Beautiful villa (typical construction of the area) located just 500m from the town center of Moraira and L’Ampolla Beach.

For a maximum of 8 people. Two floors. On the ground floor, double bedroom (150×200 bed), bathroom (shower), living-dining room, kitchen, naya (riu rau), and on the first floor, two double bedrooms (150×200 bed) and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (shower), and terrace.

Spacious exterior with swimming pool (8×4), barbecue area, and parking area.

Internet access. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Ceiling fan in the living room. Mosquito nets on all windows.

To keep in mind:
- Overnight stays by a number of users exceeding the amount specified in the rental reservation (maximum 8 people) are not allowed.
- The transfer of the rental reservation or its use to third parties is not allowed.
- Any activity contrary to normal coexistence, hygiene, and public order, or that prevents the normal rest of other users of the property or neighbors, is not allowed.
- Any actions contrary to the careful use of the accommodation, belongings, and facilities forming part of it are not allowed.
- Charging electric vehicles is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The stay of groups of young people under 30 years old is not allowed.

Overall very good but would be better if the upstairs bathroom was bigger as 6 people are expected to share. Every bedroom should have a decent sized mirror and it would be better if some extra pool towels were provided.

Absolutely perfect Villa in every way. Impeccably clean and in a perfect location very close to the main town and beach.Pool was excellent and ideal for younger ages as not too deep.Check in was very easy, We met Nieves at her agency and she personally took us to the villa.Thank you for our wonderful holiday we would not hesitate in staying here again and would highly recommend for families. A wonderful villa in a superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at La Comete for ten nights. The house has generous rooms, is fully equipped for a family stay and mixes style with simplicity. A fabulous pool saw us spend most of our days at the villa, but the beach is a five minute walk and the restaurants and shops around ten mins. Nieves was superb in all communication, and ensured everything was smooth and relaxed. We loved it and will likely stay again next year.

Very spacious property for a family with a good size pool and in easy walking distance to the resort centre. Special mention to Nieves at NV villas for all her assistance during the time that we stayed.

Great stay in Moraira.

Lovely villa in a great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants making this a great stay for all ages. The villa was spacious with a big garden and pool area. Everything needed was there in the villa. A real home from home.

Perfect location to walk to town. Ideal for family or teenage children give them freedom. Villa was lovely and very well maintained. We like to go back soon.

Fantastic property manager and location

Great property in a fantastic location very close to beach and town. Property manager Nieve, was responsive and very professional. Any small issues were very quickly acted upon. Beds were very comfortable and bedding very well laundered.

Lovely villa, great location.

The villa was very nice with a lovely pool and Naya. Communication was excellent and any queries or problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Even though the villa was close enough to Moraira town to walk into, it was very quiet at the villa. We would certainly consider returning another year.

Excellent location

Nieves was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, As mentioned in a previous review, the downstairs tv only shows non English speaking channels and the Chromecast wouldn't work with it but the small bedroom tv was fine.Where the house wins out is the amazing location withing easy walking distance to both town and beach, probably only about 5/10 minute walk to both. There is a huge range of restaurants near by and a few supermarkets so if you don't want to explore the area you could easily manage without a car.We also loved the outside area, a very comfortable eating and relaxing space under shade, plenty of space for loungers and an excellent pool with floats etc. which the children loved. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Moraira holiday

A great place to make your holiday base, only 10mins casual walk to the small town and beach, where you'll find every restaurant and shop you need. The villa is not detached, but this wasn't an issue as it's still quite secluded. Lot's of parking area and a lovely pool and patio. Definitely one to come back to.

Great villa

Great villa in a great location. A five minute walk to the beach or a 8-10 minutes into town, but a lovely quiet location still in a not densely packed area. Villa was great too, good size rooms and spacious living area. On top of that, Nieves the host was great and easy communications. Swiftly arranged for air con to be fixed after a warm first night and promptly replaced a hair dryer that decided to break. Would stay here again!

The villa was spot on good parking great Pool and the house was clean and air conditioned.The only thing was the agent asked for 30euros to cover electricity. This I found very off putting as the villa didn’t come cheap at 3300 euros for one week.We booked for 8 adults but only 7 came. I didn’t think we were excessive in using electricity. Air Conditioning wasn’t used during the day as my family were using the pool etc, surely the electricity should be included ?. Apart from that I would recommend and book again as like I said the accommodation was really nice and a great pool.

Clean, quiet, good location

Villa clean and well equpped. Pool clean, warm at over 25 degrees air. Rear bedrooms quiet and good blackout. TV only french and spanish but firestick works on bed TV. Easy walk to sandy beach, nice town which relatively quiet Recommend Sand restaurant for different tasty but not heavy. Agent very helpful and solved minor problem quickly

Nice one-week stay close to the beaches and the city of Moraira

We ( 3 couples 60+) experienced a nice week in the holiday house La Corneta in Moraira. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The weather was with us so that we could enjoy life on the terrace from morning till bedtime. The pool was clean, the water warm enough even for an early morning swim before breakfast. Unfortunately 2 of us experienced a cut from a broken corner tile in the pool under water- but this will be renewed now that we told about it. We can only recommend Nieves from the agency, she responded immediately after we told her about what was not okay. So we got a new parasol because the one that was there had a broken string and had to be fixed manually and not with the winder. The house is located at a street, but a fence and a gate give you a private athmosphere, although you can hear the traffic every now and then.

Schönes Ferienhaus nahe Strand und Zentrum

Wir hatten als Familie (3 Generationen) eine sehr schöne Zeit. Freundlicher Empfang durch Nieves, die sich auch während unseres Aufenthalts schnell um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat! Das Haus (eigentlich eher eine Doppelhaushälfte, nicht freistehend) entsprach voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen, sicher nicht top-modern, sondern eher im typischen spanischen Stil. Recht ruhige Umgebung, nur ein Hahn in der Nachbarschaft meldet sich ab und an dezent. Gute Ausstattung mit aktuellen Elektrogeräten, reichlich Ausstattung in der Küche, sehr sauber bei Ankunft und fast komplett funktionstüchtige Insektengitter. Ein modernes, geräumiges Bad unten und ein recht kleines oben plus extra Toilette mit Zugang von außen. Wenig Meerblick, ansonsten gute Lage nahe zum Strand und dem Ortskern, fußläufig jeweils in unter 10min. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Moraira bestimmt wieder eine Option! :-)

C’est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons passé notre séjour dans cette villa. L’accueil a été agréable et amical. Piscine en plein soleil donc pas besoin d’être chauffée. La villa est très bien protégée. On peut emmener son animal de compagnie en toute sécurité. Grand parking et facile d’accès. Le coin cuisine extérieur a besoin sérieusement d’être repeind et le barbecue d’être changé . Dommage car nous ne l’avons utilisé pour cette raison..
