The space
This contemporary living space is fitted with a fully integrated Italian kitchen, modern furniture and appliances, including a Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.
Guests can enter the building completely contact-less using a smart keyless door. The apartments are located upstairs on the first floor via a stairwell.
Park View is in a perfect holiday or business location to discover all the great attractions of Cork city.
Guest access
Apartment 2 has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with views of the city park. It contains two generous bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite with a modern rainfall shower. The apartment also contains a separate downstairs toilet.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was great and walkable to the City Centre and its offerings; English Market, restaurants, pubs and coffee cafes. The unit and all rooms were clean and spotless! We appreciated that both bedrooms included en-suite bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and the property photos do not do it justice! We had one minor problem during our stay and this was dealt with very quickly and handled very professionally. Would definitely book again if returning to Cork.

The apartment was perfect is every way. Modern, clean and roomy with private facilities for both rooms. Very well equipped and nothing missing.Perfect location for shops, restaurants and pubs. Location, location, location!! For starters, the place was super clean, had everything you need, wonderful shower, and walking distance to anywhere in Cork. Would definitely stay here again!!

Apartment was very central to everything - and only 15 mins taxi from the airport. Host was excellent before and during our stay - and loved that the doors didn’t require keys. The apartment was very clean and suited the 4 of us - and only steps away from the nightlife and brilliant Irish pub scene. I definitely would recommend this apartment.

We were very pleased with our apartment in Cork. The location couldn’t be more central and the proprietor was an excellent communicator. We particularly appreciated the good coffee machine and various thoughtful additions (water in the fridge, sugar, tea bags).

Great kitchen and living facilities. Great coffee provided and water in the fridge. Property was clean except for dirty older rug on stairs. What you need to know. There is no elevator and no parking. It is a little hard to find so really pay attention to the directions provided. Expect a private door right off of street and bus stop. You need to park on sidewalk to unload luggage. It’s about 19 steps to get luggage to apartment and then another 13 stairs to bedrooms. One parking lot cost us 25 a day and the inside lot was about 45 plus. Good WiFi. Location was walkable to everything. If it is above 60 degrees it is a little hot. Fans were provided. We had all windows open but bus stop can wake you up at times.

This is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment; well equipped to meet most needs. Very comfortable and quiet; not far from the main attractions in Cork. We had a great communications with the owner. Very nice and would definitely recommend this accommodations to friends and family.

Great location

The apartment has modern decor and is very tasteful. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. John was more than helpful with a couple of special requests we had. Thankyou John for assisting us with the balloons and cake.

Beautiful, conveniently located apartment. Very clean, great showers, Wi-Fi, and well-appointed kitchen. Restaurants, pubs, Tesco and parking are all close by. We would definitely return.

The Right Place to Be

We stayed in Cork two nights and felt the VRBO property placement was perfect allowing us quick easy access to numerous tourist activities. The flat was tidy with all the comforts wanted. Excellent mattresses and large luxury towels. We’d visit again.

Great location

Well located condo to explore Cork on foot. Always felt safe, even later at night as the area is very well lit. The condo was clean and had a nice layout. Dinnerware and cooking utensils were adequate to make a meal and there was a Tesco Express close by. This is a two story condo with the entry located on the first level above ground - so quite a few stair steps. The closest open air parking lot (expensive when staying a week) is about 3-4 blocks away. Enjoyed all the pubs/restaurants and the shopping - especially the English Market.

Weekend Away

Apartment was great and right in the middleof the city, a perfect location. Everyone so friendly and a great weekend had. John was a great host, good communication and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend a stay here with friends.
