We had an amazing stay, the property is beautiful and location is central to everything. Above all, the communication and support from the team really added to the comfort and reassurance of our trip and enhanced our stay at the accommodation. We had a small utility supply issue which was unexpected for all, but it was dealt with very efficiently and graciously by the team. This is a place I can highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!

It was a pleasure - what a fantastic week in Venice!

The Location is perfect in the centre of Venice, near top Restaurants, Boutiques and San Marco, very comfortable (good beds) and cozy furnished, safe and without noise. Put Water for drinking inside the appartement automatically and leave the nice guestbook on the dining-table …

Loved the location. Fantastic and comfortable property. The space is beautifully appointed. Clean. The beds are comfortable. The management team was diligent in communicating. They made reservations for water taxi and transfers from airport. Noise from ongoing construction next door was an issue that management responded to promptly. The dryer is not a machine you can pause and get your clothes out in the middle of the drying cycle. Different from US and other European brands. An interesting challenge we navigated at check out. The management company referred us to a shipping agency to ship our clothes at our cost, which helped. Instructions near dryer and washer regarding no pause and no unlocking until 2.5 hour full cycle is completed would help to plan use. Laundry space was a plus and convenient. Beautiful property overall. Marta was great. I recommend not charging folks extra for check in after 8 pm given late arrivals of international flights.

The property was absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for our girls trip, there were six of us. The property was in walking distance to shopping, the square, water taxi's, and dining. The only thing I would have to say is, it was a little difficult getting the luggage up the stairs because it was heavy with several stairs. Though you do have the option to keep your luggage on the main floor in the laundry room where there is plenty of space and bring up with you what you need.I would definitely stay here again, the hosts were great and even ordered private taxi service for us to Ravena which is where we left out of for our cruise.Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at La Marchesa! The property was large and we had ample space for my family of 6. Listed amenities were provided (including a washer/dryer) and the rooftop space was a lovely spot for an evening drink. The hot water did not work our first morning, but the property contact was quick to respond and get a handyman out to fix the issue. We had a couple of issues with communication with the property contact for the remainder of our stay, but the property has an emergency contact number which was very responsive and helped with a transportation issue on our last day.I would highly recommend this spot to stay while in Venice, especially with a group!

Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Venice

This was my second time staying at this incredible VRBO, and once again, the experience was flawless. From the moment we booked, the service was top-notch. Olivio, Caterina, and Annalissa were incredibly accommodating and professional, ensuring that every detail was handled seamlessly.They arranged water taxis to and from the home, making arrival and departure effortless. Any time we needed something, their response time was impressive—always within minutes, no matter the time of day.The location is unbeatable, right near San Marco Square, placing us in the heart of Venice with easy access to everything. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and look forward to returning again on my next visit!

Beautiful, well equipped and centrally located in a lovely courtyard. Loved our time here! Everything went smoothly with check in, and owner arranged private transfers to and from train station/airport. Excellent stay!

Absolutely beautiful property with everything a guest would need. Check in was seamless and the host was extremely helpful in scheduling transportation for us to and from the apartment. We would recommend this lovely apartment for anyone visiting Venice, the location was great!

Excellent Location

The apartment is nicely renovated, clean and quiet. And the location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to San Marco Square, 12 minutes to the Rialto and no more than 20 minutes to everywhere. Enrica arranged a water taxi for us, met us when it arrived and checked us in seamlessly. She also arranged water taxis for our departure. She is a pleasure to work with.

La Marchesa apt was everything we expected!! The checkin with their representative was efficient and timely. The location could not have been better… sharing the quiet small entrance courtyard with the lovely St Regis hotel! The apt itself was a pleasure to stay in! Immaculate and well appointed. There are quite a few entrance stairs so arranging for a porter to help with luggage was a good decision!!! Thank you to Views on Venice for helping make our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely first-rate!

We kicked off a 10-day Italian vacation with extended family in Venice and this was the perfect way to start it off. Property is in the best location; and AC worked great, which is a must in the summer. Staff was also so helpful/friendly and made everything so easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

Our family stayed here. Adult children and significant others. Home was very nice and clean. Great location. We were all very comfortable. Communication and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.
