We loved our stay at Ca' Del Teatro, located in a great neighborhood and while it is hard to locate on Google maps, the property manager couldn't have been more helpful. Everything ages quickly in Venice and we love how this property was cared for - we will definitely seek this location out on our next trip

Wonderful stay, would definitely return

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very clean and great location, close to many restaurants, a few minutes walk from tourist attractions and very easy to navigate around the city. Check in process was smooth and all questions before and during our stay were promptly answered. My family of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice and highly recommend staying here. Marco was very responsive in booking and logistics for our VRBO Apartment. Apartment was clean. Tidy and well equipped. He sent Sara, his colleague with a porter to assist us from the Water Taxi location to the apartment because we had 9 suitcases & 3 bag packs. The apartment was on the third floor and their assistance was very helpful. Sara checked us in and provided recommendations. We enjoyed our top floor patio. The apartment was in San Marco area a very prime and convenient location. Restaurants & Mini markets & wine was very near bye.Only comment for improvement was the 2 queen mattresses were very soft and worn.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the view from the terrace is superb. The location is also very convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice!

Perfect location

This well-appointed apartment offered everything we needed for a comfortable four-night stay in Venice. It's ideally situated within walking distance of major attractions such as Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. The property management group was very helpful, meeting us at the dock when we arrived and arranging water taxis throughout our stay.

A Great Choice!

We had a wonderful stay! We had a few travel-related issues getting into Venice, and Annalisa was so kind, patient and helpful! She met us at the watertaxi and walked us to the airport, explaining everything we needed to know. The apartment was very clean and incredibly charming. It was very quiet and in a terrific location. We could not have asked for anything more!!

Fantastic apartment

Friends and I stayed at this apartment for a few days after a cruise and fell in love with it. The apartment is organized nicely and it had lots of old world charm with plenty modern amenities. The staff was great and very helpful. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Wonderful!

This apartment was a perfect home base for our family of four. The location is great- a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the Accademia Bridge and the Grand Canal. We had the property manager arrange for a private water taxi from the airport, which was a memorable way to arrive. Check-in was easy and communication with the host both before and at arrival was prompt and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace with its beautiful view is the perfect place for a glass of wine after a day of exploring Venice. There's a good supermarket a short walk from the apartment with everything you might need. We had a fantastic visit and would definitely stay at Ca' Del Teatro Terrace again.

Absolutely Amazing!

The apartment was everything described! It was comfortable, convenient and absolutely perfect! While the interior was nice, the altana was ideal. We spent most of our time (when not sleeping) enjoying the sights and sounds from the altana. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location

Beautiful apartment. Perfect for two adults and four teenagers. Comfortable and spacious. The teens loved the rooftop terrace! The air conditioning was powerful and efficient each room stayed cool. Checkin was easy and communication was prompt. Having three bathrooms was wonderful for our group. I would highly recommend!

Loved it!

This property was perfect! Several restaurants and bakeries just steps away, and close to the water taxi stop. The rooftop deck was perfect for an evening glass of wine before heading to dinner. As is stated in the property description, there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, but it is well worth the climb. I would certainly rent this property again.

Better than the photos!

We had an excellent stay in Views on Venice apartment in San Marco! The apartment was beautifully decorated and designed. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was perfect, close to the Rialto bridge without being in the busy part of Venice. The water bus is also very close to the apartment. The only down side is that the apartment is on the top floor of the building and has many steps to get there. But we didn’t mind at all.

Perfect Location and Service

If I could give the location 6 stars I would. Literally 10 minutes walk from every major site and 1 minute from a main water stop. The management service was quick to respond to email or text or call. Whatever you prefer. We only contacted them twice and that was to help us arrange water taxis. Cannot say enough good things. Do not hesitate to book this property.
