This is a beautiful property just off the Grand Canal, a spacious and bright penthouse with gorgeous views in nearly every direction. The apartment is inside what appears to be an old Venetian palace, with a grand lobby and an elevator that takes you nearly to the top. After that, there are easy stairs to get up to the penthouse.Check in with Karolina was easy and friendly, and the place was exceptionally clean and comfortable.Highly recommended!

‘The apartment is so well located, quiet, bright and sunny. We loved our stay. Thank you for the wonderful Venetian hospitality.’ Maybe the bathrooms could need updating soon (ideally a separate shower in main bed?) and living room furniture could be more modern and ‘loungey’. Beautiful stay

This property is amazing and beautiful. It was very clean and had great views over Venice. We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was very communicative and helpful. She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. Very helpful and a great property to stay at. I thought the location was great as well.

It was a perfect stay on the Grand Canal. Rachele met us at the front door/dock and was very helpful. The views from the penthouse are amazing! The apartment was charming but had all the modern amenities and appliances. A great place to stay in Venice!!!

The apartment is stunning! The views, the space, the furnishings, the kitchen. All just perfect and very rare for a rental. The location, minutes from bars, restaurants, supermarket shops - and ice cream and yet so very peaceful inside. A glorious happy stay in the perfect spot. Thank you so much to Views of Venice team! This is such a beautiful apartment. The two terraces were used by us every morning and evening. It is close to the vaparetto and the dorsoduro is a very pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. The service from views on Venice was excellent and any minor questions or issues were addressed very quickly.

This apartment has stunning views over the Grand Canal from the master bedroom, with an additional terrace overlooking Dorsoduro from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are light and comfortable. The views are the key here though - got to be one of the best views from a kitchen window I have ever seen! Despite it being on the Grand Canal it is still quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom has an ensuite, but only one of these has a shower - the rest are baths. There is another shower room, but it is quite a tight fit using the shower. Shame, as a shower in the en-suites would make it perfect. Not a massive issue though.

Perfect beautiful location

This apt is wonderful, clean, amazing views, comfortable, and spacious. The mgmt company is fantastic, accommodating, and helpful. One of the vaporetto stops is one minute away. Easy to get here on water taxi from airport or train station, easy to walk to everything, or take the water taxis. We all enjoyed our 5-day stay so much! FYI, there are about 15 stairs up from the elevator to the apt, in case mobility is an issue. Our kids had no issue with it, and many times raced up the stairs while we took the elevator. Highly recommend!
