Siamo felici di sapere che la casa abbia rispecchiato le aspettative e che abbiate trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in compagnia della vostra bella famiglia. L’alloggio è pensato proprio per accogliere gruppi numerosi e ci fa piacere sapere che ne avete apprezzato i comfort e la tranquillità della posizione. Per quanto riguarda il piano terra, in cinque anni di locazione non avevamo mai ricevuto segnalazioni in merito a umidità o disagio nel riposo. Tuttavia, è vero che nei giorni precedenti al vostro arrivo ha piovuto parecchio, e questo potrebbe aver inciso, specialmente se sono stati stesi indumenti umidi all’interno. Ad ogni modo, verificheremo senz’altro la situazione per garantire sempre il massimo comfort. Grazie anche per i suggerimenti pratici: aumenteremo la dotazione iniziale della carta igienica e prenderemo in considerazione l’aggiunta di una macchina da caffè a capsule, che sappiamo essere molto apprezzata dai nostri ospiti.
