I don't think that's exactly how it went :1) COMMUNICATION : I sent you a lot of messages just because you didn't answer … in VRBO and also in whatsapp (I could also demonstrate with photos) "before" to inform you of everything, "during" to always know how you were and if you needed "later" to find out if you enjoyed your stay. sorry if we wanted to be cordial!!!!. 2) PENALTY PAYMENT: "the courtesy" that we have made you wait until after 11.00 pm, the time of your arrival !!! I remind you that check-in closes at 20.00 and we have made you find a person available to wait for you until that time who rightly works and nobody works for free therefore the penalty (which we have also "discounted" you and you know very well why !!! ) it was for late check in and it was just to pay the guy , and we can't pay him because of your fault to give you proper service !!! by the way this rule is also written on our listing rules in VRBO… 3) THEFT (or loss??): we are so worried and sorry about the problem you had. we have been understanding, we have advised you how and what to do to solve the problem, we have helped you in everything .. and you blame us for having suffered a theft ?? this is shocking!! 4) TOURIST TAX: you have been robbed (or you have lost your money) and we were courteous to wait for the tourist tax (it is not a payment you make to us but to the Municipality of Venice and it is paid in all cities of the world) also stating that it was exaggerated (it is established by the municipality of Venice certainly not by us on the basis of the structure) you say you are informed (but evidently you were misinformed!!!). REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTS: I wrote you many messages without getting an answer so I called you!! because you had to provide the documents that served exclusively for the registration of guests to the police which in Italy is MANDATORY by law of the Italian state by the hosts !!!! and you also disputed this !! so we made 3 phone calls because you were looking for excuses not to do it !!! ROOMS: tell me about rooms !!! there are 3 bedrooms, as you can see from the photos of CasaAlyssa and how it is described and how it really is .. I don't understand what you are contesting !!! THE CLEANING???? well we have excellence in cleaning and none of our guests have EVER had to say anything !!! perhaps you have only found excuses to write your review .. because it concerns us you have been a horrendous guest, absolutely not to be recommende
