This place was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, clean, air conditioning, washer/dryer and a very close walk to the Grand Canal and high-end shopping. Attention to detail from both the house and by your representatives was very much appreciated!Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, great location. Very helpful staff that assisted us with booking water taxis and met us right at the water taxi drop off and walk us to the property; that made finding the location and check-in easy!

This place is amazing. Highly recommend. The beds, air conditioning (we were there in a heat wave), and location.. it was all perfect. The host was so responsive, setting up water taxis and transports for us whenever needed. Stay here!! You won’t regret it.

This was the most amazing property of all of our stays in Italy. It was spacious, luxury and very clean. The extra support and care from Marco was unexpected and extremely helpful. His help with arranging private transportation made our stay in Venice the best experience and most at ease. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolute gem! This place is gorgeous, luxurious, and it was a perfect place for our family of 6 including elders and children. Location was ideal for walking to St Marks Square, restaurants, and shopping. We loved all the amenities in the home. We would stay here again in any future Venice trips. This fully surpassed our highest hopes. Located in an amazing spot in the heart of Venice, but still off the beaten path. Host company made our arrival seamless and was there any time we had a question or need. When returning to Venice we will ABSOLUTELY use “Views on Venice” for our accommodations! 100 stars!!!!

The home is lovely and in a fantastic location. However, the heater was not able to be turned on until our last day and the weather in Venice was freezing and rainy. It was not pleasant to come home to a cold place after being out in the freezing rain. For the price, this should not have happened.Also, there is a strong sewer smell in the laundry area and the master bathroom.Loud ongoing construction noise starting at 9 AM.Patio not in the sun so not usable for us.

The Location is perfect in the centre of Venice, near top Restaurants, Boutiques and San Marco, very comfortable (good beds) and cozy furnished, safe and without noise. Put Water for drinking inside the appartement automatically and leave the nice guestbook on the dining-table …

This was the perfect villa in the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of Venice. The Views on Venice staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. We arrived in Venice 4 hours earlier than I said we would and they promptly arranged a water taxi and had a representative meet us at the villa to welcome us and show us around on a moment’s notice. I was very impressed with their customer service! We found out at midnight that night that there was no hot water in the villa and they had a plumber there at 8:00 the next morning to fix it. I can’t speak highly enough about our stay at this villa and our experience with Views on Venice!
