- Mold on Curtains- Gave us dirty blankets that he said he THINKS were clean and then pulled hairs off of them- Airconditioner vents were Filthy- ALL white pool loungers were filthy brown- Cigarette burns on sheets- Headboards were all stained- Blood stains on pillow cases- Multiple Hairs found in bed sheets- Sink was dirty on arrival- Bathroom had pee on the floor and smelled awfulBroken Things- Refrigerator Handle was broken off- Outdoor furniture broken & no cushions- Handles missing from Cabinetry - Sinks rusty and peeling- Curtain Rods with No Curtains

Viva Mykonos 🇬🇷

My husband and I stayed 6 weeks at this amazing villa. Every morning we awakened to a POSTCARD view of the most amazing landscape and the Aegean Sea. We didn’t need to ask for anything as it was all carefully thought out. It’s too bad we couldn’t do more sightseeing or touristy things but hey, it’s winter and from the sounds of it “SUMMER was CRAZY” so the locals need a holiday to recover. Still, there are many restaurants, grocery stores, fun shops and points of interest you can visit. We loved the Panagia Paraportiani Church, the Windmills of Mykonos the Armenistis Lighthouse and Fokos Beach! Our favorite restaurants were: Obati, Velanos, BluBlu, ElBurro, Rustic Grill, Goodys Burger House and Lounda. The Flora Grocery Stores reminded us of our Trader Joe’s and we really enjoyed the courtesy and helpfulness of their employees. The place for meats was incredibly a good choice and so was the bakery 2 doors down from it. We rented a car for $450 euros for the entire stay. Unheard of price. 🙌Lastly, the Starbucks at the Roundabout heading to the airport has the 2 nicest baristas I’ve ever met. Both of these young men were enthusiastic about giving you great service and helping you with local directions. Must admit, we didn’t want to go back to Washington state. ❤️ We will be back!

This Villa is in a fantastic location and has a fantastic host.

This villa has one of the most picturesque views as well as plenty of space for many guests. Get the iMove app for transportation and all your worries are taken care of. Have fun!

AMAZING

The house is so great for large groups and you cannot beat the views! Jess is wonderful and cooked breakfast every morning for our group of 11 and cleaned all rooms every day. I highly recommend hiring her for the time you're there. One thing I'd mention is the smallest bedroom in the house does not have any AC so would not be able to be used in the hot summer months for those of us very used to sleeping in AC. We made it work just fine though as no one had to sleep in there. Be prepared to drive up and down quite a bit of hills in Mykonos! Recommend renting a car or downloading the Agean taxi mobile app that works like Uber/Lyft. This house is a great retreat away from the busy city but within a short drive to access that exciting nightlife!

Great villa!

The Villa was amazing! It was spacious for our 8 person party, certaintly could have fit more people. the view was spectaular ​as well. Lambis was in contact with us at all times and there was a nice lady named jess who was on the property during the day if anything were to go wrong. the transportation up and down the mountain was a little hard but luckly lambis provided a service for us to use. over all the experience was great
