Majestic Rialto Home, a beautiful apartment in a historic palace in Venice.



Majestic Rialto Home is a bright and refined apartment, located in a prestigious historic Venetian palace. The accomodation features a private entrance with access from the street and is spread over different levels. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a spacious living area that includes a cozy sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster to ensure a complete dining experience.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, providing a comfortable and restful environment. The apartment also has two modern bathrooms, both with showers and hairdryers.



To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment offers a range of additional amenities including free WiFi, washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning and heating.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator. There are several steps inside the property that provide access to the bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen.



*Kindly note that one of the bedrooms features a lower-than-average ceiling height.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns to taste local wine, cicheti, and typical Venetian tasty bites.

L appartement est tres bien situé à quelques minutes du Pont du Rialto donc parfait pour découvrir Venise à pieds. Il etait tres propre et soigné.Attention l appartement est sur 3 étages donc pas mal de marches à monter (les sdb et toilettes sont tout en haut). Les sommiers des lits sont un peu durs et on peut entendre parfois le bruit de la rue le soir car il y a des restaurants et des bars juste en bas. Mais globalment c est une bonne experience. Merci.

The information about the property was completely misleading. It is on 3 different floors with a very dangerous narrow staircase throughout .the two bathrooms are both on the top floor and none on other floors. Nobody over 40 should ever stay here. Dangerous. I missed a stone step and had a terrible accident and ended up in the hospital overnight. This was an accident waiting to happen and it did. This property was completely misleading in its description. Awful.

Great, quiet location. We used the place as a bed & breakfast. Some street noise at night until restaurants closing. One bedroom downstairs, other bedroom and bathrooms at the top with over fifty steps to climb! Kitchen and living room along the way up. All clean, beds comfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE if you like a clean rental and/or no stairs

There are SO MANY stairs. You have to go up 8 flights just to get to the two bathrooms which are across from each other on the top floor next to one of the bedrooms. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere, along with cigarettes strewn throughout the staircase and rooms. There seemed to be a waste pipe that runs through the kitchen as well and is held together with duct tape. You can't stand up straight in the second bedroom if you're 5'9'' or taller either.We were given some check-in instructions which included slightly confusing directions from the vaparetto dropoff, and it warned us not to use google maps to locate the property. However, after finding it, we noticed if we put the address in Maps it found the property just fine. The rest of the resources in the check-in doc seemed helpful at first glance. However, after seeing the property we promptly left to check into a hotel elsewhere for our 4-night stay. We messaged the property manager during check-in to ask about switching to one of their other properties however, we didn't get a reply and nobody answered the phone even though it was still during their reported business hours. We eventually got a reply later that night saying nothing else was available, and when I mentioned we left early, there was no response. Then I got a message on our original check-out date asking us for our check out timing like they never saw my early departure message.Other than that, it had A/C that worked and is in a great location!

Great location

This apartment was located in a great area in Venice within easy walking to water taxis and tourist spots. It was in a quiet neighborhood with local food. Only concern were the steps, the apartment was spread out over 4 floors. Also the bed in the main bedroom had a pretty poor spring mattress which wasn’t very comfortable.

Lovely spacious property

We stayed as a group of 4 for 2 nights, but the property could sleep 6 as advertised. I like the fact that it's spread over several floors as it feels very spacious. The property was clean and in a good location. I cannot fault the communication with the property manager. Everything was very easy and friendly.

Many Stairs but awesome location.

My husband and I stayed on the first floor bedroom that had a 5’6” ceiling. I am 5’6” and my head was scraping the beams of the ceiling. The laundry had a 5’ ceiling and the dryer didn’t work. I inquired by email many times but she kept asking for a photo of the unit then a video but nothing was resolved during our 4 night stay. The bathroom was up 47 steps so late night bathroom breaks were fun. We were in much better shape leaving then arriving. LOL! My teenage kids loved it! The bathroom at the top of the stairs was small and beware if you are larger than the toilet seat as the radiator is right beside you and it is hot! All in all the location was great! The beds were comfortable and plentiful. A great base for your travels to Venice. The door pin was great too in case your party splits up. No messing with keys!

