Bal Harbourにある美しい4 BR 2 BAプールホーム。 ボートが通り過ぎるのを見たり、港を渡ってボートを借りたりします。 ドックとボートはラナイで上映された場所を越えてすぐに上がります。敷地内に2カヤック、穏やかな港や運河に最適です。 運が良ければ魚を捕まえたり、時々私たちの港で遊ぶのが好きなイルカを見ましょう。 ダイニングルームからプールまでラナイとフレンチドアに通じるカバナバス。 ディズニーのアトラクション、ブッシュガーデン/タンパ、クリアウォータービーチへの日帰り旅行に最適なロケーションです。 ランドリールーム内 2台駐車場あり。 冬のお客様は、プールとスパは温水ではありませんのでご注意ください。 3月の1か月の最低滞在要件は、1か月全体を借りる必要があります。

The property was a fantastic home-away-from-home, offering comfortable accommodations and unique local charm that made our trip memorable.The house came with everything we could possibly need, including plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, and comfortable seating. Tammy was excellent to deal with and very welcoming! We will definitely book again!

Absolutely stunning Villa. Didn’t want to leave. The Host was amazing, checked how we was, any issues was sorted straight away. The WIFI was fantastic, pool was brilliant and stunning in the mornings watching the sun rise.

Great family getaway for 2 weeks.

Same as last year, beautiful villa, very clean. Loved our stay here. Pool was just nice. Loved fishing from the dock. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

Amazing

Such a great house! We loved the pool, and sunsets and the ease of cooking in the house. Everything you need is here just bring your clothes and food and relax!

An enjoyable 4 week stay.

The property was exactly what it said and showed on the website. Communications with the owner were excellent with no reply delays. Everything that we could want was provided in Tammy's well kept home. Our only concern was the lack of privacy on the lanai, deck and pool as there was no screening to the property on the left.

Summer Vacation in Apollo Beach

This was our 2nd stay at this property. It was as perfect this time as it was the first time. The family enjoyed the accommodations (especially the pool and view). I would highly recommend this property!! We’ll be back for a 3rd visit in 2025.

Great vacation!

The view was beautiful, kayaking was fun, nice pool and the neighbors were amazing! Tammy was on it when the AC stopped working for a little while. Overall great experience.

Great location

We rented this property to use as a base for house hunting. It was perfect. There were several developments around the area with some great homes. After a day of house hunting, the pool was a wonderful retreat. This house is a very comfortable and relaxing place.

Great location & House

We had a great stay at Tammy's house. Situated in a nice quiet location and the pool area and view from the back is amazing. Neighbours are very friendly and nice walk to a few bar/restaurants. Ideally located as we wanted just outside Tampa and near the beaches and this suited well as about 1hr from both. House was spacious and clean, and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend, if you are thinking of staying here.

Lovely home

Lovely home in a very nice location . House was very clean and all but your food drink and clothes was right there. Tammy is a very good and responsive host if you do need her. We had a very relaxing stay.

Family Vacation

This waterfront home offered everything we wanted in a vacation home. We kayaked, swam, enjoyed the breeze on the dock and the peace and quiet. The home was stocked with anything we needed: kitchen supplies, towels…even helpful neighbors! We hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Making Memories

What a great place to stay, we had 3 generations together for the week under one roof watching dolphins from the dock, catching fish, kayaking, swimming in the pool, playing board games from the closet. Also lets not forget the neighbors, great welcoming people. We will be back.

Great Location

The house is located right on Tampa Bay and the view was great with the sunsets. Clean spacious house with amenities you need. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed sitting at the pool. Tammy was responsive to any questions and access was easy.

Perfect vacation in paradise

We had a great time floating in the beautiful pool and fishing on the dock. The house is so comfortable and uniquely decorated. It is so well stocked with odds and ends in case you happen to forget anything and it makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is the spot!! Tammy is a great owner!!!

Great family rental!

This house is perfect for a large family! Kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, dishes. Location is great, 5 minutes from grocery store and restaurants. Really enjoyed the view and fishing off of the dock. Tammy, the owner, is very nice, always responded very quickly. Had a great family reunion at the house!

Excellent communication

Amazing communication with Tammy thoughout the whole experience of booking, pre and during our stay. The location was exactly where we needed it to be and the house was the perfect size for our family. Only slight difference was the detail stated hot tub, which wasnt working.

Wonderful vacation

The house was great for my family’s vacation. Had everything we needed and it was easy to contact tammy. Only “complaint” and I really can’t call it a complaint is not having tvs in all bedrooms, this is just a personal preference but definitely not a deal breaker! I would recommend this house for everyone!

Lovely villa

Had a great time in this lovely villa that had everything you needed and loved all the Halloween decorations, the only thing i was a wee bit disappointed with is we didn't get in the lovely pool as it was cold. Spent alot of time fishing at the dock and enjoying the sun which was great.

Wonderful!

The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The bedrooms were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms had comfortable seating, and the great windows for the outside in. The views from the dining room and living room onto the lanai and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay immensely. And we will be back.
