My family and I (6 of us) stayed at this gorgeous Victorian house for few nights . The attention to detail in the decor , the comfort , the location , everything!! was perfect Each area of the house has incredible character.Tom and Emma were available at all times.Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist zentral und die Einrichtung sehr liebevoll und stimmig. Alles war sauber. Der Parkplatz ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sowohl Billard-Tisch als auch Dachterrasse haben wir gut nutzen können.Kleine Anmerkungen:Die alten Betten (auch wunderschönes Himmelbett) sind gemütlich, knarzen aber leider. Die Küchenausstattung ist hochwertig. Da wir gerne auch selbst kochen, fehlten uns eine Pfanne mit Deckel und etwas größere Töpfe.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer kurzfristig, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Hätten wir zB unseren Wunsch nach einem größeren Topf kundgetan, hätten wir sicher rasch einen bekommen.Alles in allem können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Unique and beautiful apartment

This place was beyond beautiful! Our group of 5 all loved this place. Comfortable beds, clean and you can walk all around the city. Only problem was parking our 2nd car. Would have been fine with 2 couples and 1 car. Tom was so helpful and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The Best

My wife and I (and some friends who joined us from Scotland) spent two weeks here and we can only rave about how wonderful it was. The interior is gorgeous; every morning felt like waking up in a museum. The location could not be better - right in the middle of everything, but also quiet in the evenings making it easy to sleep. Property manager is kind and responsive. This property added an extra 50% to the value and enjoyment of our trip. You should stay here if you can!

Unique and incredible place to stay

We absolutely fell in love with this property. It is completely unique, and so fun! The home is packed full of amazing little things to appreciate. There was tons of space to spread out and get cozy. The owners really put effort in to making the home special for the guests. The location couldn’t be better, right in the middle of the city with everything within walking distance. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Cork…So much cooler than a hotel and a place you’ll remember forever. I just wish we had more time there.

Great Hosts, Great Accommodation, Funky Odor

Everything was really nice and true to description, but the property apparently suffers from an old sewerage system that causes it to smell of dirty river/sewerage when the window are closed. It will air out but starts over again when you wake up in the morning. Supposedly it’s weather and water level in the River Lee dependent, but still unpleasant

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse. All instructions for entering the property were concise and easy to follow. The instruction manual was helpful. Our grandson was happy to have his own area on the floor with the pool table. All was as represented in the description and pictures. We were happy with the location and enjoyed our time in Cork

Wonderful spot for St. Patrick's Day

This was a fantastic spot to spend St. Patrick's in Cork! The property is fantastic, and it is in the perfect location for the parade, pubs, food, and shops! We couldnt have been happier.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was just as described and we had a lovely time at the Brocade and Lime. Cork is a vibrant, active city and it was extremely convenient and enjoyable to be right in the middle of it. Such an entertaining place to stay and all our needs were met by the accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Long weekend in Cork city

When we walked into the place we were all muttering WOW! The property is amazing - beautifully restored townhouse to the highest level. Very central and close to everything we wanted in the wonderful vibrant city of Cork. Dedicated parking was close and easy to access. Tom & Emma were extremely helpful and responsive. Ireland Visit

Perfect accommodation and location

Our week at this property in Cork was absolutely perfect. The location was within walking distance to many City sites, great restaurants and fun activities. The house itself had everything needed to create the perfect home away from home. Our son particularly liked the movie room at the top of the house - his own teen den. The ourdoor space at the top of the house was a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Beds were very comfortably. Shower was excellent, kitchen had everything needed for any meal of the day. Host was available quickly to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful week in Cork. We will be back!

The Best Ever

We have stayed in several rentals, and Brocade and Vine is the best. The location in Cork City allowed us to walk throughout the area. The car park (with a space included in the rental price) is a short 5 minute walk. Each of the four floors of the property was expertly decorated with antique furniture and beautiful artwork. The kitchen appliances provided everything that we needed to prepare meals and coffee. Each bedroom was comfortable and roomy. Our host (Tom) provided welcome snacks/drinks, and was easily reached for any needs or inquiries. We can’t wait to return to this amazing vacation home.

Three nights exploring Cork and surrounding area.

What a wonderful property. So many interesting decorations and furnishings. High Quality beds and appliances. Great Pool Table! Location was perfect for what we were looking for. We made a couple day trips to Carrigaline and Tooraneena to walk in steps of some ancestors. The Saturday Market right outside the door of this house was a great surprise. Easy walking to many Pubs, Restaurants, etc. in Cork at night. Would highly recommend this property.

One of our favorite properties!

We travel often with a group of friends and have stayed at numerous rental properties. This one is by far one of our favorites! The location was fantastic, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The home itself was perfect for hanging out after a day of sightseeing; the pool table and rooftop patio was a wonderful addition. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The ticket booth greeting us in the entrance immediately set the stage for a fun stay! Tom was excellent at stating in touch with us throughout the stay. Would highly recommend, and if we find ourselves in Cork again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Very unique property!

Very beautiful and unique townhouse! Great location!!!!!! Close to all that Cork had to offer. I didn't think a car was necessary and I was right. Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation with every luxury you could possibly want or need. Great for families, would highly recommend!

Beautiful home and great central location

This is a one of a kind property. Wonderfully decorated and many additional amenities make this a great place to rent. On our arrival we received a welcome basket that included Prosecco and a Guinness! Enjoyed the pool table and the coffee station. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and the location in downtown Cork couldn’t have been better. Hope to stay here again.

Gorgeous

I’ll just tell you what my adult children said as we were heading out to our next destination and house. You did great on this one mom. I don’t see how the next houses could ever match this. Lots of nearby pubs for dining and drinking. House was so much fun with the pool table. We had a lovely time.
