Great place to stay!

Very nice location- easy to get places and walkable to restaurants etc. It’s a pretty house and was very clean. It had everything we needed.

Beautiful home and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very accommodating as we had to change our dates due to an u expected emergency. The home was very clean and I could walk to King Street within 10 minutes and the battery within 20 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped/. It was great to have private parking and we felt safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and neighborhood were very nice as was off street parking. Manager was easy to communicate with and made many helpful restaurant and “things to do” suggestions. House was comfortable and well supplied.

Excellent Get away

Property was in a great location, close enough to everything yet far enough from all the tourists. Able to walk or drive to all major areas. Off street, private, gated parking spot was very convenient. Close to a few good coffee shops and great small restaurants. Owner was very accessible if needed. Would book again!!

Family Trip to Charleston

The six of us visited Charleston for a couple of days as part of a road trip. We found the home clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Although the location was not walking distance to the historic sites we toured, it was only a short drive and we were happy about the parking off street. The one drawback is the otherwise quiet neighborhood has quite a bit of loud traffic at night. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

House in perfect location

House is small but perfect size for 2-3 people. Kitchen not well equipped. There is alot of traffic noise at all hours and if people are talking outside it is like they are in the same room as you. The neighborhood is up and coming and we walked to most places. There is a free shuttle that takes you all around Charleston. It would be helpful if the owner provided more info regarding thee free shuttle, the water taxi, and beach information. Not being from the Charleston area, advice regarding beaches, beach public parking, and umbrella and beach chair rentals would have been helpful. Overall, it is a very nice house in a perfect area to explore Charleston and areas outside of Charleston. Go see Beidler Forest - it was amazing.

Downtown Perfection

What an incredible experience. We love Charleston and visit frequently. This time, we decided to try a house downtown to get the feel of actually living in Charleston versus French Quarter Inn or Folly Beach. We are PICKY, so when I say this house is absolute perfection, I promise you it means something. Also, Beth is the best. She communicated with us as we were going into a week post-riots. Beth was flexible and understanding, and was a fantastic host. The house is full of little details that are above and beyond excellence. We have a 5 year old - and we felt safe the entire time. The neighborhood is really cool and laid back with a bit of an Asheville vibe. The house has a gate and an alarm system. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this house - I honestly can’t imagine there is anywhere better to stay if you’re coming to downtown Charleston.

Great spot

This was a great little house, well set up, updated and clean. The only downside is the noise. There was a bachelorette next door and a good bit of late night noise on the sidewalk. It's nothing the host can change (and there is a sound machine), but slightly noteworthy if you're sensitive to noise. That being said, we would absolutely stay again!

Great place. Amazing location

My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Perfect location for us to walk and explore. Lots of cool little local places all around. Property was very clean and the area was very safe. Definitely recommend.

Great stay in Charleston!

We loved our stay in this house, away from the tourist fray, yet within walking distance. The space was bright, clean, and comfortable.There is a Publix within walking distance, 2 coffee houses are steps away, and the Cannon Street restaurant district is a few blocks away.We used Bounce for storing our luggage prior to checkin, and Bag Valet to handle our luggage on the day we checked out.
