Perfect little condo near canyon lodge

Place had everything we needed, and a very short drive to canyon lodge and other parts of the town. Plenty of space for 2-4 people and with a full kitchen. Easy parking and nice amenities like ping pong, sauna, and hot tub.

Great place to vacation!

This was an awesome place to stay. It was super clean and very comfortable. It was also very quiet. Great location, close to the lakes and close to town. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we hope to come back again!

Great Getaway to Mammoth

Perfect Homebase

This condo was perfect for our staying Mammoth - dog friendly, located within 20 minutes of trailheads & coffe spots, firewood provided, easy to use smart TV, decent wifi signal, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bed was also very comfortable after a long day of snow sports. I will definitely look at renting this condo again for my next trip to Mammoth.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and convenient.

The location is very good. Less than a mile from the main lodge. Very clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Everything is a bit dated-furnishings, carpet, bedding, and mattresses. It has a small bedroom that is a little a drafty but the heater works great. There are two bunk beds with no wall separating them from the entrance. Very comfortable. No in-unit washer/dryer.

Clean, spacious, relaxing condo in Mammoth

The condo was comfortable and spacious, more than enough room for our family with pups. Everything needed was provided in the unit, and there is a great pool and recreation room. Perfect for a relaxing summer getaway to hike and explore the gorgeous scenery. Location was convenient as well. Customer service was quick to respond if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

10 minute walk upheld to canyon Lodge. Very cozy one bedroom unit. Bunk beds don't have ladder nor guards from falling off so not as ideal for younger children. But overall everyone had a great time

Perfect Ski Condo

Loved this ski house - very cozy! 2 minutes from town. 10 minutes from the main village. Great hot tub, sauna, and game room! Had everything we need. Would stay again!

Could be Great

This condo had many positives. It was very clean. It was well-equipped. It is in a great location. Walking distance to Mammoth Mtn Brewery and close to tamarack lodge and Lake Mary. And even though the condo is dark and the bathroom is tiny we would have been happy to come back and make this our go to place to stay EXCEPT for the fact that the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I had to move to the couch which was only slightly less uncomfortable. The bed was so hard that my husband and I both ended up with sore hips and shoulders. I think the comfortability might be improved with a foam topper. We also would have loved to have been able to sit on the small deck and drink a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning since it actually has a nice view of mountains. However the deck was completely inaccessible due to two bikes and a messy pile of logs/tarp that were stored there. All in all if you can handle a horribly hard bed it is a perfectly nice place to stay in Mammoth.

Great value

Well stocked, clean, and plenty of space for a family of four (kids 8 and 12 yo) plus dog. Convenient location right by the orange line stop and a half mile from both Canyon Lodge and Mammoth Village. Grounds included a pool and two permit parking spots. The balcony might have a view and firewood, but there was about 6+ ft of snow blocking the back door.

Great place especially for dogs

The place was great however bring your own pillows. The pillows used were pretty flat. Also the top bunk has no rail and if planning to use with kids I would recommend using the sofa bed. The place otherwise was great and we would love to stay there again.
