We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed our stay. Location to the lifts is a big plus for our family of 4. This time around, however, our experience was terrible. Keys to condo were not available as we arrived into town (at night w/kids). After finally getting keys we arrived to very neglected condo; basically a mess and unkempt. My wife had to clean the entire kitchen area (countertops & floor) while I vacuumed the entire unit. We then had to change the "used sheets" in the pull-out bed so the kids could use it. The sheets that were available were not the right size for the bed (way too small). Only to then find out we were short on blankets, and the blanket that was available was extremely old and scratchy (i.e. super cheap). We asked for more sheets & blankets to be delivered the following day, as well as for someone to come and clean up the place. We did get a delivery of new sheets but no additional blankets. I try my best to roll with things and not be a complainer. However, I feel for the owners of this condo as it definitely is not up to the quality that we have experienced in the past (we've stayed here a few times previously and have given good reviews). It seems that Vacasa has gone down a notch. Both in how we were accommodated and in how it appears they "service" their properties. Again, if I were the owner I would consider checking in on this place as we, unfortunately, will not be looking to stay here in the future.
