11 Watermeadowsは、海辺に隣接するモダンな3階建てのアパートです。トーベイを一望でき、絵のように美しいCockington Villageから歩いてすぐのところにあります。

アパートは3ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、床暖房、そして港に向かって海のパノラマの景色を望む広々とした家具付きのバルコニーがあります。

Watermeadowsは12のアパートメントからなる静かな住宅街です。

トーキーのメインビーチであるアビーサンドは遊歩道沿いに約200m歩いたところにあり、その向こうにはマリーナ、町の中心部、そして舗装カフェやレストランが並ぶ港があります。

Cockingtonは、わらぶき屋根のコテージ、マナーハウス、教会、クラフトセンター、Lutyens Drum Innのパブレストラン、湖、400エーカー以上の美しい公園内にあり、リラックスしながらデボンクリームティーを楽しめます。

This is an excellent very well equipped modern penthouse apartment with stunning views over Torquay. A comfortable walk into Torquay or Paington and a regular bus service very close by if you dont feel like walking. Generous allocated parking and the host was most helpful in providing all of the information we required. We will be back!

Location excellent. Layout of apartment good as was the space, especially just for the two of us. Decor was tired and dated, needed brightening and refreshing. Balcony was unusable due to loose decking. Lift out of order, suggest checking this prior to booking. We booked this apartment based on previous reviews, mistake. We will not be returning.

Amazing location with stunning views. Even the none intrusive train line adds to the location.Pleanty to do and lovely walks along the coastal path to Ansteys Cove and beyond. The Sea Train trip from Torquay is a favourite of ours.

We have stayed at this beautiful penthouse several times. The property is in an excellent location with spectacular views across the bay. It has everything you could ever need for your holiday, parking spaces and extremely comfy beds. We will definitely stay again.

Great location/accommodation.

Located in a fairly quiet good residential area about one mile outside torquay. Spacious flat with great views and balcony. We were warned that the buzzer may not work on checking in. This was the case and we had to ring another flat to gain access. This seems to have been a problem for a while and was the only downside. Comfortable chairs on the balcony would be a big improvement.

Excellent property and location.

Excellent from the go. Book and communication with brill. Apartment is amazing, modern, clean and the views ……well they are just out of this world! Only one little criticism was the decking on the balcony …….started to rott and a lot have come loose and come easy to trip on. Overly 10/10 will definitely be booking for next year.

Fabulous accommodation

Was everything we hoped it would be. Comfortable, clean and fabulous location with a view to die for! Only possible downside is flight of steps to reach the access door if you have mobility issues. We would definitely return.

Great apartment in wonderful setting

This was our 2nd time at this apartment. It's very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views from the lounge and balcony. Great location to walk to Cockington and Torquay. We enjoyed dog friendly livermead beach when the tide was out. Hope to return again.

Wonderful location

We loved this apartment. The location was great. We really enjoyed the walk along the seafront. The apartment had all the amenities of home, as well as a stunning g view of Torquay.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to Torquay and Cockington village. You can walk to the Drum Inn Cockington (20 mins) which is a lovely dog friendly pub. The views across the bay from inside the apartment and the large balcony are wonderful. Hope to return when we can.

All round excellent

Thank you for our excellent stay at this apartment. Lovely views across the sea with wrap around balcony, spacious two double bedrooms plus a couple of singles in the other bedroom, all kitchen equipment etc you will need. 2 private parking spaces, easily accessible. Property has a handy lift to outside apartment door. My only VERY minor suggestion is to have more soft lighting in the lounge, perhaps by the TV. Very close to attractions in Torquay, Paignton etc, and others in Totnes, Dartmoor etc close by too. Walk to sea front in a couple of minutes. Would happily recommend this accommodation.

Great location with stunning views

We had a lovely relaxing break. The apartment had everything you needed for a home from home experience... but with a stunning view. The centre of Torquay only 10 minute walk along the coast.. Ideal. All with onsite car parking for two cars. We are now missing the apartment and can't wait to stay again. Many thanks. Mark

Superb Appartment stunning views

Superb Penthouse Apartment. Great communication with owner very clean and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Fantastic balancy with stunning views of Torquay. Ideal for walking into Torquay, Paignton and cockington village. Train station near by and bus stops , no need to use car. Great place to stay.

A wonderful, peaceful apartment with amazing views!

We've just spent a week in this gorgeous apartment, with ages ranging from 15-83! The apartment is as good as it looks in the photos; there is plenty of space, it's very clean with a large balcony looking out over the water to Torquay. We were glad to be staying a few minutes away from the harbour but walked there several times in just 15 minutes. We were blessed with sunshine and blue sky every day! A couple of small issues cropped up but David's response was really quick and helpful. Bear in mind that there are 16 steps up to the 'ground floor' where the lift is, but there were handrails so my 83 year old mum coped fine. The block is lovely and quiet, and even though some small trains pass by not far away, the noise is not at all disturbing and they don't run at night. I would recommend this apartment to anyone - we loved being there.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable and had everything anyone could need. Beautiful sea view across the bay, very quiet and secure. The owner was easily contactable if needed. Would highly recommend this apartment and personally would use again.

Fabulous week in a great apartment

We loved this apartment. Clean, spacious, fabulous views and great location. 2 minute walk to the nearest beach and 20-30 minute walk into the town centre. Would definitely recommend.
