The perfect location, across the street from Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Grand building, which is a short walk across from Eagle Lodge. Nicely furnished one bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps up to 4 people, and allows 1 dog. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay. Living area offers a 55' TV, Blu-Ray player, sleeper sofa, internet access and wood burning stove. The master bedroom has a king bed and there is an additional sleeper sofa off the dining area. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool (seasonal), sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. This unit is non-smoking and allows 1 dog. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location

well located unit within an easy walk to the lodge. plenty of space in the unit. furniture is somewhat dated but well taken care of. Have seen much worse in mammoth rentals. Would stay here again in the future.

TV/audio system took a bit of finessing to get working. Decor could be more attractive, but everything was clean and in functional condition. Would consider renting this unit again.

They are extremely uncomfortable. If you want to stay in this place be prepared of waking up with body aches.

Horrible Beds

Do not rent this property unless they put in the description that they have replaced the beds. The master bed was horrible. Ended up sleeping on the floor. The bunkbeds were super uncomfortable even for my eight year olds. I think the bunkbed had foam pads on it rather than actual mattresses. I think the master bed is from the 1950s or 60s. The management company was great and was a big help in trying to make our state more comfortable. The location is great directly across from Eagle Lodge. The building itself is nice and quiet but had major water pressure issues.

I am happy to report we have now received approval to upgrade the bed and mattress in the master and are working on that immediately. Also the bunk beds have been replaced as well. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathtub spout and diverter to the shower brined off clean the first night we were there. Too late to get help from the management company. We called the next morning and they said they would come fix it. The maintenance person came at 5:30/6pm and could not fix it. It was too late to request a move, so we went without showers. The company offered a small discount but it didn’t feel satisfactory to usThe bunks in the living room were absolutely terrible and need to be replaced. Seems like they could spend a small amount of money to really improve this condo.I would not stay in it again.

Good Location for ski in ski out at Eagle Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a good location if you want the ski in ski out experience. Just a few short steps and you're at Eagle Express. Unfortunately the condo itself could use a face lift. Very dark inside. The balcony was snowed in and someone put a giant piece of plywood up so you have NO view at all. Even seeing the sky would have been nice. Same with the bedroom window.. no view at all. The heat works great and there is plenty of firewood... but they left an empty fire ingitor stick and only 2 boxes of matches (you can't light damp firewood with just a match. A starter log would be a great thing to add. Though there were these liquid fire starter liquid packets.. but it took 2 to run 1 fire and therefore we could not have a fire the other night. The dishwasher air gap on the sink was broken off therefore we did not run the dishwasher as requested, instead we hand washed the dishes. There is an ice maker in the freezer but not working, therefore we had to buy ice for drinks. It's great to have a covered parking spot. Although if you have a large truck you will not fit.. clearance 6'9". Final thought.. the location is good...if you want to be close to the lift.

Thanks for your comments and feedback. The condo has had multiple upgrades and we have addressed all of your concerns. Unfortunately when we do get an excessive amount of snow like in the 2023 season, they do put up plywood to protect the windows/doors from snow/ice possible damage, this is for your safety and for the security of the unit and unfortunately we can't remove them. A fantastic little place, super close to Eagle Lodge. I stayed here with my daughter for nearly two weeks.Some of the notable amenities were an enormous TV with a great sound system, a nice wood burning fireplace, working appliances and plenty of flatware and silverware, and a coffee maker with a reusable filter. Check in was super easy, same with check out. I would recommend this place when you want to stay near Eagle Lodge.

Bed hard as a rock no working toilet! No sleep no bathroom! SAD

Reviewer Comments: The unit was wonderfully close walk to Eagle lodge and clean. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in!! It is as hard as the floor. I even got pressure sore points on my hips from laying on it. There was no sleep this vacation! Additionally the toilet broke. We called it in they said they would come and fix it while we were out (out-which was until 5:30pm). Upon arrival to the unit everyone had to use the bathroom- and we discovered that the toilet still did not work! We ended up fixing it so we would have a working toilet!! Not HAPPY! The repair person did show up - but when they did a person was in the shower. So unacceptable - I feel like I should get a refund!

You can't beat this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The *only* reason I gave this place 3 stars on the condition of the place is simply because the inside is straight out of the 60s. Everything works, they have tons of stuff in the kitchen where you can cook full means. As is all mountain places the furniture isn't luxurious. The bed was bought in the 60s and hasn't been replaced since (read: the mattress is more like a brick vs. a mattress). But outside of those things, which are pretty minor (better bed would be nice), this place is perfect. CRAZY close to Eagle. The staff of this management company is beyond kind and quick to respond to issues. I will totally return!
