Great location!

This is our third time visiting Indian rocks, but our first time staying in this condo. It was very clean and the location could not have been any better.

Perfect place to stay on the beach. Great pool, amazingly wonderful, clean, spacious condo. Walking distance to everything!

Great property in great location

Actually larger than the pictures made it out to be, 2 master suites is a great touch, large kitchen that was well appointed for making any meal we wanted, easy access to trolley and John's pass or Clearwater.

Great location

This is a great property with tons of room and right where you want to be. Pool is great. Beach is amazing and big so it wasn’t too crowded. I’d definitely go back!

Lovely!

This unit has everything you need to enjoy the beach! Nice pool that walks right out to the beach. Covered parking, beach toys and beach towels. Easy walk to lots of great restaurants! Gorgeous new kitchen and floors. Very spacious and nice big balcony with partial ocean view.

My birthday vacation

We came for a week long birthday celebration! The first 2 days it rained all day! We were so happy to have such a beautiful condo because we stayed in and played games and watched a movie! The condo was large enough for my family of 6 adults and we hosted other family members for dinner! I would definitely rent here again. The beach was beautiful and it’s close to restaurants and shopping!

Family Vacation at Island Sands in Indian Rocks Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Sands is the perfect place for my family's vacation. This is our second year in a row staying at Island Sands. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for your home away from home. All of the appliances are practically brand new, the kitchen is extremely nice and roomy, as is the dining and living room. Each bedroom is spacious. The pictures of the condo are excellent but the condo is even more unbelievable in person.Everything you could want is within walking distance - pool, beach, restaurants and, of course, the ice cream shop.We are already looking forward to our next trip to IRB. Sue is extremely easy to work with and we cannot recommend her and Island Sands enough ... we are so pleased with everything about Island Sands and feel so fortunate to have found these condos last year. I am sure we have found our vacation destination for many years to come.

Relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Spacious comfortable accommodations on the beach. Well stocked with beach chairs and floatables. Perfect for sunset viewing. Clear waters. Saw manatees and plenty of fish. For eating we highly recommend: Guppy’s Pipos and Betty’s The ice cream store on the corner. Crabby bills Stay away from Pj oyster

Perfect for a group

This condo had everything we needed plus more! it had plenty of space for the 3 couples that stayed here. The only downside we found was the condition of the beach chairs in the storage bin. They were pretty rusty and not in very good condition so we ended up renting some from a local company. All in all, we're very happy with our stay.
