Lovely cabin!

Friends Smoky Mountains vacation

We arrived for a week of springtime hiking and fun while staying the Majestic View III. It was a wonderful week, great location away from the crowds in Gatlinburg with easy access to the Park. We had only one problem with the WiFi, and it was fixed within 12 hours. The management company is very responsive and helpful. Overall a great house for a week in the Smoky Mountains.

Great find, perfect for our group

Great house with plenty to accommodate all. We stayed with a 77 year old, limited mobility but could manage stairs and deck and 3 kids (10/7/5) with plenty for them to do when it snowed in Mid April. A bit warm on top level that cooled off after a few hours with fans, windows and AC. Mildly steep drive with few turns up to house, not an issue in a minivan when put in Low gear; people afraid of heights (our 77 yo mother) could be a little nervous driving up but it's paved, wide and easy. Only stayed for 4 days but would definitely be a great spot for a week or even longer.

Wonderful, spacious, clean cabin!

The cabin was everything we hoped it would be! Very clean, stocked with kitchen basics, plenty of room for everyone. It has a fun playroom and cute decor. We loved the hot tub and the gorgeous view! We had a small maintenance issue upon arrival, and someone was there within half an hour to resolve it. Mgmt was nice and easy to work with. The only drawback is that it's hard to regulate the temperature of the 3 floors. They have separate thermostats, but the loft was impossible to keep cool until overnight. That was minor for us, as we weren't up there much during the day. I would highly recommend this cabin!!

Pictures are accurate

We had a great stay! We were nervous because we have heard stories of pictures not being accurate. That was not the case, the pictures are very accurate! This was a great place, great view of the mountains, a great location to get to hiking trails and other attractions. The drive up to the cabin is steep, but a nice paved road, so not too difficult to get there. We had 7 people and it was very comfortable for all of us. Townsend is a great town and has some great places to eat (Dancing Bear Bistro) and then Burger Master Drive In for some great ice cream! Someone complained about bed bugs, there were not any. The place was clean. Not everything was perfect (the cabin has been used, but cared for), but it was the perfect place for our stay!

We were very disappointed the hot tub didn’t work

We had problems with the heat blowing cold air. Maintenance came said nothing he could do the furnace door was locked. The hot tub was not working I called about it but nothing was done

Great place to stay but don't expect property management to call you back when you need them.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay until it was cut short. Upon returning one evening, we found all the water was shut off. I tried calling the number in the house and the service assured me the property management company would call me right back. We waited and waited, in the meantime no one could shower, get a drink of water or even flush a toilet so we had to leave. I tried messaging them and calling several times. They never called me back. It wasn't until I contacted VRBO several days later that they connected me with the company directly. They looked into my claim and called me back. They told me it was an area outage so they couldn't reimburse my last night. That's lame. If they had actually communicated and we knew it was an area outage we may have stayed, knowing crews were repairing it. My issue with them is the lack of communication. They only ended up sending me $73.29 after much pestering. It was a joke.

Wonderful And a Perfect experience

The process of renting the cabin was very easy. The cabin went beyond our expectations! We enjoyed grilling on the porch, playing the games in the game room or just enjoying our own time tucked away in our bedroom suites! It was nice and we will definitely stay here again! We also enjoyed being visited by a family of raccoons at night!

No water and disappointing view

We had to make a few calls to get the code to get in. It was never sent. There was no running water when we woke up in the morning. Called left a message with maintenance, never returned our call. Cabin has been poorly maintained. Trees are over grown to block a good portion of the view listed. Overall a poor experience.

Beautiful location with awesome, Mountain View’s!

Everything was as pictured and described. A mama bear and her cubs visited, so watch out for bears. We grilled out steaks earlier and I am sure mama picked up on the scent.

Nice family mountain experience

Our stay at this cabin was both relaxing and fun. Nice to be a little ways away from all the city excitement but close enough drive to all the adventures. The game room was a hit with grandsons and the hot tub overlooking mountain was relaxing and scenic .

This cabin offers so many amenities. The panoramic view is a must see.

The Majestic View III cabin is by far one of our favorites to date. This cabin offers so many amenities for the entire family. Beautiful cabin inside and out. We loved the Native American theme throughout the cabin. We will definitely recommend this cabin to our family and friends. In fact, I've already been asked to supply the link for the cabin from pictures I've posted on social media from our stay

Accurate Description

We all e joyed our stay. The pictures are accurate and everything was up to standards. No complaints other than the parking. If you have more than 2 or 3 cars it’s impossible to find space. We had to ask permission from the neighbors to park in their lot. Luckily they were kind enough to allow it.

Christmas in the mountains

We stayed during Christmas 2020 .The cabin was great. It has enough room for 3 families plus an extra loft with king bed . The view is awesome.

Beautiful property with beautiful views.

The property was very beautiful and the views were amazing. It has so many amenities; pool table, air hockey, hot tub, sauna. It more than met our needs. We were on motorcycles and it is definitely not motorcycle friendly. The driveway is steep and twisty. We rode the Tail of the Dragon and decided that mastering the driveway was much more of an accomplishment. It would be fine in a car, just not for bikes. Also there is not a lot of parking. The house was very clean. It had lots of extra bedding. It did lack a lot of the basics though. There was no coffee or filters, no cooking oil or things like that. Literally the only thing provided was salt and pepper. There was no hand soap. There was no propane for the bbq grill, but they sent someone out when we called. Customer service was great. Everyone we dealt with was absolutely terrific. They were so friendly and helpful.

Great stay but for the dishwasher

Beautiful fun place to be with clean rooms and great locale and amenities. We so enjoyed it. Would give it a 5 but for the dishwasher which was in need of replacement and washed do poorly we had to rewash all the dishes. Because we found out after the store run we ran out of dish soap. I let management know as they requested and had no response at all. We washed by hand all the dishes. Just a lot for 12 folk. Would suggest answering pleas for help and the simple request for at least some dish soap . We used laundry soap. :) it worked. Thanks though for an overall lovely stay!!