Beautiful stay in Venice

The apartment was conveniently located on one of the side streets in Venice. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed although we only used it for sleeping. The layout is spacious and it was great to have a washing and drying machine to use. The check in process was easy and instructions for the apartment or very easy to understand.There are steps and no left so pack lite as you will need to go over bridges with your cases and up the stairs. There were many recent updates to the apartment. The restaurants on either side were both excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Venice and we had lots of questions. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square.

Just not a good fit

61 steps from door to the top floor bedroom and loft AND BOTH BATHROOMS. up the flight of stairs to the 1st bedroom: AC worked, but the ceiling was 5.5' tall... and the room stank of big spray. The laundry id attached to this room. Tried doing a load, but the drier wouldn't dry... I'm guessing it has poor ventilation. Up 2 flights of stairs to the living room and kitchen. AC worked here. Best room of the property. Up last flight to 4th floor both bathrooms were VERY tight. This bedroom could not cool down, the loft didn't have an AC. To go with all this, the power main breaker kept shutting off, as the entire Jimmy rigged electrical system couldn't bear the load. Neighborhood location is good. Easy access to shops and restaurants, San Marco... just way too rustic and jimmy rugged to stay here for our family's needs.

Perfect for families visiting Venice!

We loved staying in this authentic Venetian apartment! It has been renovated so it is very nice, and comfortable. It is conveniently located right near the Goal to Bridge, but close enough to the train station that we could walk.

Clean, well located property!!

The property management group took care of all aspects of the check-in, to include booking our transfers to and from the unit (from the airport and to the train station after check-out) and made all aspects of our stay incredibly easy. As a nod to how great they are, they even helped me arrange a car 10 days later when we came back to Venice to fly home - they didn't have to do that, we weren't even their customers anymore! The apartment is located on a great little street with restaurants and a fresh fruit market just feet away. You can't go wrong there at all. The apartment itself is deceptively large, but spread out amongst 3 floors - so those with less than mobile people in their group will need to take that into consideration. We slept our family of 4 in the apartment and everyone had their own living space very comfortably. Not their own bed, but their own space altogether. Everything in the apartment is what you would expect - clean, modern appliances, nice bathrooms (both of which are on the top floor), air conditioning that worked well, and a well appointed kitchen. The views from each of the windows was very iconic Venice. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to return to Venice, this apartment was a fantastic home base for our adventures. Thanks to the group at Faville Tours who made every part of this trip a joy!

Great location near the Rialto bridge and near the Rialto mercato vaporetto stop. Lots of beds.

Very clean. Good location in Venice. Had the best air conditioning of any place we stayed in Italy. Also had a tumble dryer. Drawbacks are the very low ceiling in one bedroom and many stairs. Also, one bedroom is really a closet, and you have to go through the main bedroom to get there. Also the management company never delivered the second key we asked for. Not an unpleasant place to stay but not a wow.

Excellent séjour à Venise dans cet appartement de charme. Appartement très bien localisé à quelques pas du Rialto, très propre ++, confortable, chambres spacieuses et literie confortable,décoration soignée.A noter toutefois une accessibilité pouvant etre difficile pour certaines personnes car cet appartement est tout en hauteur sur 4 niveaux et il faut donc grimper 60 marches pour aller aux WC à partir de la chambre du bas. A noter aussi : 1 seule casserole de petite taille (4 pers) limite pour 8 personnes et une cafetière également inadaptée.. donc à améliorer Accueil à l agence Faville Tour: parfaite, bon accueil et parle bien francais Nous recommandons ce superbe logement pour 8 personnes ( nous étions 4 adultes,3 adolescents et 1 enfant)

great location on quiet street

nicely furnished appartment on 3 levels in great location about 2 minutes walk from riallto bridge. appartment is on wide street, close to restaurants, grocery store, and lots of other stores.... San Marco about a 10 minute walk. we astayed with 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts were great, and helped with Murano tour schedule and water taxi back to airport.
