Enjoy incredible views of the Sherwins from this south-facing condo located just a short walk from Snowcreek Meadow Preserve in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. This delightful vacation rental is ideal for visiting skiers, offering wonderful amenities including a boot dryer, an open closet to store all your gear, and a wood-burning fireplace. Whip up your favorite recipes in the updated, full kitchen with stainless steel, high-end appliances and a breakfast bar, then dine together at the nearby table for six. After spending exciting winter days on the slopes, stretch out on the leather sectional sofa and watch some TV in the living area. This condo is also located just steps from the shared spa and sauna.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was wonderful. We loved everything about it. We really appreciated the washer and dryer, as we had been traveling for a few days. We had an issue with the door lock, but vacasa was able to resolve the problem quickly. We’d stay here again

Great place to stay in Mammoth

Relatively up-to-date, clean, and spacious one bedroom condo. Well located, so it’s an easy drive to the mountain and restaurants. My only minor complaint is that the heat could be better, but space heaters are supplied to help. Overall, very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy condo. Perfect distance from parking. Perfect distance from the hot tub. It was the best place to come back to after our long days of skiing. Easy, accessible and clean.

Great Place to stay

Nice location, kitchen has all you could need, couch pulls out too. We did have an issue with the heater in the bedroom constantly turning back up to 69 (which felt crazy hot) after 2 hours at a lower temp. As some previously mentioned the heater constantly pops all night long and wakes you up.

We really liked the layout of the one bedroom. It seemed so much bigger than another one bedroom we had stayed at. The only issue was we couldn't get the TV working the first night. After contacting Vacasa, we did our own troubleshooting and ended up replacing the remote batteries, which took care of the problem. By the next day when they called back, we had it fixed. It just wasn't as fun missing out on relaxing in front of a movie, but other than that, the condo is wonderful.

Everything in the condo was good. The bed was uncomfortable. And the management company was not accommodating to my mistakes, and I felt gave us an extreme overcharge for the situation. I unfortunately was off by one calendar day on my booking which I caught and tried to take care of eight days ahead of time and they charged me over 100 Additional fee which I found extremely unacceptable. I would love to rent your condo again, but I will not as long as you have this particular management company and fee system.

Perfect Place for a Family of 4

We are already looking at our calendar for when we can return to Mammoth and stay here again. The condo is newly renovated with beautiful upgraded finishes. The place is very clean and accommodating for my family of 4. The location is great and is next to the jacuzzi. The furniture is new and comfortable. If I had to be picky (and this is a stretch) I would have liked an electric coffee maker, measuring cups and maybe a couple of glass Pyrex dishes. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and can’t wait to return.

Clean & Beautiful Ground Floor Unit

The unit was recently remodeled, kitchen is clean, new and well appointed with open floor plan into dining / living room, making it feel spacious. Bathroom was clean and well designed with modern fixtures and good water pressure all around. Washer dryer in unit was handy, so was additional small bed. Master bedroom was very spacious, and the memory foam bed was firm but very comfortable, my wife and I both slept well. Lastly, cleaning staff and customer service was beyond excellent! My wife left her laptop bag behind, cleaning staff had it delivered to our home within business 3 days, absolutely phenomenal!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay - highly recommended! Spacious 1 BD/1 Bath with very modern appliances. Convenient parking close to the unit and beautiful landscaping. Great location where you can walk to miles of trails or walk to places in town. There were some very hot days where it would have been nice to be able to open the window overnight in the livingroom (it appears unfinished?), but it wasn't too bad and the condo kept a nice temperature throughout the day.
