We enjoyed our stay. The toaster didn’t work, but we had a new one within a couple hours. It was a very comfortable place.

Fantastic location for Trailfest! We enjoyed not having to fight for parking. The host was extremely responsive, which we appreciated. The decor is a little bit dated, but it’s clean and safe.

Stay was amazing

This place was really nice and spacious. Really close to the Village where there’s a lot of restaurants, brewerys, and live music. The only downside is that the days we stayed were a little warm and the condo does NOT have an A/C or ceiling fans which made the condo feel a little warm during the day.

Perfect location for a summer weekend in Mammoth, walking distance to the village. Easy cycling distance to all of the network of town paths, which can take you all the way up to Lake Mary and beyond.

Great stay!

Everything was great! The bed were very comfy, there were plenty of dishes and utensils provided and the heaters worked great. The house is very spacious even with 7 adults in it. I will say the only thing I wasn’t the biggest fan of were the couch beds because they were pretty thin and not super awesome but really what couch pull out beds are? We would definitely stay here again

Good Home to Visit Mamoth

We had overall good time. The condo is right across the street from the Village shopping center. Bring extra fans if visiting in summer. We love Mammoth and we definitely keep coming back, but I would rent a different place though

Great Location to Mammoth Lakes Village

Perfect location for my family and friends to stay close to the village for the Margarita Festival. There was only one negative and that was the sofa bed situation. Listing says it has two sofa beds, but it only has one. Even if there were two sofa beds there is no room in the living area to set them both up. Normally I wouldn’t complain or put this in a review but we were expecting to use the second sofa as a bed. Fortunately one of our friends brought a cot or they would have had to sleep on the floor or double up with someone on the sofa bed. Other than that the place was very nice.

Nice Condo Near Mammoth Village

The condo is relatively new and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is that the lighting in the entire condo is very bad (except the bathrooms). You cannot read in the living room area, nor dining room as the lighting is very dim. There is no light above the sink. All of the kitchen appliances were relatively new and worked fine (though a bulb in the hood above the stove needs to be replaced). The location of the condo is the best feature as you can take a short walk down to the village to grab a bite or shop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and didn't have any major issues staying at this property.

No views and broken fireplace

This place advertised views. There were none. We arrived to a broken fireplace. I notified vacasa the property manager, and they said that they would send someone the next day. No one came. I reached out to vacasa daily and no one came out or responded for the duration of our 5 night stay. This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in a rental. The carpet had regions of stain and the dining room furniture upholstery was extensively stained. Apart from the stains, the place was clean.

Great place to stay

Definitely would stay here again. Location is great and place is well equipped. Very clean. My only complaint is that the sofa and chair are a little worn. But was very satisfied overall

Just OK

Dated and worn furnishing. VERY dimly lit. Gas fireplace difficult to start and TV had too many remotes to figure out. Downstairs bedroom window had been damaged and was simply a sheet of plywood. Upstairs bedroom had so much ice up against it they but a plywood board outside to protect the window. So felt like living in a box, so the crappy lighting was really a bummer. Just felt like a sad unit. Location was great however.

Great property to stay in Mammoth

The property is in a popular place with walking distance to the village and gondola, Clean and spacious for us 3 couples. The management is responsive, heck-in and check-out instructions are precise; the only issue is the fireplace, it worked in the first evening but it did not work the next day and we did not receive “how-to” for the fireplace; but it did not affect our trip; we still like this place; I will give 5-star if the fireplace works during our stay. I definitely will come back next time.

Take your own pillows

The provided pillows are literally paper thin and we had to search the town for pillows after the first night. We brought a puzzle to do and the lighting in the house was horrible and couldn’t see the puzzle pieces in the living room. Location was great being across from the Village but that was about it.

The place is nice but loud with the Village across the street. You can also hear all movements upstairs. It also was not dusted in weeks. The pots and pans need an upgrade but the kitchen is well stocked.
