The good about this property is you are in most likely the best location in Venice and that is what you’re paying for. The not so good parts are the air conditioner. The unit makes a lot of noise and is only in the bedroom. If you are staying in the late fall or winter, this won’t be a problem, but since the area is busy, you cannot sleep with the windows open. If you are traveling for work, the Wi-Fi is not strong enough to support streaming more than one device at a time so I would not be comfortable trying to do any zoom meeting meetings. The unit is also on the third floor with out an elevator so if you have heavy bags or don’t like doing steps, this would not be for you. The bed is comfortable and has blackout curtains, but there is a small flashing light that is annoying in the bedroom. The checkin process was smooth but the 4 hour window without a fee is a negative for people traveling. The apartment is in a hidden corridor and your maps will get confused when trying to locate it at first.
