サウスクリアウォーターにある、新しく改装され、家具と設備が整ったエグゼクティブ2階のコンドミニアム。 店舗まで徒歩圏内、タンパベイビーチまで簡単にアクセスでき、クリアウォータービーチまで数分です。 2人が宿泊でき、4人を収容できます。
マスターベッドルームにはキングベッド、マスターシャワーには大きなシャワー、セカンドベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのソファーベッドを備えたオフィス、別のバスルームには浴槽があります。
リビングエリアにオープンする新しいキッチン、新しい電化製品（ビルトイン食器洗い機と電子レンジ）、全体に美しい広葉樹のラミネート、キッチンとバスのモダンなタイル、プールビューのコーナーフロリダルーム。
真新しい家具、リビングルームとマスターベッドルームに2台のスマートテレビ。
新しいAC、新しい炉。 ユニットの前に割り当てられた駐車場。 敷地内のランドリー。
リネン、タオル、いくつかのトイレタリーが用意されています-スーツケースを持参してください。 温水プール！

Hello, I'm Joanna...
I'm most likely just like you; a mother, a wife, a good friend.
Few years ago, our Canadian winters became a bit too much to handle, so together with my Husband, we started looking for "somewhere warm" to visit for few weeks around Christmas and New Year. Our Friends invited us to come to Clearwater, and this is how it all started...
In October 2017 we found a place that was just perfect for us! It needed lots of work, but we could see the potential the moment we walked in. We are happy to say, we have created a perfect getaway for us, our boys, family, old friends and new! We loved it here!
My passion for people can grow here now too...
Back home in Canada, we own "Mariposa" home... Over the years, it has welcomed new, upcoming figure skaters, families "between" homes, and those who were just "trying our beautiful city for size”, We’ve met Snowbirds returning from their Winter travels in Florida who just wanted to stop over before their frozen-still cottage could welcome Summer visitors... and those who just needed a bit of time to repair their strained relationships or those who needed some quiet time to work on a pressing project without distractions from their "life".
Some of the situations have opened my eyes wider and taught me that I can help more people than I ever thought possible. So here we are...

Quiet, secluded, condo property... surprisingly quiet for it's location in the middle of the Clearwater action. Convenient, close to access highways, airports, shopping and those beautiful Tampa and Clearwater Beaches.

Just renovated, all new furnishings, appliances and more. Nice, quiet HEATED pool, with a bit of shade if you need it under palm trees. No Pets in the complex.
